Let me introduce the project first,

     UCF is the centralised digital chit fund company established on blockchain. Chit funds are a traditional means of savings and borrowings which has been included in India's internal financials since centuries. UCF was established in 2019 & the beta version would be released in Q1 2022. The final product release date would be in Q4 2022.
     We spent almost a year in studying the current problems in the chit industry and the root cause for most of them was the lack of transparency. By engaging smart contracts, we provide 100% transparency, Accessibility, Reliability & Affordability.
     Digitalisation in chit industry will decrease the acquisition & onboarding cost and will enable the companies to do business more transparently. Chit funds seek to fill the gaps left unfilled by the banking sector. Apart from the attractive returns, they instil a habit of savings amongst individuals in a community based setup.
    

Coming onto the coin,
     UCF would be a utility token which would be used on the platform for joining & paying EMI's for the chit rounds. UCF would be the only valid collateral on the platform to borrow loan. UCF could also be used to create your own chit group where you could be the captain.

Coming onto my need, (updated)

     We are looking for a lead developer to join the team. The developer should be familiar with solidify, web3 & javascript. Offering a long term position.

If this thread, (speaking in behalf of UCF team)
     We have few developers but we would like to hire the best for our project. Not sure if people find the deal as scam.

If the project,
     I'm sure you didn't go through the project if you are calling it a scam. Make sure to go through the whitepaper for detailed info. Also take some time to know what chit funds are and how it can benefit the society.
     UCF is a registered company in Ahmednagar, Maharashtra, India. I'm the CEO of the company.
     I'm open for video conferencing if you'd like to confirm my identity.

You're most likely not going to find one individual who is proficient in all those languages professionally, I mean you're talking Java, C#, C++, PHP, NodeJS, and HTML (i.e. web dev technologies) all at once. Even I am not proficient in all those languages.

You might have to settle with hiring two or three developers who are familiar with a subset of these technologies.

Yes, thats why we would be looking for a lead developer. But I'm not much known to these languages so not sure if all of these would be required. We are looking to launch our MVP. We have the work flow. Thankyou for letting me know that all of these would not be found in a single developer. I will edit the OP.

i could do this stuff. more or less i know all these langs. and except for C#  had participated in projects on each(i mean commercial base stuff). upfront only, as i said you before

Why do so many say that this is a scam, is it because it is related to loans? If that I think it's very possible
