The coin is a legal version of 2009 of 20 cent of euro damaged during production.

It can be defined curious. 
I taken on my private collection for a while. Now I decided to sell off.... with starting price the face value! (0.20 euro cent! - preev.com price)

It's a very interesting auction. I must admit I don't know a lot about collectible coins, but I could theoretically take a 20 cent coin from my wallet and damage it as well. What makes this coin more special than any other damaged cent?

you can do it by yourself, why not! post pic at the end I am really curious.

it appears to you manipulated? You see some "burns" or melting? How much will cost doing this damage? How much you can earn at the end? it really worth it? ::) (price requested at start.... FACE VALUE! ;) ) of course no! because it has been damaged during production and is a well known damage that appears in some early euro coins, already discussed also with other euro collector.  8)
