Title: What would you do with 20,000 Dogecoins?
Post by: sinuari on November 15, 2021, 07:29:28 PM
Good afternoon,

I've been involved in Bitcoin for a few years, in 2014 while mining Bitcoin with ASIC I put for a while the graphs to mine Dogecoin, then as they worth hardly anything I forgot about them until a few days ago I got to thinking that maybe I had not changed them to Bitcoin (as I did with the rest of what I had mined).

The thing is that I started looking for the keys and I found 46,000 Dogecoins, I have changed 6000 to Shiba and I was thinking about changing another 20,000 to other Altcoins.

In principle it has occurred to me to put a part in Ether, another in Loopring and another in Solana and / or Cardano, also put a tiny part in DOGGGO in case the people who are following it make it go up to the moon.

Any opinion will be welcome.

I can also keep the Doges, I do not consider putting it in Bitcoin because I'm up to my eyebrows.

Thanks in advance for your wise advice.

20000 doegecoin in today's market value is something like $5000 which is a good for investment. There were more number of altcoins. Going through the entire marketcap find the one that has the potential to grow as well as low priced compared to more other projects that are under hype or in an overrated state. I would suggest to invest on cryptocurrency that are backed by exchanges. For example kucoin, huboi and more similar ones.

I'll put that into bitcoin but as you don't like that option, you better keep that into its form. The peak of Dogecoin was quite high and it's not even there again.

If you believe that another ATH might come back to Dogecoin then you shall hold it again. But if not, just follow what you think is good without regret like trading it on Ethereum.

Heh, congrats about your stash, but take a look at low marketcap projects that are actually active in terms of development. Take a look at Dusk Network, not only chart looks good, the development is insane with a top notch team and always remember that lower the marketcap is, faster the rise can be.

i remembered that i mined some altcoins late 2018 but i wasn't serious about it. i mined ethereum and btc but i failed to withdraw to my wallet. i lost a huge number of all these tokens not knowing what the future holds. i have decided that i will make no such mistakes again by selling off tokens that i hold dear. it is quite unfortunate that i have got use to selling of tokens and it hurts seeing those tokens price going up. i think you need to hold on to your dogecoin.

Damn 20,000 DOGE that's quite a nice amount! I would probably sell 70% of it and invest it in some of the altcoins you mention (ETH, ADA, SOL, BNB, DOT,...). The rest of it I would keep holding just in the hopes that DOGE would get a massive pump again (up to 1$ or more).

If you do not consider BTC, then I would advise to invest on the top 10 altcoins, easy.

You've mentioned some good altcoins as well so go for it.

Just don't invest on shitcoin, I'm sure you know the drill about that.

And then the rest? Just hold your DOGE maybe in the next bull run the price will really go up very high.

There's something you shouldn't forget: DOGE-1 in 2022

The mission financed with Dogecoin soon launch than between January - March 2022. It is supposed to be a Falcon 9 of SpaceX. And this mission is to be financed only by Dogecoin, which means Elon Musk will promote it heavily before. A lot of money has to come together.

SpaceX accepts Dogecoin as payment to launch ‘DOGE-1 mission to the Moon’ next year
Quote
DOGE-1 will fly a 40 kilogram cube satellite as a payload on a Falcon 9 rocket, with Geometric Energy Corporation saying its payload “will obtain lunar-spatial intelligence from sensors and cameras on-board with integrated communications and computational systems.”

I am preety sure that Bitcoin is going to do quite well in the next two or three months but I am happy with mi actual exposition, the doges are just like the 100 buck that you find in your jacket when it's starting to be cold.

My idea is to hold 20.000 doges, in case of it could worth in the future, change another 20.000 and try to rise my position in Bitcoin before the next halving, but by other ways.

that's a good decision but why don't you think to change your shiba as well. that sounds better rather than keep tokens with high valuation and hope it will be going to the moon.

In principle it has occurred to me to put a part in Ether, another in Loopring and another in Solana and / or Cardano, also put a tiny part in DOGGGO in case the people who are following it make it go up to the moon.
Loopring was good but it think that you could replace solana with another token. I think that you should go to the top 100 CMC and you may get legit coin from there. I don't underestimate solana but it has less room to growth.

Any opinion will be welcome.
It's better to convert your doge coin into the altcoin that has low valuation rather than focusing in solana or cardano. You will be making a big mistake by buying those tokens at peak price. You can be dumped by the whales anytime. The price of those tokens were so high.

I can also keep the Doges, I do not consider putting it in Bitcoin because I'm up to my eyebrows.
Keeping your money in doge would be the worst thing.

Sell them and invest in the potential coins for profit assurance. I think that was the best answer.
I don't think holding gives you more profit rather than taking the chance to sell them while the market price is still high. Don't wait that it to crash, yet that comes at any time and might give you regrets. Since the shilling is over, it has no chance to have a skyrocket again, you never have to think that anymore.

If you've kept DOGE for so long and have it practically for free, in my opinion you should keep it and remember it in another 7 years. It is possible that then you will be able to buy a house, a lambo, or at least some little boat with them  ;D ;D

I would recommend you to invest in Polkadot. First of all I need no notice its innovative technologies. It uses several payment channels instead of one. It provides this chain with an ability to run several transactions at the same time. Polkadot is a blockchain that gives place to other Blockchains to launch on it, while usually blockchains support only Defi-projects. There will be a lot of hype around it in the nearest future because of parachains' auctions what also must increase its price.

I would have suggested to sell for BTC, but since you already got that advice your next best bet is to hold the DOGE for its next price rise. You could buy ETH or some other coin, but do your own research before you buy any other altcoin.

If I were in your place I would sell them for something else even fiat if possible. I dont see any long term value in memecoins and so which are being rampantly hyped on every social media you can think of and this is a bad sign, a sign of forced buzz which indicates that the hype is inorganic in other words manipulated and fake.

They used the name of DOGE to promote themselves into something completely different from DOGE and who knows the real owners and what intentions they have? At least the creator of DOGE is still public and maintains a somewhat discrete figure.

What i was thinking is why need to change the coin into different altcoins? have not you trusted Dogecoin as you can find how high the increase happened this year?
yeah i support your holding to SHiba Inu but this does not mean you have to transfer the other 20,000 into other coin.
Why not just keep it in Dogecoin and forget about it like what you did since 2014?
maybe in the next 6-7 years again youll be a millionaire .

If you like meme coins, try $Hosky forever ZERO. But seriously, you get to decide for yourself as to which would be valuable in the future since you sounded like you are a long-term holder. If it's up to me I would just keep it as doge while the price has still not pumped. You'd hate yourself when you see that after selling the doge the price goes up. It happens all the time by the way.

Lucky you still have PK so you still have access to your coins.
There have been many suggestions of what coins are considered good enough as the next investment, but before you start buying it would be better to study it especially if the coin is a new coin or is outside the 50th rank of CMC. It will be safe enough to keep investing in coins that are in the rank of 2- 20 CMC, don't forget to still hold dogecoin too for the next ATH.

You are very lucky to have that big amount of Dogecoin.
If I were you, I would convert it into altcoin for 15k, while I will hold the rest and convert it into bitcoin because I believe that bitcoin can increase higher in the future.
You can convert it into any coins you want, including investing in the new coins but having bitcoin is a must that you should have because bitcoin will be the main investment.
But well, maybe you have a different plan with your Dogecoin so maybe you will use your way to increase your profit from that.

You're lucky to find the assets you've accumulated in the past, and are now very valuable. To be honest, I also tried to find my old assets, unfortunately I didn't leave any of them behind.
personally, i will also do the same as you. when i have that much dogecoins i will switch to another investment. maybe split it into parts, and invest in coins like BNB or popular coins but I can have a large amount of them. well, it's a thing that needs to be done.

If influencers promote another coin on their social accounts, I'm sure the same can happen to that coin too, so what happened to Dogecoin can't be used as a basis or a very concrete reason to hold it for too long, nor can memecoin be other.

It's great and lucky that you have a large amount of Dogecoin, and if I were in your position I would convert it to bitcoin and some altcoins.
I will convert most of it into bitcoin which I think will always give good returns especially in the long term, and the rest I will use to convert it into some potentially profitable altcoins and still I will do my research and analysis first before committing.

To be cristal clear, for me Dogecoin and every other memes are crap, I'm not interested in having a significative amount.

I'm not thinking about converting it to Bitcoin because almost all I have is Bitcoin (around the value of my house at today prices).

I think that Bitcoin is going to be a very valuable asset, if I sell on this cycle is to buy even more before the next halving.

The idea is to find three to five assets that could have some potencial, not to be rich in six months (for this in Bitcoin we trust).

OP, if I were you, I would just leave my Dogecoin where it is. I believe there's still more fight in Doge to zoom past it's ATH and record a fresh one. Remember that it did $0.73 as ATH in May this year. If it does that again (I know it will once alts season sets in), your 20k units should be worth over $14,000 when that happens. Please, don't just move your coins around for the sake of moving it in the name of chasing ROI. If you can't swap it for Bitcoin, I suggest you don't do it for any other alts.

That is just the other good posibility, I think that Bitcoin is going to do betwen a 3-4X from now, if Doge make something similar this is not the best moment to sell it.

A possibility that is still not certain to happen so it still takes time to wait or monitor it properly,
so as long as the profit is there, then selling now is not a big mistake in my opinion.

Suppose I have many dogecoin and current conditions where Elon's tweet greatly affects the price, and Elon is a doge lover. In that case, I will hold more than 50% of that doge, and sell the rest to buy another potential coin, maybe Cardano.

20,000 doge coins when multiplied by the current price will certainly be very valuable. but you have to have the right decision with that much amount. if i have that much dogecoin then i will keep it till the end of this year. maybe at the end of the year the price of doge coin will rise again as before.

Life in cryptocurrency can really have some big surprises...and those are the anecdotes that we will never forget for the rest of our lives like finding out that you actually have some hidden gem somewhere. I love that you decided to convert the Dogecoin into many other coins which got some potential for big growth ahead. Right now, Dogecoin is having a hard time in pumping up and maybe because its time is not anymore today which is taken by Shiba Inu...but then again surprises can still happen with Dogecoin as long as people can still be listening to its godfather Elon Musk.

20,000 Dogecoins is already a huge amount these days, and as of today it's approximately 8,384 USD. There's nothing wrong with your decisions, it's your coins and you have every right where you want to put it. And it's okay to put something in Dogecoin hoping it will achieve another ATH. As I see you handled it correctly especially putting some for ethereum and others for Shiba. And if I were you, I probably invest in BCH too.

But my question is, why didn't you put something in bitcoin?

Nice fortune you got there buddy. Well, I think it would be nice if you invest in P2E projects like Axies and similar projects like that as it could still boom in the incoming years to come. Another thing is DeFi projects. Provide liquidity and surely you will earn more with what you have right now.

The last 20000 Doge, because other 20000 already invested to some altcoins, maybe i will hold it. Op not want to be in BTC i think use small percentage like 1000-2000 to trade into new coins which maybe OP can afford to lose because new altcoins, beside have high chance to pumped, but high chance too for the project to die in really short time.

At the current rate of Dogecoin, I think that would be around $5000. Maybe you should look for one good altcoin and invest the whole $5000 in that good Altcoin. Or maybe if you would like to diversify, then you can divide it into two; while half of the dollars goes into one particular altcoin, the other half goes into another. Ethereum is already a good choice, and then another one that you have not mentioned is Cardano. Cardano has been one of the biggest trends of the year.

So, if you’re going to be investing in any coin at all, I believe it would be worth investing in one that is very trustworthy and you know that it’s going to be worth your investment on a long term. You shouldn’t just invest in any that’s coins you see, you have to be very selective , and make sure that you are going with the best.

Splitting it as well is something that will give benefits, if OP already split the half, either keeping it or paly with it
in a daily manner of trade, you said it right to use a small portion to invest with new coin, the chance of pumping is always
possible for new asset, but it's also backup with high risk of losing if you don't do your research before participating

the current price of the doge is much different from when the doge was mined, maybe at that time the owner seemed to ignore it and now it seems as if he has found a forgotten treasure.
if the doge is mine right now.  I think waiting for the price to rebound and sell all in.  then swap to another potential coin, for fear of doge collapsing.
Many investors from the past didn’t really expect Doge to come this far. I have some Doge left in my wallet and I was really amazed when I look at it and the prize gets too high since 2018-2019. Those who just bought for fun or simply a fun of altcoins and love dogs buy it as memorabilia, they can consider it a treasure. It will be better if they were able to sell it during Elon’s hype in doge but if still in profit then it’s better to sell some and just buy back if it seems to have some hype again in the future.

I suggest you still leave at least the 20,000 worth of doge unit for the future. You are lucky to have mistakenly stumbled over your 46,000 doge. So just leave that number of doge , Elon musk is in the business of hyping the doge and that coin can hype in the future. You have done a good job the way you have distributed your coins but don't dump your dogecoin.

Splitting it as well is something that will give benefits, if OP already split the half, either keeping it or paly with it
in a daily manner of trade, you said it right to use a small portion to invest with new coin, the chance of pumping is always
possible for new asset, but it's also backup with high risk of losing if you don't do your research before participating
to that certain project.

That is what i did now, although not much as what OP had. For new altcoins/tokens usually i only put $10-$20 because basic thing in investment is use money that we afford to lose, for me $10-$20 i still can accept if lose it. And we should know proportion of our investment depends on how much our capital in trading or investment.

I would keep holding them doges. Meme business is not showing any signs of weakness. On the contrary, it is getting stronger every day. The more memes people produce, the stronger meme currencies will get and doge coin is the master meme coin which means you can't go wrong with holding doge. Maybe try your luck with shibcoin too but since it already became as big as doge, I think doge has a bigger potential. All it takes a tweet from Elon.

I think doge coin is a good and promising coin, after skyrocketing because Elon Musk is actively investing in Doge then the price of DOGE will continue to skyrocket, I believe DOGE can reach $ 1, and the most important thing we do with 20k doge is hold.

The only utility of $DOGE is just for transferring funds since its a mere meme coin. So it's either you will hold or flip it. The current price is already a miracle because Doge has no utility and it will not reach even 10cents if Elon didn't hype it. It has an infinite supply so guess what will happened in the future? 1$ goal is so huge and too good to be true but it can always happened once Doge supporters hit hopium and again and recruit other people that didn't know crypto to invest money on it.

Oh god this reminds me of holding 36,000 DOGE sometime in 2017. Despite that it's just a funny meme coin, I still regretted letting them go because of the sudden pump made by Elon boy. Could have made a lot more money if I were to hold those coins and sell them at an all-time high. It's still the most popular meme coin right now and it ain't going anywhere.

If I own 2000 Dogecoins, I might sell coins when the price (high) is right, and then buy value coins at the low price. I don't like to buy meme coins because we can't predict how it will trend in the next second. Moreover, meme coins need to be hyped, and if the heat is not high, they may go to death.

If i have 20k DOGE coin then i sell it immediately, i think DOGE is difficult to grow because of the fierce competition, i will switch to Shiba which is more promising, and i have earned up to 850% profit since investing in shiba about 3 months ago.

There is not a single piece of advice for you for the case with your idea.
But I do see the possibility that it will increase in price in the future, so keep it and sell them for a better return instead of thinking how to convert to other altcoins is not more attractive.

Most likely, I would sell coins, and waited for a trend change, I would play down, and I was reloaded by the same coin after the cost of its cost at least twice. In a year, these 5,000 dollars would give 10-12 thousand. Quite a good resource for earning without special nerves.

20k doge, if you sell and want to invest it in other coins I think you can enter SOL, SFP and many other coins that have the potential to provide more profit,
but it would be nice if you continue to hold your doge 50% who knows in 2022 it will be true that the doge will reach 1$
just a suggestion not to be implemented

If I were him, I would sell only 10k DOGE and use that money to invest in the other coins. Maybe Shiba can be my investment because I do not have to use big money to have a lot of Shiba. But I am not sure if Shiba can pass the Doge position in the near but if the community of Shiba gives full support for the token, it could be passed Doge and lift the position as before.

But having 20k Dogecoin can give us a big profit, especially if the price can really reach $1 in the short or long term. Hopefully, @OP know what he needs to do with his Doge.

Very impressive. If I were you, I would allocate to ethereum and bitcoin for more convincing long term investments. Then I will also allocate it to other coins that are in the development stage and still have low value for the medium to long term, some meme coins are interesting for this.

Even with the current price of doge, it has indeed shrunk back over time, but with 20000 doge it is quite a lot and indeed the nominal must be high now.
on the other hand if you really want to change it I think the coins you say like solana and cardano are pretty good but actually maybe you can add some other altcoins like eth, bnb or polkadot I think they are pretty good too.
but with that means you do not change the remaining 20000 doge mining that you do.
I don't know the reason behind it all, is it waiting for them to be pumped back or still believe in this coin, but I think converting some of it to bitcoin and some other altcoins is pretty good.

I think we need more time to let our brains get more air and load more data on this, instead of processing it in such a clumsy direct way, there are also quite a few people who are upset with the current price of dogecoin when a few years ago, they were soon sold as scrap, to test my claim, you can look at how many people are looking for keys to their dogecoin wallets, so much forgetfulness and regret. The fierceness of competitors is not only in the present, the past is also a terrible existence but dogecoin is still mixed in this fierce land, SHIB is only temporarily not experiencing a certain fierceness, premature arrogance is not good

I think DOGE is difficult to skyrocket again, maybe it can go up but I'm sure not more than 10% in a year, I immediately sell and switch to prospect coins like Chainlink, TRON, Bitcoin Cash, Crypto (CRO) and so on.
for Dogecoin, the increase is not reasonable, because it has increased many times,
and many investors have left when the new ATH doge is reached, but if you want to hold Doge I recommend 20% of the total assets,
because the risk you accept is much greater.

Bitcoin is the main Asset for me, there is no sense in increasing my exposition even more.
Okay.

So that's why you don't want to add any of it anymore and instead you want to explore with other altcoins. But you get to decide if you don't think that it's not essential adding it anymore.

If it happens that you get to see the correction seems to be a good time of adding more then you should do that.

the best option is actually if you store in bitcoin or the best ranked altcoin, because it is true that the peak of doge will not necessarily be repeated in the future even though it is still holding up well at this time.

but in the end it all goes back to those who have, because everyone will only provide solutions, of course it is not certain that the options given will be well received because it returns to the choices that will be made.

I agree with you that you should continue to look at other altcoin alternatives that may also be very good. actually he has also done the right thing, what he did by changing to some altcoins that might provide an upgrade as well as doge.

it is true that there is a correction at the right time to be able to determine which direction we will take, because we can be sure after the correction for good altcoins will increase quickly. That's where the direction we have to take so we get what we want.

Do you think Dogecoin will be going up again to cross its ATH price? It seems very unlikely to me that it would be increasing to a higher price again, even if it will, it’s going to be taking a really long time. It’s no longer a trend now, the trend for meme coins is quietly fading, although SHIB has been able to maintain its trend and has been appreciating lately.

So, if you’re still dogecoin, maybe switching to SHIB would be a better option? Or maybe you can just hold Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies that are top of the list such as Ethereum, ADA, Solana, MATIC, etc. There are so many coins that would be worth to hold this time than holding DOGE.

well you can put it to Loopring since that project is very optimistic as well and how it makes hype is very impressive to be honest wherein like meme coins. Actually this month it show a good progress, so perhaps there's more in the near future..
For me if i were on your situation probably i will choose between sol and lRC because for sure i can get good return from it since solana is very popular as well and a genuine project.  Or if i don't need to choose one for sure both is a good option especially long term.

To sum up.

I really think that Doge & Shiba Inu are a pair of peaces of the same kind of shit, valuable shit nowadays but shit anyway.

I have a big position in Bitcoin, so there is no sense in buying more.

Probably the moment to buy Shiba is not the best, but it's not so important to me, I have a life outside the market.

For me the 46.000 doges are just a lucky shot, there is not changing my life.

I am trying to find a good long term opportunity, if the market makes what almost all of us are expecting, in a couple of, weeks/months/years I won't think about money anymore.

So, I'm looking for a good project to invest a pair o thousands and save the coins for maybe five to ten years.

I would still keep DOGE to be a bit more valuable than any other memeshits out there. At least you get a legacy feel with DOGE and you know there is a community for DOGE out there who can pump the price and you can easily dump on them and exit when you wish. Newly launched memeshits will not grow big like DOGE.

Wrong. When bitcoin mining gradually ends, the scarcity of bitcoin will become so rampant that even a couple of satos will be worth a lot. You dont want to miss out on that. So whenever it becomes feasible for you to collect bitcoins, do so.

Not sure if that is actually what you want, but my suggestion would be BTC and ETH. Beyond that maybe LTC can be worth looking into but the multiplication of asset might be lower compared to the maximum seen in bitcoin.

In that case, probably this has been said in every post on this thread, bitcoin remains the best. You can also think of fiat markets - some stocks and bonds might be good. A certain stock in my portfolio from the local market has become 300% in one year, I am not complaining.

The main thing is not to change too much for new tokens that are made by developers with one goal, namely to earn as much as possible and only for yourself. As far as I understand, you are well acquainted with this industry, so do not be fooled by beautiful slogans, but choose only what can bring profit in the future.

I think the best option is, of course, to stick to bitcoin, but it doesn't close that there are quite a lot of good altcoins that can also be used as other options if bitcoin is already too high in price.

sometimes there is always another option, I totally agree with what you say, especially when we are dealing with a coin whose stability is very doubtful in the future.
It's okay to expect too much with coin doge by wanting to be able to get renewable ATH, but you must also be realistic in responding to this because we know everywhere that with coin memes there will always be a very high risk that can happen which should also be considered.

I totally agree with you, you will always make a backup plan if it really has to be done when things don't go as expected so you don't get disappointed and create losses that should have been avoided from the start.

You sound as if you only invested in BNB. Investing in one cryptocurrency is a mistake. It is best to choose at least five. Of course, BTC, ETH, BNB, ADA or SOL are very good coins for investment, but I would also look for something in list of new projects related to, for example, VR.

Personally, I would continue to hold them for now. Elon Musk tweeted a short while back that improvements for DOGE are in the works, as the creators have confirmed they are working on upgrades. Along with that, I think I previously read that Elon's DOGE-1 will be launching next year. Don't know if that will have any impact on Dogecoin itself, but it could. Doesn't hurt to move it, but I personally think we could see DOGE go up some over the next year just based on some of the things Elon Musk has been talking about.

I will prefer to divide those Doge coins.
Although the price of Doge is decreased and still doesn't reach the ATH again like previously, maybe I will separate about 60% to convert to Bitcoin or Ethereum or BNB. I will sell some of my Dogecoins when in altcoins season coming.
And still keep some for long term investment.
I know that still keeping in Doge maybe too risky, but if the price can back to its ATH, it is very worthy.

what i am not confident with OP's decision is he allotted a good amount to SHIB, which has very uncertain future as it is a meme token. anyway, it is his funds and he is free what he wants to do with his coin. lucky that he recover those dogecoins, i guess a lot of us ignored this old coin when it was still cheap.
i am with investing with btc, eth or bnb though. those are like rock solid to invest with. it is like you can never go wrong with those top currencies.

what i am not confident with OP's decision is he allotted a good amount to SHIB, which has very uncertain future as it is a meme token. anyway, it is his funds and he is free what he wants to do with his coin. lucky that he recover those dogecoins, i guess a lot of us ignored this old coin when it was still cheap.

He might be a high risk taker.
He thinks of how meme coin pump so far very significantly and he considers probably about the profits to gain after pumping.
But yes, this is like gambling.
Investing in meme coin is very risky, although Shiba and Doge have been in the top coins in CMC, I personally will prefer to invest in coins that really have string fundamentals and also use cases.

Re: What would you do with 20,000 Dogecoins?
I will prefer to divide those Doge coins.
Although the price of Doge is decreased and still doesn't reach the ATH again like previously, maybe I will separate about 60% to convert to Bitcoin or Ethereum or BNB. I will sell some of my Dogecoins when in altcoins season coming.
And still keep some for long term investment.
I know that still keeping in Doge maybe too risky, but if the price can back to its ATH, it is very worthy.
what i will do is like you. Although there is a possibility that I will use 10 or 15% of the assets that I have for personal use, I will also exchange most of these assets into popular coins such as bitcoin or ethereum.
I understand why the OP invests in Shiba even though it's risky. well, chances are the OP still has hope that Shiba will actually make the same move as Doge. Yeah, I also think about that sometimes. however, what is certain is, the most likely I will invest in investments that are not so risky.

The thing is that I started looking for the keys and I found 46,000 Dogecoins, I have changed 6000 to Shiba and I was thinking about changing another 20,000 to other Altcoins.

If I was in your position then I would not trade Doge coin for SHIB because Shiba inu is a clone coin of Doge coin which was launched when the popularity of Doge coin increased just to gain momentum for SHIB coin, I think for now it is better to change all doge coin with Altcoins that are popular right now, because Altcoins are proven to be able to give us greater profits than meme coins.

You have several options now i would say. If you look at the current value of your Dogecoin then we are at around 4.400 $ which is a really nice amount of money. So you could put that money into a new and promising project and if you are lucky and you pick the right one then you can make a x10 with it or even more, but of course if you do that there is also a pretty big risk that you are choosing the wrong project and your money will be completely lost. You could also sell that Dogecoin and coins with it that generate some nice income through staking like Polkadot, Cosmos or Radix to get around 10% per year to your holdings on top is always nice.

It is your choice, but I would suggest investing in Defi projects. Several ones have already seen success in this particular crypto space. Check Avalanche, Dot, Amp, and some new projects like CatenaX including gaming ones. Just diversify and always afford what you can lose.

Cryptocurrency at the moment is very strongly embedded in our lives. And for that you need to be aware of all the events that occur in the cryptoindustry. If I had that amount of 20,000 DogeCoin. I would forget about her for another ten years or so. And upon the expiration of this period, my DogeCoins would bring me a very large income.

Unfortunately doge continues to fall and it is difficult to reach ATH again, initially I thought DOGE will continue to skyrocket and can reach $ 1 in May, unfortunately when a lot of negative news made investors sell and made the price drop more than 2/3 from now, look at the position and opportunities future i will hold DOGE at least until december.

Hi, I'm back.

Doge is probably having a chance to pump about january, shiba is falling but can reach a new ATH (never make a 100X).

I'm making some research before taking a decision.

Almost sure I will buy some ETH, maybe some BNB and some of other projects that may have a chance to be really interesting in the near future.

For now I'll wait at least for one or two months.

When I finish my research I could share my decision.

my suggestion you can buy solana or BNB coins for long term with your doge.
because the current price of doge has reached its highest price and it is very difficult to expect it to be even higher in price. but if you are looking to a solana or BNB coin there may still be hope in the long term having a higher value.
but it all comes back to you who decide to get better in the long term

Not only based on your analysis but based on everyone's analysis in general that all the coins you mentioned are indeed have greater potential than Dogecoin although basically Dogecoin is also not so bad to own at this time.

You have some good money for making an investment. Although Doge is also a good one, but it's risky to hold DOGE. I suggest you If you like meme coins. Then hold 30% doge, and rest of them convert into some legit project that are very legit and potential. I suggest you to buy Polygon, Ada, SXP, Tomochain, CRV etc.

Also don't forget the trend, Right now NFT and metaverse are very trending.
You can buy some of them. Dont forget to do your own reserch.

Putting a part in ETH and Solana is the wisest decision you can make right now. These coins are among the top ranks in market cap with potential to go higher in price as "De-Fi" becomes more popular in the mainstream world. You were lucky to mine a decent number of Dogecoins back in the day when it was worth nothing, as now the craze has made it harder to profit from it. 20k DOGE is quite some money these days, so putting that into the right coins will help secure your financial future. Staking both ETH (when it goes live as ETH 2.0) and Solana would give you huge profits in the long term.

As a word of advice, never invest based on someone else's opinion or by following the hype. Otherwise, you'll be facing a huge risk of loss. Play your cards right, and you'll be on a road towards non-stop financial success. Just my thoughts ;D
