Duckdice.io closed my account without any notice or rules violations.i deposite there much money and spent lots of my money there.i won some i lost some. but i was busy for a while and took break from gambling and when i came back i saw they closed  my account with more then $500,000 wager.i tried theire support but still no response from theire team.seems they dont have support center to sol any issue

Have you ever tried to contact this person: @DuckDice.io (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=917361) in this forum, if you haven't contacted him, ask why your account was closed.

If @DuckDice.io, also doesn't respond to your current problem, makes a thread on allegations of embezzlement and fraud in reputation, yes maybe you are not wrong in choosing a game on the DuckDice.io gambling site, because you are a long time participant there.

For that try contacting @DuckDice.io, hopefully your problem is resolved.

I think this is the reason why your account has been closed/suspended, even you're not breaking any rules but based on their terms they wrote this as for security purposes, even I don't understand why inactive account need to be suspended as long as no suspicious activity.

when did you contact the support? gambling site's support could take a day to several days to respond. maybe, wait for a day or so then if there is still no response, message them again. how long was the account inactive. seeing what Jawhead999 posted. this issue could be solved by simply contacting their support and informing them that the owner of the account is now active again and want to play on the website again.

try on Support@duckdice.io or go to @duckdice.io in this forum and leave your comment there.thats eassy to be solved.

Half a million dollars? Damn. Why on earth would you leave such a large amount of money on a gambling site(Especially Duckdice which has a shady reputation) op? Did you enable 2FA and any other security measures?

If they reactivate your account quickly without any issues and return your funds, it would improve their reputation in this forum. If not, your money is most likely gone op.

You don't have to create a thread here,  they have their own thread you can address your concern there, if they ignore and you have all the proofs, then you can post it all in the scam section, that huge wage is good for VIP they must have a good reason why they close your account if they do not have a stipulation that they can close your account for inactivity then you have the right to request for your account to get restored.

As far as I understand the OP content, The 500,000$ figure is not his fund but the total amount that he wager on that casino. I believe his main concern is VIP benefits which I believe is the max level for a VIP system.

OP, How long does your account become inactive before you visit again. Do you check your email or something, I experience this issue on some Casino but they just freeze my because I was inactive for a long time then make a deposit and play. Once I withdraw, They email me that they will need further verification that I'm the real owner then make my account active again. It happened on different casino and not duckdice but the casino I used is very trusted compared to trust dice so maybe they email you for the reason.

Accounts with funds can not be closed. Please  send your username and issue to support@duckdice.io, if you did not violate any rules that it's just got deactivated cause you did not have 2fa or email, we do it with old inactive accounts for account security.

I don't think he left 500K there, he said the wagered amount was more than 500K if I am not wrong but anyway atill its a huge money to wager there when the reputation is not that great.

That could be the reason why your account was closed, if this is true they are just protecting your account from intrusion, just prove that you own that account and you are good to go, but if you don't have email and 2FA it's not going to be easy you have to remember something on your dashboard or transactions coming from your wallet, I hope you can resolve this issue, it's hard to let go of that huge wage.

My mistake. Got confused by the figure itself though op could have made it clearer. He still wagered a huge amount though in a site with a shady reputation which is why he shouldn't be treated in this manner.

Yeah. I misunderstood that part. Anyway, Duckdice's reputation took a hit because of this case since they screwed over a gambler who wagered half a million bucks in their site.

They should have at the very least informed him via email about closing his account before actually closing it. Pathetic stuff Duckdice.

johnmorgan, I see Duckdice has its own forum, so why didn't you make this complaint there as well? You have better odds of getting a response from support there than here. Also, support is also available via live chat, so I can't believe you didn't get any response.

^ But that is still a lot of money and though there is no clear statement of how much money was left on his locked account, I believed that the account that was close was don't have fund left as @DuckDice.io team stated above.
But I don't understand why they are locking inactive account instead of asking for verification, a 2FA, or any verification that have to prove ownership. Locking is a bit annoying when you contact support it takes time to respond.

Little question to be answered. Do you Login with another new device and different location?
If yes!
Then that should be the problem, they detected a suspicious activities and decided to close the after much logins, otherwise you would have activated a 2FA to secure your account more better.
Contact their support center for questioning and help.

i hope he have gained acces to his account, as far as i experienced this site, they dont give a sht to users having problems. mine is stucked there with more then 1.8 wager dude

There must be a particular reason for this, they can't just close down your account without having any violation or cause to that, you're lucky enough to have their team representative here on the forum, try reach out or contact their helpline, also before this was fone, have you taken your time to read their policies and terms of service, there i believe would have stated all their do and don't and from what you said, you have been inactive for a while, this might not necessarily be a block of account but rather a temporary suspension due to inactivity, maybe you try check your email used to confirm verification should incase they are referring to that before they can release your account.

It might be a good idea if you guys gathered in a group and devised a strategy. Maybe contacting the police and a lawyer if all other means of contacting them fail?
Definitely make sure you start a scam accusation thread and contact the casino here on the forum. With all the things around duckdice in the recent days, there should be some warning threads about them.

That said, I don't get why people hold so much money in casinos.

I was going to say why on earth would you even leave a whooping $500,000 on a casino while you are on gambling break, but I re-read again and understand that that is like the total amount you've wagered on the casino.

If your account balance on the casino was negative before the closure, then I would blame duckdice, there are casinos like this that don't allow dormant accounts on their platform, so all I can say is that you contact their representative here on the forum, but this is if your issue is not already resolved, since I see that this thread was created over a month ago.

It is so sad such an experience. This is unfortunate your account was closed without your prior notice. Most times, such act might be as a result of suspicious activity on that account or maybe an attempt to login from another up different from the regularly used one and when it is noticed, such account is assumed to be under cyber attack from hackers which resulted to immediate action. Although you did not state how long this has happened and how long you took your break from gambling on the duckdice site. Like the other commenter said, you should look for their representative here on this platform and  pm  him or her as to ascertain the issues behind your account closure. I think this might just help because this platform has a good reputation in handling such situations if only you are on the right track and free of any allegations.

From all observation, I am force to doubt the authenticity of this very allegation, because it's very unusual that it's been over 51 days since "O.P" made this allegation and yet nowhere to be found to follow up the allegation he/she just made. And moreover, considering the fact that we are talking about a very huge sum of money here, that is over 30 Bitcoin at current price now i.e $500,000.

And moreover, considering what "Duckdice" just said above and yet O.P nowhere to be found to counter such motion, proving he/she was actually scam by providing the necessary proof.

Or, has O.P forgotten about his/her 30 Bitcoins?? ($500,000). Because this is a very huge sum of money that I don't think any living creature on earth can ever do that.
