Please write where can I find up-to-date information how long will the sending bitcoin transaction take depending on sat/byte.

mempool.space is a good tool for newbies since it gives a graphical representation of the confirmed blocks and unconfirmed transactions inform of "Unconfirmed blocks" in the mempool

You will notice that the unconfirmed transactions are grouped in blocks according to the range of fee rates from the most likely ones to be confirmed in the next block to the less likely ones to be confirmed in the next block

Transactions are prioritized based on the fee paid per vbyte, not byte.
vbyte is a unit for measurement of virtual size of transactions.
In the case you use segwit address(es), the virtual size of your transaction will be smaller and the required fee would be lower.

Anyway, I also recommend you to use mempool.space (http://mempool.space). That's very helpful especially for newbies. But if you want to see a very accurate graph showing the mempool state, you can use jochen-hoenicke website (https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,24h,weight). It allows you to analyse the mempool yourself.

I haven't really focused on monitoring the state of the mempool.space for a long time before transaction. I use the elektrum segwit wallet where I can determine my own fees as needed and make sure I activate the RBF feature to anticipate congestion due to spikes in transactions at any time. I haven't used a fee of more than 1 sat/byte in over 4 months so although you can use the fee recommended by mempool.space but if you are not in a rush with your transaction then try to go with 1 sat/byte and enable RBF to prevent network congestion.

RBF allows you to bump transaction fees when your transactions are not confirmed as you would like. However, mempool.space will help you a lot to find out recommended transaction fees and estimated confirmation times.

You can also check this out: https://txfee.org/ the tool developed by @cajancharles which is also kind of accurate and simple to to find the fee required and estimated time for BTC and also you can have BSV,BCH and ETH fee calculator as well by toggling the tab in the upper right corner.

This is a malicious website, do NOT ever use this site or recommend it to anyone.
They have been intentionally suggesting extremely high fees for bitcoin transactions even during times when mempool is empty. For example right now the site claims that "The fastest and cheapest transaction fee is currently 102 satoshis/byte" whereas mempool is empty and there is only 0.2 vMB transactions that are paying 1+ satoshi/vbyte fees.

So in other words this malicious site is reporting a fee that is 102 times higher than what you should be paying.

Use http://mempool.space/ or https://jochen-hoenicke.de/queue/#BTC,24h,weight as it was suggested instead.

Use websites to check mempool and compares your fee rate to suggested fee rate in mempool to get confirmation in next 1, 3, 5 blocks, etc. to know estimation for your waiting time.

However, mempool can change too quickly if Bitcoin has big movement, up or down. Therefore, all of these are estimations, not exact waiting time for your transaction.

In worst case, your transaction is stucked and network is congested, it will be dropped off mempool after 14 days. Good news is since April, Bitcoin network is very clear and not congested. It is contributed by better adoption of Segwit and Lightning network.

The suggested fees might be OK, but they need to update their whatever API they were using for the price of BTC... it is just a tad bit out of date:

You can also try https://btc-fee.net/ or you can play with this topic (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5183269.0) to know more about the sites that can estimate bitcoin fee, but not all the sites are recommendable. As it has been commented above, know that virtual size (vbyte) is not the same as byte. Virtual size are more reduced using segwit and pay-to-taproot. To save fee, use segwit or pay-to-taproot.
