Title: Decentralized wallet
Post by: stas26000 on November 25, 2021, 09:24:15 PM
Hi guys  :) who know a good dex and a good decentralized wallet also with reduced gas costs and where we can not only store eth and erc-20 ?

For dex, the most known is Uniswap.
About a wallet, there are a lot of muti currencies out there like Atomic and Exodus. But about the fees with the high gas fee of Ethereum, they can't just revert or edit it because it's the network itself that declares the fee and they're just adding a little on it. If the gas fee from the network is high, they won't lower it.

There is no apps, exchange or other think can reduce your gas cost ~XD

The gas always depends on the current network and the "Gwei + Gass Limit" you are using for the transaction. I believe the wallet you are referring is the wallet you can control by your own, you can use Metamask/Trust Wallet.

yes, that's right no dex wallet can reduce the gas cost as it depends on the network congestion. metamask, MEW, trust wallet are known dex wallets. as long as you know how to secure the keys of this wallet, you have the full control on what's going on with your portfolio.
and in terms of exchange, just check the fees involve but dex with good liquidity will be uniswap, pancakeswap. you can also check the cmc for this - https://coinmarketcap.com/rankings/exchanges/dex/

You cannot talk about decentralized or non-custodial wallet and expect any of them to lower the gas fees since that takes centralization. You will have to sacrifice either one of them but if you insist on lower fees that can still connect to AMMs like Uniswap then try Dharma wallet after carefully studying it https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5274294.0

You can use Metamask, you can store tokens other than ERC20 there too, you only need to set RPC.
For low gas costs you can use the BSC, Polygon, Fantom, AVAX, and many more networks.

No single wallet can reduce network fees, all fees are based on current network fee standards, Almost all mainstream wallets currently support many token standards, such as Trust Wallet, imToken, Safepal and Atomic Wallet, you can find them on Playstore and Apps Store.

Exchange that reduces gas costs? You can use FTX, they don't charge any network fees to most of the chains, except for ERC20 (they will reduce fees for you, but standard network fees still apply) and Bitcoin withdrawals under 0.01 BTC.

If erc20 or eth chain don't expect to have a small fee. We all knew that the gas fee is very high when residing on eth chain. But if you used fantom and polygon chain, you can still found erc20 tokens on their chain but just different contract but same tokens worth. At least if you used their chain the gas fee there is much cheaper compared to eth chain. Even eth is present probably with those chains supported.

Speaking of decentralization, this is of course swap. But the commissions are big. Everything is beneficial only to miners. Because this is the work of the equipment. I am looking for new options and I think I will find it.

Metamask, safepal, trust wallet are some of the top decentralized wallets used by many, you can set up any network 9f the tokens you want to import, Metamask works with all the decentralized exchange without any issues, and as for gas fees this depends on the network, eth is super high so don't expect any dex wallet can do any magic to reduce the fees, to swap in Metamask with eth network is very high,
Other networks are relatively cheap, understand that network and wallet are separate, if you want cheaper fees, use bsc, polygon, avax, except eth for now.

If you care about high gas fees on ethereum, you can try to switch to alternative chain such as Near, Polygon or binance smart chain, they have big  their own ecosystems and they support some dexes from Ethereum. The best option on BSC is certainly Puncake swap that has a wide range of tokens and adds new tokens all the time. Also a good dex is Sushiswap that works on many chains including Polygon and ETH.

thanks for your answers guys, i know there is no magic exchange that will cut gas costs.  I wanted to talk about a system that works with polygon where gas costs are very low, much more accessible and where therefore security and secrecy do not benefit only an elite.

yeah that's what it is when it comes dex but it's quite skeptical to store massive amount in my personal opinion because there are some negative feedbacks about it.. So i suggest to keep your keys safe to assure everything will gonna be alright or make sure you're in good sites. I mean no worrie because your capital is in a safe hand.

As far as I know, there are no DEX that can help you to reduce your transaction fee on ERC20, any of the DEX wallet under erc20 surely they will give a high transaction fee to anyone who will make a transaction whether it is deposit or withdrawal. Though, there are a lot of options for you to use for this matter dude such as Uniswap,  and sushiswap I guess.

I prefer Trust Wallet for Binance Smart Chain because it's low fee, has an integrated swap and dex. I prefer using the swap because it's cheaper due to the fact that it has the 1inch protocol integrated into it. (1inch is an aggregator which searches for the best prices by liquidity of different swaps like Uniswap, Pancakeswap, and more)

But its mostly for the BSC/ETH chains. I have yet to find a better alternative for cross chain trading. If anyone knows of a better way to swap multiple crypto, please do tell me as a reply :)

in my opinion the best are trust wallet and coinomi that have both blockchains eth and bsc and you can manually set the fee for transactions, even metamask which has adopted eip-1559 offers the possibility to reduce fees and add various blockchains, also like the eidoo wallet but there the fees are fixed, pre-set and is only for eth tokens

In DEX for Erc-20, i think undoubtedly Uniswap is the top exchange but too much high transaction fee you have to waste even though you can't reduce gas fee in any others DEX. I would like to recommend in lower fee DEX PancakeSwap in Binance Smart Chain. Trust Wallet is superior to make transaction BEP-20 token and also swap with PancakeSwap.

Metamask is the closest one.

You can reduce the cost of the fee at any time but usually your transaction might get stuck if it's not close to the recommended fee.

Those multi wallets that have support for polygon then that's what you should use or go to polygon's official website and tick on the wallets.

Uniswap supports Optimism and Arbitrum.
1inch supports Optimism, Arbitrum, Polygon and Binance Smart Chain.
The main Ethereum network is also supported, it is profitable to trade there only very large amounts, from $ 5,000.

For DEX I would choose Ref_finance because it's new, and solves a lot of issues we face while carrying on DeFi activities. Problems like high fees just like that of uniswap, fast transaction, and seamless user interface which even a newbie can easily access.

About wallet address you can use trust wallet as it's a multi_chain wallet but you need to very careful as trust wallet is getting hacked this days, for me I love the $Near wallet because it's readable, just like ur name. Near, for example Ninabobo.near, I so much love it.

As long as the gas fee is in normal fee, I think that will not be a problem so what you need to care about is only withdrawing when you have some money, plus you can cover the fee.

If you want to use a low gas fee, your transaction can get stuck getting confirmation and I do not think you want to wait for some time to see the transaction will get confirmation. Trust and Metamask can help you have a standard gas fee and support for many networks, so I think you can use both wallets.

I'm using, Trust wallet, and Bitkeep both are good decentralized wallets and also have a working decentralized exchange but regarding that gas cost, I don't think there's an app that can help you. only one Platform I know that can reduce the Eth/Erc20 withdrawal fees and it was not a DEX but a centralized exchange called FTX, usually, they shoulder half of the transaction cost. and also giving a one-time free eth withdrawal per day if you stake their token FTT. Anyway, it's just an additional suggestion you can ignore it if you don't want to use a CEX.

Trust wallets are still the best. The rest is Safepal. Here we can store various networks. Like erc20, bep20, bep2, eos, xrp, trx. Safepal is a wallet that prioritizes bep20. My advice is trust wallet. Gas costs are usually unruly. Even if it can be reduced it will just throw away your eth.
