EDIT: why do you ask? If somebody is trying to sell you such a tool, i can 100% certainly tell you they are trying to scam you.

Testnet is just for testing, tBTC are not bitcoin (BTC).

For example, if you have not used bitcoin before, a friend can suggest you to make use of testnet just to know how the whole thing is all about, you will be able to receive and send tbtc (not bitcoin) in which you are using just for learning and nothing more.

Anyone claiming tBTC are BTC only want to scam you.

No you can't convert it.
This two are different things, and testnet is only used for developers and people testing new applications for Bitcoin.
Note that address for BTCt are starting with tb1, 2 or m.

This is a naive question unless you are looking for a way to sell btct.
Bitcoin testnet is not made to be used as/by/with real money , anyone can use it for free to familiarised with the bitcoin protocol.
If you don't know about bitcoin and didn't use it before, i advice you not to buy anything without enough knowledge. Scammers are all the way arround.

Test-net coin is used for test by Bitcoin developers and you can not convert Bitcoin on testnet to the mainnet.

If anyone told you like that, gave you an offer to sell discount Bitcoin but on test net, it's scam.

So far there are three generations of Bitcoin testnet but as said they are all on the testnet and unconvertable to mainnet.
