I am interested to buy domain and hosting. Can you tell me good domain registration and hosting sites which are good and also the ones which take bitcoin / crypto as a payment method. I would be buying Word press hosting along with the domain name. It is perhaps a good time to buy with black friday deals.

I've seen a few people use namesilo in the past (they accept bitcoin too).

Don't fall for something selling a domain for $1 as most of those sites look like they charge $16 for renewals per year.

Domains should cost around $10 for a year (.com being around 8 or 9) so try not to spend much more than that.

I don't want to be blamed for affiliation, as I have none, but I have to recommend this. It's porkbun (https://porkbun.com/). Besides the acceptance of cryptocurrencies, it's cheap and has a plethora of domain names. Since I found that, I've never used any other domain name hoster.

If you want to make even deeper analysis, use tld-list.com (https://tld-list.com/). This way, you can find out which one is cheaper in both registration and renewal.

I find it strange no one mention Namecheap.It accepts Bitcoin and a few other cryptos as a method for topping up your balance there,not directly paying with Bitcoin but I believe it is the same as you can use your balance to buy domains and every service offered there.They are one of the best domain and a whole lot more services provider out there,lately I bought professional email from them which is a new product from them and I am very happy with their performance and price so far.They offer Wordpress hosting as a service as well.

There are tons of domain name registrars but from the big ones that accepts crypto is Namecheap so far.

I heard of namecheap and it is one of the best domain registration platform. However i was not aware that they accept bitcoin payment method. I will defiantly use their service if they support crypto.
Also i was checking that the total package of web press and domain hosting costs around 40-50$ per year.

They accept crypto, you probably won’t go wrong if you opt for them.
I left them because at some point I needed their support and I didn't get it appropriately. I lost the domain registered there, afterwards they asked me for outrageously big money to help me with the same. That sounds bad, doesn't it?
Yes, he has hosting in the offer, but I think it can be found cheaper/better. Also, I am of the opinion that one should not use the same service for domain registration and for hosting.

If you ask me, my vote is definitely going for Namesilo.

btw. what exactly do you plan with this website?
I have some unused space and bandwidth on my hosting account, I can add some domains/websites there but without a control panel. if only WordPress installation is enough for you (with possible FTP access) I can provide it for you. Of course, if everything will be legal on your pages. nothing will cost you on my part.

Yes, Namesilo is my final choice. Just a few days ago I transfer there my last domain from Godaddy (which is probably the worst registrar)

I have a regular reseller plan on Hetzner, I use it for years. I host there 70+ different domains/websites and I am quite satisfied with their business. (bitmover also host his https://www.bitcoindata.science on there)
Unfortunately, Cpanel has seriously raised prices, so I am also limited by the number of individual users to which I can offer the option of hosting with Cpanel management. there is a possibility to migrate to one of the cheaper ones, but some of my clients have become accustomed to Cpanel, and the transition itself could do me a lot of work in terms of technical support to clients.

if you still want everything alone from the beginning, maybe you can check Hostinger ^{they are also a serious service with a reputation}, they accept crypto as payment (Bitcoin, ETH, Litecoin). Also, I check them now, there is a black Friday promo, where you will get a free domain & premium hosting for $1.99/monthly (I guess you will need to pay for 12 months to take this discount)
This is okay, for $24 per year, you will get a domain worth around $10, so hosting will cost you $14 for this first year.

btw. The single plan is $1.39/monthly without domain registration.

however looking at the longer term, you also need to keep track of how much the renewal costs.

I hope to score a 1 TB storage VPS myself on black Friday (probably on Lowendtalk.com), but a warning: I've seen many deals that didn't last long after paying them. Last year I found a great deal that only lasted a few months (I paid for more than a year), and it wasn't the first one.

That's how I got loyce.club. When I bought it I didn't plan to use it for more than a year, but look at me now :D

I use Namecheap only for domains, not for hosting.

You don't have to buy both services from the same service provider. But I bet you already know that.
The reason why I prefer to keep them separate is probably because I change my hosting provider much more frequently than I change my domain name registrar.

I think I'd prefer keeping the two separate too. There's a chance it might be more secure and you have more freedom to transfer either if you keep the two separate (they also have to give you more control straight away too then).

Also i have bought Premium Shared Hosting which should be much better. So far the experience has been good one.
