Of course, it also could be a lesser-known crypto exchange.

And in October the amounts sent out from that wallet were pretty big (7500BTC) I've taken this image from https://oxt.me https://talkimg.com/images/2023/05/14/blob078ce1ff30986817.png For me it looks like the inputs and outputs kinda go together, so it can very well be some sort of pre-consolidation cold wallet of a business, whether is exchange, whale, OTC, ..
