Look at this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5089777.0) and follow the procedure described there. If you have a BTC address in an old message and you still have access to that address, that's a good thing.
Edit : Ninjastic (https://ninjastic.space/addresses?author=Santri) does not find a BTC address, only ETH.

Was the email address changes too?

If not you can recover your account via the forgot password option. If yes then you are going to use that original email address you used for registering the account and write to the team that is responsible to recover accounts. All the instructions you need are in the link provided.

If you don't have a staked bitcoin address. Don't mind, just explain to them everything that happened in the message.

According to the BPIP I have noticed only the password has been changed and never changed your email. In this case I don't think your account has been hacked you have just changed that password and forgot that. If so, you can just reset your password by clicking this link. (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=reminder). If you cant forget your registered email and you can verify your ownership by signing signature then send an email to
Code:
recoveries...@bitcointalk.org
Quote
Note the following elements:
 - The message contains the username, the desired new email, and the current date.
 - You specify the address.
 - You include a signature.
 - You link to the association between the address used for signing and the account.

According to the BPIP I have noticed only the password has been changed and never changed your email.
Email address changes are not reported on BPIP at all. Therefore, there's still the possibility that the user's email address has been changed.
Email address changes are only reported on user's trust summary page and the message saying that disappears after 30 days.
