Do you want to ask if there are video cards for mining with a PCI-E x1 slot?I have never seen such, because video cards use a PCI-E x16 slot. If you do not want to use raisers, then use motherboards with PCI-E x16 connectors. All miners use raisers because they solve a lot of problems. Risers are only X1 connection with X16 slot.

The only PCIe which are x1 are LAN network cards and sound cards.
Reason why is because most GPUs need more than one lane to play games. You will need to use a riser, no other way. Only thing you can do is perhaps get a gaming motherboard and with most of those you can usually have 3 GPUs directly on the board without risers. This will be a very great graphics card for the manufacturer. It is very strange why no one had thought of making videocards with the x1 port before.
