You nailed it. However, if one is based somewhere in a continent like Africa or even in a remote country somewhere in Asia, one can easily get away with regulators. Now, had I got the money required to start my own shitcoin, why not make a good project instead...surely one can find good and willing partners for a project that is really based in good business and got solid use-cases. There is no need to make a project and then later on run away like the usual scammer.
