Frankly, I don't remember how it worked in the first place -- maybe someone out there can remind us? I can't even put a solid time frame on it. My recollection is that I never used it, and when I looked up the address, there were no transactions. Weren't there special card readers for these? What do you remember? They should have some more knowledge about this.

It had an HSM vault backend and when the card was used it would debit your "Account".
