I created my account on the site bc.game I made several deposits when I went to withdraw matic they didn't pay me. I was given a fake hash. I went to complain in support and they blocked me.

Follow the scam format, add proof of fake hash, withdraw rejected, your complain with them Scam Report Format (Use it to make scam reports properly) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0) otherwise no one believe you because your account is suspicious woke up from long period and long posting gap. AFAIK they're not scam, it's high chance you're breaking their rules... or you can prove me I'm wrong here.

VPN, multi accounts, bonus abuse are the common rules which many peoples breaking on casino.

I dont know the site but its best to maintain a polite conversation with support as long as feasible and hopefully its a mistake or at worst incompetence rather then fraud.    Put details, maybe some screenshots into a formal scam accusations thread in this part of the forum and you may get further feedback from others: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0

I hope players should be aware of this and always do diligent research read the accusations if they have a basis before deciding to deposit.

It's somewhat like a bonus abuse again which BC.game had also locked an account before. Bonuses are commonly abused though so no surprise if users are also abusing them but it won't look good if BCgame doesn't answer back.

They already have 3 scam accusations including this one. When the numbers are growing, the above accusations we can read wasn't even resolved yet. They don't care what the community will say to them.

OP, you have been on this forum since 2017, at least you should know the gambling sites that operate here, which have good and bad reputations, are fraudulent and responsible, things like that should be your way of life to choose and play on the best and honest gambling site, Not the other way around when the site is in trouble.

Like other members mentioned above Bcgame is a scam site, why should you choose that one, many other online gambling to play, what to say about your deposit and withdrawal, it only takes compassion and a miracle to get your money back.

Support your complaint by providing proof to make it more professional and legit. BCgame so far received few complaints. Pressure them by showing clear proof so that the community can help you spread their wrongdoings. You can start by posting screenshots or providing the fake hash link and your supposed withdrawal address. And much more stuff.

Just make sure you are telling the truth here as other users are still having a good experience playing at the site. Please support your claims. To others reading the thread, stay away from Bcgame for now. There are other good sites around.

Where is the prove that you were actually scammed? It'd be good to provide that to make your allegation more valid. Just follow what others have said above, but also make sure you take it to social media so that people can stop using the betting site to avoid scam. I have never heard of this site before but I see they have opened since 2018 but it surprises me that they are having this kind of allegation. Please provide prove.

The representative of BC.game here has not logged in for 20 days now I doubt if this allegation will be addressed, but OP should post it anyway this is to warn other people, this is 3 in a row for BC.Game this is a big red flag new accusation coming up and representative offline 20 days, I advise players here should think twice about playing here until all allegations are cleared, will we have another Betking or 1xbit in the making.

You should  bring evidence of your accusation that's the only way you can't fight for your right and your evidence will make this company to lose there reputation. So , give report with an evidence.

Well evidence is the most important thing, especially since the OP said that BC.game gave a fake hash and also proof of chat with his support, if this is strong then it needs to be reported in the above format.

As stated by @aioc, this gambling site turned out to have had complaints before but BC.GAME gave a good statement, so for the OP if it is true that you gambled purely and did not commit any abuse then you will be stronger to provide evidence.

Shouldn't you created a thread in scam accusation board which you provide the proof of everything you said or your accusations and also following the format when you create the thread. If you are right about your accusations then you will save other gamblers from losing their funds. Really? You created your account on 2017 and yet you didn't bother checking the reputable and trusted gambling sites in this forum?. You better check it now.

Are you sure that's the exact thing that has happened? I'm not protecting bc.game but sometimes when someone shows out of nowhere and creates a story that they've been scammed by a casino, it turns out that they're at fault.
But in your case, if the casino you've mentioned really didn't paid you out for your withdrawal, there must be something wrong either on you or them. Well, show the evidence, you should've made a screenshot of your conversation.

I checked the  Ann Thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5088875.0) and their account seemed to be clean (no red tag). The community will not make a conclusion yet unless you present the evidence and proven it, I suggest you make a scam accusation following the format shared by the user/s above.

well mate there is a policy requirement that players must obey when they are anywhere including gambling houses ,if you have complied with what is in the policy then you can report anything with strong evidence included ! I saw a post from a BC official account seems to have been attacked by players with multiple accounts to get bonuses from BC there is a report on the Scam Accusations ,as explained by our community friends above ! so there will be vigilance from the BC side if there are some suspicious ones ,hope your problem is resolved quickly ! it will be very helpful if there is a report of your evidence on Scam Accusations

Bc.game has a clean history so far. If you would like the community to be on your side and help you, then you need to provide more details. It is best if you paste here at least some screenshots from your account and the TX of the transaction you think is fake.

You can post here with your fake hash received on your bcgame site, we know who is scammer between bcgame site or you make mistake here, but better to post your problem on reputation tread where almost scam project post there, you need to give proof about your account banned by giving us picture and lets see your TX hash where you said is fake.

Now, this is your side of the story and you cannot establish the fact of your story if you only have a story without something to back it up, if you want to gain support and since you open it in public you need to back it up with a screenshot of your account and transaction details and you can also pm the representative of their casino here in Bitcointalk to answer your allegation.
You need to lock this thread and create a new one in the scam section, it will do the community a big favor if your allegation turns out to be true.

A complete Bounty Hunters for years , now coming active just to provide Scam issue in Betting site without even giving a single proof, and does not online right after posting this accusation.

Of course, it is possible that you have not used the forum for so many years and now you just came back. However, if you want your issue to be reliable you need to give more details and then the community will certainly help you.

Open a scam accusation against them here and make sure you include your evidence to prove your case with them, at least that will serve as a warning to other users of this forum and at the same time prevent them from getting players from butcointalk.

Not care what happen with his bitcointalk account because he ask about his Bcgame only here, but he less giving proof TX HASH here to know is fake or not transaction ID, we know Bcgames is most trusted gambling site and many people use and joined there without any problem so far, just happen right now with his account but I need clearly clarify from OP about trie or not.

I also checked his account as mentioned above and yes it is questionable if what is the intention behind this , also I have been using bcgames for couple of months now and yet everything is well and fine.

Lets just ignore this thread unless there will be a proven accusation that will be filled here.

You are right Fredomago, something is wrong here! I don't mind the newbie account and big break so much as accusations threw without a single proof! I guess it doesn't have to be a formal accusation, but explaining the problem with a few screenshots would be a lot better...

I must say I don't understand this "fake hash thing", what is that? Maybe OP made a mistake, for Matic there are 3 available chains for withdrawing, Polygon, ERC20, and BEP 20... I am not sure if it's possible to mix chains and addresses, never happened to me!

I think it's too early to stand on one of the sides. Of course, BC.game has for a very long time a very good reputation. However, as we can see  HERE  (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5088875.msg58535198#msg58535198) similar issues have recently appeared.
Hopefully this is not the beginning of any bigger troubles and everything will be cleared up quickly.

You should move this to Scam Accusations and at the same time you also should provide the evidences of the fake hash and your interaction with the support, remember that accusations could go other way so it's better if you have the evidence to somewhat support your claim.

Since cryptocurrencies are indeed appealing, greedy developers will definitely take that advantage to create sites where they will benifit a lot especially high end hackers. Lots of site are just a bait. Not all but I think somehow most of the people encountered such fraud.

Yeah that true scam accusations is the place report about scam site or anything give fake, maybe there OP can see reputation and get any ideas how to get back his fund, I worry about his account banned maybe he has multiple account on Bcgame and is not allowed like you use stake account gambling side, many user got their account banned with reason multiple account and all gambling site only allowed one account for one person.

I haven't heard about Bcgame before but if you're experiencing trouble with their site then you should have shown proof to support your claim since that's necessary to prove that they have scammed you. It's just disappointing that even their support has blocked you. I think it's time to post your complaints on the scam accusiation thread so people would be aware of it.

With 3 in a row, it could be where this casino is going. They've been around for years though, sad to see they will ruin their rep after building it for years.

20 days of inactivity and blocking the user from its support seem an intention to silence OP. They might continue to do it, especially if the players begin to deposit big amounts there. The previous one has funds of over $100,000, it's a small amount compared to what they could still earn.

Lack of activity on Bitcointalk does not mean that support is not working. It's good that users signal strange situations, but often such posts are written under the influence of emotions while support investigates the case. I think we should wait a little longer before judging.

Make a scam accusation, your statement is baseless without evidence presented, so just do the right process so the community will be aware of the site's reputation. By not presenting evidence, what you are doing is detrimental to the business name, so don't make us think you are just trolling.

Their inactivity will make people worry on what's actually going on about them especially if they encounter an issue towards their site and by looking at OP situation well I can't blame him to call it like that, but as other say its good to post a proper complain on the right board so that people could actually see it exist.

Also maybe your right to wait but I doubt it since there's a little chance that it will resolve knowing they are inactive for long time here.

I've seen their banners on many advertising platforms, I'm glad they do have a marketing campaign but having no one to answer accusations here is a big minus, unsatisfied players can come down here and post negative reviews about the casino, and even if there are no proofs some people will believe that there are issues on the casino.

If they are not active they cannot answer issues, and we should also not just automatically believe when someone accuses a site of scamming without proof. We know that based on our experience, that are people who like to ruin a business and there are also businesses who like to scam gamblers, but we can only prove when we see evidence, in this case, no evidence was presented.

There is also the possibility that this accusation is untrue. According to the user's post history, he is from Portugal and the website from his nickname is in Chinese. The whole situation looks quite strange.

Some times not all accusation of gambling sites are real , especially when it does not come with any evidence. One must know when reporting a gambling site for scam you must show any sign of evidence. Just only reporting is not enough to be Frank.

if you are really filing a case against Bcgame then you must put complete proofs and also follow the instruction given above on how to put your thread and accusation in right section.

Yeah, another week of no logging in just after he has posted. These accusations should be done with a proof and if it's just about talking like as if they've been scammed yet they really lost the game and their money, it's just a blaming matter.

It is sad to lose this amount of money,  but you can report this accusation of yours in the forum in scam accusation board with an evidence so that the matter can be look into, make sure you have a real evidence about what you are saying.

thanks aoic for this information....btw, i've never tried to register on this site, i'm very lucky.  right now i am as much as possible away from gambling sites that have a bad reputation and are unprofessional, it will be much calmer if i only focus on playing on gambling sites that have a good reputation.
