But kind of hilarious! Using credit card is a means your identity can also be traced to you.

I will suggest you to make use of decentralized exchanges like Bisq, Hodlhodl or Localcryptos for better privacy or direct p2p. And make sure you are careful of scammers.

I think you could do it with coinbase, but once you have to the identity verification first.
You could do both credit and and debit card, you only need to link it with your coin base account, also you could withdraw some USD to your debit card if you want to but with several limits.

If you want a secure transaction then go for CEX which will requires KYC. They have a protection for consumers but you will need verification since you are using fiat. P2P is your best chance like what @charles said and listed above but the fee and rate is almost on the roof which is not worth it if you are planning to invest for a short period of time. Eventually you will be force to do KYC once you want to convert back again your crypto into fiat that's what the law requires to exchange when dealing fiat.

Debit card without verification.. yea.. you're definitely going to have a hard time finding such a platform. If there's such a platform, the authorities would immediately be in their asses due to the number of purchases using stolen debit cards.

At least in 2019, I know some LBC traders were offering a physical service to buy Bitcoin using cards with a high fees. They owned shops/merchants accounts. You'd be sent a link to buy a service or digital product, pay that, with a high premium, and they release Bitcoin. AML's cracking down hard on that kind of thing now though.

Whats the reason you need to buy bitcoin with debit card in specific. When you're issued with a debit card, your identity is already added to the respective bank's database. Further making a verification isn't necessary when you buy using a debit card. However there is no way for such access, and you can easily connect the Bank account linked with the debit card to multiple payment processors and make the purchase with ease.

Smell something else to me. Often I have been hearing debit and credit card abuse. Buying Bitcoin with a debit card and being worried about verification a kind of ridiculous. Because debit card itself will expose your identity, so there shouldn't be a problem with verifying yourself. Where you can trust with your debit credentials, you may trust them verification as well.

Although you found a platform where doesn't require any verification, you need to be ready always to provide unless you want to lose funds. Anytime an exchange or platform from where you are gonna buy Bitcoin could ask for verification to ensure the owner of the card attempting to buy Bitcoin using a debit card.
