I pretty much agree with what the posts above mine said but I do look for a gambling site that has a practical design and eye-friendly colors on its UI so I can easily navigate and not hurt my eyes when gambling for hours. also, provably fair is one of the things gamblers are looking for.

I don't want to discourage you, but keep in mind even though you are able to deliver the most asked features by players, you will still have many competitors casinos around offering the exactly same key features, with the advantage they are much bigger and more popular than your potential recently created business. For me there are some things that I would like to mention :
1. Very high transaction fee, when you go to withdraw they charge ridiculous amount of money therefore I try and gamble with the casino where I can actually choose my transactions, fast/slow whatever but at the end the player should have a say in this for sure.
2. I see one of the main problems is KYC, as it goes against the ideology of decentralized currency. However it's not the casino operators that has interest in KYC, it's the regulators, Curaçao are the ones that needs it. On the other side running a casino without Curaçao license would be a problem, game providers and other B2B partners would not be interested to deal with you, if you don't have license at all. I guess you have to find some middle ground that complies with the regulators and casino players, asking for KYC in cases like high withdrawal amounts, suspicions activities etc. I'm yet to find top class crypto centralized casino, that has no KYC at all, the factor of KYC and that it can be asked is always there.

Regarding other features it's pretty clear, everyone likes fast, smooth experience with less costs, and live support if needed.

For me, the main priorities are, first of all, the ability to play in casinos without KYC.  But I understand that not all countries can work this way.

Hi that's nice that you asked for the opinions of the players well here's my thoughts about it. The key features I'm looking for the new crypto casino is the security and of course the fairness of the casino itself, the casino should be fair at all times and of course secure or players and if they won big amount they should pay them as soon as the users wanted to withdraw his funds.

What's setting me off from joining casino is their reputation, honestly it is not easy to attract players to new casino especially if they are new so you should do some things like promotional campaigns and giveaways to earn the trust of the players but make sure that you really make yourself worth it.

The main cryptocurrency I use is BTC and USDT.

When it comes to crypto casinos the key feature for me is that a large amount of alt coins are accepted as a form of deposit. Having the choice between various alt coins makes it much easier for the gambler to deposit some of his invested crypto coins. I think just more bonuses and rewards program, I think that it's enough for your gambling site to be known throughout the gambling circle, I don't think that there's not that much innovation that you can do in gambling website besides being much more generous to your customers than the other gambling websites.
