Title: Bitcoin to Hit $150,000 in 2022
Post by: Wiwo on December 10, 2021, 02:07:27 PM
As the rate of inflation rise all over the world, Bitcoin is seen as the hedge over inflation which is why so many analyses predicted $70,000 Bitcoin price in 2021 which was achieved as Bitcoin made an all-time price of above $70000 and the deflationary forces that faced the top commodities and exchange globally forced Bitcoin price to drop back to its present price. This has led me to say that 2022 Bitcoin is going to cross the $100,000 bitcoin price predictions.

Bitcoin all time high was never $70000, it was $69000.

If analysts predicted bitcoin price could $69000 by 2021 due to inflation, they were all wrong because inflation contributed little to the price rise. Demand and low supply is more responsible for the increase of bitcoin price.

the deflationary forces that faced the top commodities and exchange globally forced Bitcoin price to drop back to its present price.
I do not understand this. Selling made bitcoin price to decrease. But buying will be the net result over long time and the price will later reach all time high.

This has led me to say that 2022 Bitcoin is going to cross the $100,000 bitcoin price predictions.
When it comes to bitcoin, it is possible. I will not speak of time, but bitcoin will surely attain $100000.

If bitcoin increases in price at the same pace as it did this year the yeah there's a good possibility that BTC will cross $100k.
But we can't really be so sure. What if the bear market starts and everyone starts dumping ? What if the bear market stays for 2-3 years ?
Right now bitcoin is still in a uptrend and it stays in uptrend then your prediction might come true but otherwise we might have to wait a few years to see that price range.

Huh. Who knows after all...

I've seen so many predictions that turned out wrong that I don't believe anyone anymore. Yeah, it's going to exceed $100,000, but that's just for the far future and is also a speculation that isn't impossible to turn out wrong. I just consider it unlikely.

I won't dive into technical analysis as I don't understand it, but I'm just going to say this to support my prediction:  The better sound money will be appreciated.

Hard to say yes on this especially we see a current upset to the price these days so maybe this huge figures will not be seen next year but still the possible figures to be reach still at 6 digits since many think about that. But we should expect that this will take time and we don't know the exact timeline. And I'm sure many whales are speculating that also thats why other now are buying while bitcoin is at bargain price.

You could say the bears have just entered but this does not allow the bulls to be the same this year but we expect the best in 2022.
The previous hit of $150,000 has been there even more but we are still not sure if this will be possible in the next year after a lot of talk of inflation and other deflation, but I think 6 digits will be easy to guess which we will definitely see in terms of market movements.
Hopefully there is a new trend that can wake up even better bulls.

The OP is certainly positive unlike some who have already proclaimed a bear market and are largely selling everything they have accumulated over the past year or more. At the moment it is impossible to say whether this is a perfectly made bear trap - because December has long been announced as the month in which the $100k will take place (Plan B), or we are really entering a new crypto winter.

I have a good feeling for 2022, but I am also ready to survive another crypto winter and look forward to next spring, whenever it happens.

Just one small word of advice: make sure you don't get your hopes too high, too early. Better get some nice surprises now and then than getting disappointed by Bitcoin too early.

Positive yes, but misinformed or a little exaggerating, bitcoin didn't reach 70k so I don't trust what OP has to say. I think that to each of their own, we can say what we believe the state of the market is, for me I think it's bear market already since most crypto has gone down and hasn't been doing good. Who announced that bitcoin will reach 100k this December? I don't think anyone is certain that it's going to go to that price point.

My bad wrong figure there, I will correct it but to say that Bitcoin is crossing the 100k price benchmark is an understatement and a counter statement to my prediction so I may not agree with that $100k limit. I guess Bitcoin is going to cross the $150k benchmark before the end of the first quarter of 2022.

The year 2022 is approaching, but until now the price of bitcoin is still experiencing a major correction and has not shown any bullish signs. Therefore I am still not sure if the bitcoin price will reach $150,000 in 2022.

You have not enough analysis based on charts and fundamentals on why it will be reaching $150k next year. I would like to see we go that up since it's in favor of most of us, the holders.

I wouldn't say that the correction we're getting today is a major one but it's more of an essential which is really has to happen and inevitable.

If this is happening in early 2022, that would be the best and fruitful year for everybody who been holding such quantities of Bitcoin. Also to consider the potential profit, I hope other promising assets like eth and bnb would come at this point which also reach another all time high.
Not just Bitcoin, but also the entire cryptocurrency community will rejoice during during this time.

You don't need the doubt. Last year was far below what the price is today or the ATH but here we are with it. In fact last year was around $3,500 at its lowest and started picking around 4k until covid-19 came and the price jumped. Now what to know are the factors likely to cause price increase, surely halving is part of it coming closer.

This is a good preparation going up to a new peak since we cannot rise forever, corrections are necessary. Though I don’t think $150k will be the peak, maybe in 2022 $100k are more possible to reach. Bitcoin is a good coin that has the potential to reach that price, just stay calm and have Bitcoin.

Look, even one of the top forecasters PlanB has not been able to forsee this
current trend of not being able to achieve a new ATH in December the year after a halving
when according to historical evidence it should. So yea its a guessing game as to when
but only the few fudsters and bears would disagree that Bitcoin will hit $100/$150k

We all know its going to happen but personally I have not been able to buy these recent dips
because of too many expenses so I dont mind if the current market prices linger a bit longer
so I can buy some.

Bitcoin will indeed cross $100k or even $150k but cannot confirm whether it would be in 2202 or 2023 or some other year. I was positive about bitcoin reaching the mark of $100k in December but looking at the corrections it's unlikely that Bitcoin will be able to reach thaie figures and at the same time it will not even dump drastically as speculated by fudsters. If bitcoin manages to stay above $45k or $50k by the end of December then we may expect further recovery from new year as usually last week of December is not a good week for Bitcoin.

Such value is attainable but yes, no one knows when exactly this will happen. Being high volatile market, the price movement may surprise us in no time. But $150k is still far from what we have today. Year 2022 or beyond, we will see what is the btc market's condition by next year. And from that point, we can gauge when is the possible timeframe for this price to happen.

Definitely, there is a good chance bitcoin price will reach $150,000 in the year 2022 because the cryptocurrency ecosystem is growing almost every day and that mean more people would be buying bitcoin in the future that is what will boost the bitcoin price to reach $150,000 or even higher,

Just wait and see. It is not easy to hit $150,000 in 2022 because $100,000 needs to be reached first, which I do not think will be easy. Maybe this correction will stay until the end of this year but we also have a chance to see the price will be up and down and give us a chance to buy and sell bitcoin. Maybe reaching $100,000 will be okay in 2022, so in Q2, the price can increase to $150,000. But we still have more than 15 days to see what will happen to bitcoin at the end of this year so the price can have the possibility to back to $50,000-$60,000 at the end of the year.

It’s hard to say what the inflation figures will be in mid 2022. On one hand you got supply issues which is one reason why these inflation numbers are up. Delays in shipping and port congestion obviously will make prices up for certain products. Then you got the issues with cars and the chip shortage. Which I think is already resolved because auto manufacturers got most of the chips they need and production will resume to normal capacity in Q1.

So obviously the inflation number will go down in 2022, and if you add the fact that the fed will do it’s first fed rate increase in Q2, means that inflation should go down. Assets will be risk off and Bitcoin might fall in price.

OP, did you know that kind of analysis is actually quite wild?

Estimating the price of 3x the previous ATH price, I think it would be very unreasonable if the support of institutional investors and retail traders did not want that. What keeps the price going is the high demand that is always possible when institutional investors announce their big investments in bitcoin. The massive hype that occurred throughout 2020 and 2021 was due to increased demand where inflation did not really affect it. It's clear that some of the investors use bitcoin as a hedge, but some of them just expect a fair profit.

There's always a possibility between pumping and dumping, so we should be somewhere between the two the whole time.

Well take the event that played out in the Bitcoin price between April to November this year, who could have thought Bitcoin will rise to its time high twice within a year, I know how volatile and unpredictable Bitcoin price could be but the fact remains that the coming year is going to make a big difference.

This is his speculation and nothing more, and besides, he did not substantiate it with anything concrete, so there is no question that anyone should take such things seriously at all. And as for $100k by the end of this year, you just need to look a little and you'll find a lot of people who believed in it.

Here are just some of the examples :

https://cryptopotato.com/bitcoin-price-to-hit-100000-by-end-of-2021-chainalysis-ceo/
https://finance.yahoo.com/news/standard-chartered-predicts-bitcoin-hit-102045961.html
https://www.nasdaq.com/articles/bitcoin-price-prediction-2021%3A-why-btc-could-hit-%24100k-by-year-end-2021-06-04

Of course, these are all speculations and it is completely unserious to rely on such things when it comes to investing, especially in the short term. Some may be disappointed with this development, but Bitcoin, as always, exploded after the halving - and anyone who invested at the time could make a very nice profit, and it still can.

I know about it, but we all don't know what's really going to happen next year. But without ignoring the fact that I haven't seen ATH for bitcoin price in an even year since 2018. So I'm sure this scenario will stay the same for 2022, but I also can't say that in 2022 the price will dump below $30K. We've seen dump of more than 50% before after ATH, so wouldn't be surprised to see it drop next year.

That's what I was thinking. After this year in which we saw a multitude of predictions, including some from former Bitcoin haters reconverted, saying that the minimum was going to be $100K, and with some that went much further, such as the supercycle theory, I'm going to find it quite difficult to believe any prediction, but especially predictions like the OP's, poorly justified.

70k will still gonna play out? Hmmm, I think there's possibility but I think that would only happen if we stay in this 47k and 50k/52k support, just my opinion. 70k didn't happen yet tbh. Well, since it's nearing the EOY of course it's presumptuous to move it on 2022.

$100,000 is nearly possible but I don't think about $150,000 as that seems unrealistic.

I'm also positive for the future of Bitcoin but not that very optimistic to see Bitcoin reaching that price. Honestly, I'd never think about " everything is possible" here in crypto. I don't think that was the case to believe that it comes. No, we'd rather consider the market demand and supply as that would affect the price.

Many speculations arise at this time but we don't know who's right. But what I guess is that most of them are wrong.

Nobody really knows, we are making assumptions but we really do not know what is going to happen. Hopefully we will end up with something decent, that is all we want but 150k is not really a "must" in this case. As long as we do fine, that is going to be just the thing we are looking for. I am not saying that it is great as it is right now, but it doesn't require to be 150k in order to make me happy neither. Anything above the ATH price and staying above is good enough for me.

I know that it is hard to do that, most of the time when it breaks the ATH price then it falls under it, that is how it has been for a while, but we passed 20k ATH which was the ATH for 2+ years or maybe 3? And we still managed to break over that and never come down to that ever again since we broke over it. So as long as it breaks over 68k and then never goes under 68k then I am quite happy for 2022, 150k or not.

We should talk about on how to break those 70k-80-90-100k first before talking about beyond prices because its never been that possible for a short span of time considering on how we move into  those past years then this is something that cant really be done easily.

This would be always a hell of a bumpy ride and eaching 150k in 1 year time is a bit optimistic and its just right if we do mind off first
on how to break those tough resistances.

All we do need is bigger recognition and level of adoption which you cant really able to hurry up.

Well, if we talk of adoption level, i think bitcoin massive adoption is already starting as we can see big institutions are now into bitcoin. But considering the market is so volatile, bitcoin may hit $150k but it will still be uncertain when will it happen. But i know in the long run it will.

However, reaching another peak for bitcoin this year might be very tough since bitcoin price even continues to decline. So more likely, its new ATH will most likely to be possible by early next year.

I would say that recognition and adoption are growing in recent months or at least this 2021.

Government like El Salvador is leading the while and then we have Microstrategy and then Tesla hedging their assets and having bitcoin is their balance sheet.

But yes, it will take more than that to really push the price to 6 digits this year. However, we have too much expectations that we will hit $100k but it's not gonna happen so we have to look next year 2022 and maybe it will have enough push to trust into that $100k and even more.

I think we would of already gone past >100K if more companies put Bitcoin on their balance sheet like Tesla. I remember there was speculation that during the Summer dip, many Fortune 500 companies would buy Bitcoin and then announce their purchase during earnings between Oct-Nov however that obviously was not the case.

Remember those goat that the Facebook ceo calls Bitcoin. There was also speculation that he would also put Bitcoin on its balance sheet and many were betting it would be announced on its earnings call but it never was.

Right, probably it's a bit disappointing to see the price going down to hard after the latest all time high of $70,000 and everyone is pointing to a $100,000 minimum this month.

And then those companies and CEO that is supposedly riding on the bandwagon really didn't or just bailed out or just wanted to have some media that's why they are spewing Bitcoin in their mouth when they are being interviewed in a financial watch TV segment.

Perhaps it will gonna happen within 2022, since buyers nowadays on this situation seems don't want to see bitcoin go further from the current support level as the market is showing a bunch of consolidation as well, wherein very clear structure from buyers that adding more at the dip.. So its not surprising to be honest if bitcoin will jump higher than 2021 even though this year there's a 3 all time high value..

If the situation is like this until the end of this year, bitcoin is hard to reach $70,000 and it may not increase so high until the new year. Bitcoin drops too deep from the last ATH so it needs time to lift the price until reaching $69,000 but in the future, I am sure that bitcoin will reach $70,000 and once it reaches that price, it will have a chance to go to the next ATH. It is still unpredicted that bitcoin is going to cross the $100,000 in 2022 but the chance will be there so hopefully, after the new year, the price will start breaking $70,000 and reach the new ATH.

Right now I've seen a lot of people predicting the price of Bitcoin will reach 100k or more, it's very realistic I think by looking at the current development of Bitcoin which continues to show a positive price trend which has reached its peak price twice this year, there is no too much price correction. in that it is very possible if this continues to happen it won't be long before we will see new ATH for Bitcoin that will reach 100k or more. I am very sure of that.

There is no wrong predicting the price of bitcoin even to Hit a Million dollars because this is indeed to happen but what is exaggerating is that giving specific time meaning they wanted to push the price towards 2021 reaching that high when the market itself showing it very difficult to happen.
I think better to expect at least 70k to 75k till this december ends though it is clearly that we are only 2 weeks to go and the situation will show what is the highest price.
Remember to never expect too much in cryptocurrency investing or else you will become a bitter person because of failure .

I am a little bit pessimistic about 2022. The so called "4-year cycle" isn't working anymore. Back in 2013, we had the prices going up by almost 240x, from $5 to $1200. And four years later in 2017 the bull run spiked the exchange rates by 22x, from $900 to $20,000. And as 2021 is coming to an end, the spike is only around 2x this time. The prices moved from $29,000 to $49,000 in the last 12 months, which was rather disappointing. I am still hopeful of 6-digit prices, but that may take another 3-4 years and may not be possible by 2022.

No i will not believe your prediction because yours are very exaggerated and not to be trusted lol.
I do agree with not all predictions to be believed and they are just "estimations" and by just one person so not believing one person is a good idea in crypto. If you do, then you are going to make their trades for them and would be basically their workers with your own money so it is totally understandable.

However, saying 70k is not the reason to not trust someone, we were 68k+, close to 69k and many people round it out to 70k, I do it sometimes as well and say we reached 70k ATH and yes I know we didn't reach that but I just like to round up to make it saying ATH easier, saying 68.5k is a lot more weird and just saying 70k straight up makes it easier. Otherwise I do agree with you on not trusting someone from bitcointalk, not even me I would say myself, I just wanted to correct the idea of saying 70k since it is such a close call.

It's not the right time to predict bitcoin is going to hit 150,000$ next year, because the scenario isn't clear enough yet. There isn't a tendency in fluctuations or on the news showing bitcoin will pump so strongly soon. Maybe in some weeks it can change, so we can understand what is going on in crypto market accurately.

In every cases, 150,000$ is still too much. You are talking about a 200% increasement in bitcoin price in one year period, considering bitcoin has never been there before.

First let $100k cross over in 2022 and that itself would be a great achievement and yes thats the day for huge celebration. Yes, by now, seeing recent ATH of BITCOIN this year, we could sense more number of real and big investors are pitching into crypto platform. This has even created a demand for crypto currencies and yes the current correction should get over and Bitcoin price should march fast towards $80k to $100k by the next quarter of 2022.

Those people are saying that it is the next goal, not the next price point we will stop very soon. I am one of those people and I keep saying that there is a good reason why bitcoin could reach 100k in the future, I can't tell you when that will happen but I can tell you that there is a good chance it may happen in the near future.

This is what I am guessing, we will have some ups to above 60k+ once again, a bit of correction because of all the accumulation happened these days that will want to get out, a bit more increase above 65k+ after that, and that's when we will decide what will happen. Will it be 70k+ or will it be failing to pass that again? That is the short term, until spring or summer, after that it is all a mystery to me, even though I believe that it will reach to 100k, I just do not think that it will happen in the next 3 months, could it happen in 2022? Maybe, just maybe.

It is still uncertain every year, we have been trying to escape the 10k for more than 3 years, a cap that gave annoyance and headaches, making the always pessimists believe that it had peaked, but the reality of 2021 has been surprising no doubt, but perhaps the expectations are being too exciting given 2022.
bitcoin is going to reach +$100,000, it always complies, but patience always beats predictions.

We need to hit 80k$ first before speculating that it will hit 150k$ in 2022 maybe we need to wait and be calm the price of bitcoin this month or this year end can maybe give as a clue on our investment plan, I think it is too early to predict the upcoming year 2022 price.

Why the magic number of $80,000 though? it is because of the potential of Bitcoin to do x2?

For me though it should be $100,000 before we can speculate even further. I mean this the price that we are all looking for at the end of the year but it looks like we are not going to achieved it.

It's ok to predict next year though, again it's a hit or miss, or investors should need to be prepared so that we can adjust or re-adopt on the market conditions.

Although it is a bit disappointing, we still need to be optimistic about bitcoin because bitcoin will increase sooner or later and rise at the right time. I guess bitcoin has already given more chances to buy bitcoin at a low price and hold it and we do not need to feel bad about that. A few hours ago, bitcoin can increase to $50k so that can be our profit if you sell some satoshi and buyback at the current price. But we can still hold for more and wait for the next high price but we need more patience. The new ATH will come again, no matter in the next year or the next 2 years later so we can start to prepare our bitcoin from now on. But we can not accurately predict how much bitcoin price in 2022 and only speculate.

The movement of bitcoin now in price is unpredictable, just looking at the situation in ground, so bitcoin hitting $100K in year 2022 it will be under probability and if it's to come, it should be half of the year of 2022, because some people has made this exclamation before, emphasising that bitcoin will hit hundred thousand (100k) but all did not come in accomplish as expected. Let us get into 2022 first and see have the circle will look like.

150k is too much to ask for a short time , not because 2021 make the price high to 69k meaning this will continue progressing as there are many things we must consider .

first the legalization in h=which the most awaited and dreamed of all bitcoin supporters and crypto users.

I think the price decline that has occurred recently is a price correction that occurred before bitcoin reached a higher point, as we all know before the price of bitcoin goes up it will usually be preceded by a price correction first. I am sure that soon the bitcoin price will recover and in early 2022 the bitcoin price will exceed ATH in 2021.

If you think the price of Bitcoin in 2022 can break through to the level of $150,000, I think the opposite, Bitcoin in the year you predict can go to the level: $25,000.

I do not believe the price of Bitcoin is influenced by the mechanics, the increase, the speculation of the cool language (Inflation), If you compare real market analysis such as the necessities of life with the Crypto/Bitcoin market it is very wrong, Bitcoin inflation can be played, for example: what has been done by Elon and others.

Actually I think Bitcoin can break through to a certain level, caused by certain factors, not based on inflation, you buy in large quantities it goes up, you dispose of large amounts down, have no effect on the needs of the public, most of the public do transactions, not store large amounts, Today transaction tomorrow sell and so on.

With 90% supply pltie and impending scarcity along with fiat hyperinflation, I believe bitcoin value can beat $120k-150k… This needs to be adjusted over time to know probability of achieving next year.  However, it is highly reliant on similar sell-offs of Dec. 4 not to occur to ensure a quicker market take-up in the face of a bear market.  Assuming the support levels are at a stronger level, some reference charts will show a more likely level.  I think there is still a possibility to set a new ATH this year at 72k… hummm, not a luxury right now though. 16 days to win the bear

I am also confident about the continuation of bull trend in 2022 and when that is happening then we can easily see bitcoin prices testing $200k levels in most probable cases. Still, we need to close this year candle above $60k at least so that we could gain confident among intuitions and all other investors; otherwise they may go shorting which might create another bearish wave which may collapse all the belief about getting above $100k levels.

I guess the next 10 days of this December month will be too critical and even if we remain sideways then we can see bulls get into action in the first week of 2022 but anything bearish will need us to recalculate everything.

It is not an unrealistic price for bitcoin to reach, however there are too many unknowns that could affect the price of bitcoin during the next year, the rate of inflation is very high and this is good for bitcoin, but at the same time there are factors that could play against it.

Probably the most important factor against it is the new string of the virus that was discovered not long ago, scientist are worried as it could be more contagious, more lethal and they are not sure yet if the vaccines will work on it, so while I think there is a decent chance we could see that price during the next year, it is not a sure thing.

I really like your way of thinking. I also believe that very high inflation will cause many people to escape to alternative currency with their capital, and in this case cryptocurrencies are perfect solution for them. I believe the price of $100k in 2022 is certain.

Exactly. This high inflation will definitely continue for long and is now hard to controlled particularly for big countries with big population and bitcoin is definitely a good option to combat inflation. Wit this, if people will be able to realize the value of bitcoin towards high inflation with fiat, then using bitcoin instead of fiat will be very possible. And as expected, if bitcoin receives massive adoption, its value will continue to grow too which will make $100k or $150k to be very possible by next year.

Bitcoin is not only a solution for very high inflation, but Bitcoin can also be a fairly effective source of income in a pandemic situation like now.
Moreover, seeing Bitcoin's performance this year is extraordinary, for people who managed to sell Bitcoin at peak prices, now is a great opportunity
to buy back Bitcoin. Because the price of Bitcoin is now falling quite deep, if we have learned about Bitcoin properly, then we will understand that
the price decline that occurs in Bitcoin usually does not last long. So don't hesitate to buy Bitcoin when the price drops like now, the current Bitcoin
price drop is even a good sign. Because usually if Bitcoin goes down, then the next Bitcoin price increase will definitely be higher. This means that
the opportunity for Bitcoin to reach a price of $150k in 2022 is very large.

I can see that everyone is very positive about the future of Bitcoin, as if they did not notice at all that we have quite large corrections in the market right now. :) I, too, believe that the Bitcoin price is still in an uptrend, but the bear market has to come sometime. Sooner or later the price of Bitcoin will exceed $100k but I'm not sure if it will happen in 2022.

we don't know anymore what is going to happen after a short period of time, we all probably believe that bitcoon will hit another ATH and probably reach more than 100k sooner or later, but it is hard to precisely predict when, but in my point of view I think it could happen throughout 2022 so I agree with you, but still somethings can show up and make things crash again, a lot of people expected a pump before the end of this year but so far it seems impossible.

I think this price forecast is exaggerated, to have this price increase up to $150,000 the price would have to break the $69,000 and reach $90,000 and then correct it to $60,000 and go back to breaking the $90,000 towards $150,000 I think that it would be possible in 2023 and not 2022 is still too early. if it's $150,000 for 2023 I think it would be pretty realistic

Indeed. There were many big players who stated that Bitcoin to soar to $100k this year. So, people are optimistic about buying more even the BTC price has increased above $60k. And many people still keep holding even the price jumped above $68k several weeks ago. Sadly, BTC price continues to drop after making its ATH. Those people who didn't sell at $68k regret very much to see the current price of BTC, including me.

reaching $100k in 2022 is still very possible but to reach $150k seems very difficult considering since the beginning of the year bitcoin has been in a bullish phase. since a few months ago many people believe the price of bitcoin will reach $100k, in other words $100k is the target price that has been set by many people. it is possible after the bitcoin price really reaches $100k there will be a massive sale and make the bitcoin price in a bearish phase.

Don't expect what happens this year will happens next , we have not experience a consecutive years of continues pumping in this market, yeah there are even good straight year but in the following year it changes.

So i am not seeking for that growth though i will be thankful if it happens.

We seem to have lost this round already, this year I mean. The price prediction of Bitcoin as far as many supporters, even those realistic ones, are concerned within the year 2021 is that it could reach $100,000. I myself thought Bitcoin could reach that. It is now one hundred percent obvious that we cannot have that. So the next round is 2022. And I am once again fully convinced that $100,000 is such an easy target for the whole year. Inflation is going through the roof already. Bitcoin is people's best hedge.

100K,150K and blah blah price prediction with exact year to happened is bullshit. Many analyst and influencer are using technical analyst to shill and hype people to buy more so that they extend expectations further for higher price goal. Many of market manipulators do it so that they can freely unload there assets to the buying pressure given by FOMO investors. No one can guarantee if we will hit again ATH next year or the following year but in the future, Maybe we can see that due to limited Small supply but still there's no guarantee after all.

Those price prediction is supposed to bait new people who hasn't join crypto yet to invest which is good for the people that already in, as an experienced crypto investors we should never rely on the news like those which mentioned the price and the year like everything is really gonna happen.
We should know everything is possible to happen in crypto even the worst thing. We already hit 2 times all time high this year and will it gonna hit a new one next year ? never happen before in the price history 2 times all time high in 2 consecutive year, so the chance is not high

I thought that we can make it and even going to surpass but it looks like we ended up very short to $100,000, maybe we only stop at very close to $50k. Maybe next year, we just wish for a better trend? But to think about $150,000, for me, that seems unrealistic. I can't either draw a strong price prediction this time as it eventually makes a huge change from time to time coz even market experts are also having difficulties now. Let's see how this holiday season affects the price and is able to beat the downtrend.

Expecting ATH at $150k is not a luxury as market conditions provide higher highs.  Well, I think the S2F chart or model still has something "mystical" that is not really bullshit when the pressure from hyperinflation is destroying people's lives, finances, activities, spending...  It gradually grows larger from the influence.  Faced with the mass adoption of bitcoins that will create a scarcity of supply, no need to wait until 2140 until the last bitcoins are mined, it can happen anytime and I guess there must be  $73k in Q1 for that bull run.  So why is the expectation impossible when it is completely different from the x1000 expectation of shitcoins.  Lol

It's really hard to predict right now bitcoin crossing $100k by next year since the market is still experiencing a continuous price decline. But maybe, this will not take so long as we expect that next to this is a bullish season that we fail to experience in december 2021. However, as the market remains unpredictable, we cannot be even sure if there is really a bull run after all. I'm afraid that after this price correction, bearish season will next to enter the market. Of course, this is also part of the cycle but i think most of us are not even prepared yet for this as we are anticipating more about bull run by early next year.

Maybe we lost the chance to see bitcoin increase to $100,000 this year but we still have much time to see that is happening next year and I still believe that bitcoin will rise at the right time. I also think that bitcoin can increase to $100,000 in November but after seeing what happened to bitcoin in November and this month, the chance to see a bullish trend is not too big but the chance is still there. So it is only a matter of time bitcoin will increase higher. Meanwhile, we can prepare by accumulating more bitcoin while the price is still at a low price.

Well, for this year, it looks like hitting $70k is pretty tough too. however, this year there are quite a lot of expectations that bitcoin could hit $100k, but it's still very difficult. in 2022, this may actually be achieved, only we don't know, whether the price of bitcoin can actually reach the price of $150k or not. however, I don't want to expect too much, I'm just sure about this.
let's hope the price of bitcoin in 2022 can reach a new ATH again, and take the crypto world to another level.

Its all prediction but its all useless and worthless.

Now see what is happening with Bitcoin right now. Its moving sideways this past week at around $47,000-$52,000. Right now we are in a stage where we don't know where the market is heading towards with. Will it go upwards or will it go downwards. Will the bulls prevail or will the bears take over the market. Right now the market isn't doing well this past few weeks as we already saw Bitcoin went from $69,000 which is its ATH to around $47,000 right now. TBH, I don't know where the market will go but I already secured some profits just incase the worst thing happens.

But the market seems to be reluctant right now, investors are too timid or not in the business to pour their money at this for this month. Everyone is expecting a 6 digits this December but it's obvious that it won't happen this 2021.

The price of Bitcoin had plunged nearly 20% two weeks ago. Not only Bitcoin, Ethereum also suffered the same fate where the alternative digital coin (altcoin) collapsed by 15% two weeks ago.

But last week, the correction for Bitcoin and Ethereum tended to decrease, although in Ethereum the correction was still quite large, which was around 4%, while Bitcoin had decreased considerably, which was in the range of 0.1%.
One analyst believes that the United States (US) government will legally accept Bitcoin by 2022. He also predicts that the Bitcoin price will appear to be on an upward trajectory of US$100,000.

Christmas and New Year's Eve are just a few short days away and bitcoin's direction is overreacting and contrary to expectations, the first quarter won't go well plus the economy is rotten, it's hard to get more motivated looking at bitcoin

For now, this is merely a speculation and nobody knows when it would happen but I believe that if Bitcoin stays above $40k we're still gonna see a pump soon. But if it goes beyond that level, maybe we should start to hodl since it looks like there will be a long period of bear run coming.

This price seems like trying to push the weak-hands to create a panic and let them sell it instead of holding. Maybe next year if the pump won't happen this year but let's not get our hope that high since it's a 50-50 chance there will be a pump next year or a dump and $150k is just too much as of this year. Maybe next halving cycle we might see that price.

Every single prediction is useless unless they come to frustration. I am not saying that it will happen, all I am saying is that there is a chance it may happen, not on this case but in general. If people stopped making predictions then how could they make any investments? What will they say? Will it go up? Will it go down? There is nothing to understand from that situation.

This is why we can't really have a big fuss about people who have assumptions about the market since that is what we all do when we trade. If you sell then you think it will go down or if you buy then you think it will go up, these are all predictions, anyone has ever sold or bought bitcoin in the past made a prediction. Once again, this isn't about this case only but just works out for every single move made or every single sentence said about bitcoin so far.

Let's see how this holiday season affects the price and is able to beat the downtrend.

We probably all thought that Bitcoin could make it to $100,000 by the time 2021 closes. The trend towards the all time high was full of positivity. And we seemed to have much time left for Bitcoin to climb to $100,000. But we are all wrong. The downturn happened and it was not just a simple case of price correction after a strong rally. It was a severe correction that even pulled the price of Bitcoin down to just a little over $40,000.

See you all in 2022 then. I hope we will all still be together in waiting for that elusive $100,000.

^^ That's what we are waiting for, achieving that 6 digits because that's what we wanted to see and that's what our expectations for this year and many actually believed that we are going to hit it.

Unfortunately this market is very volatile and there are circumstance beyond our control.

But 2022 could be the year wherein we will finally break that big barrier and see $100k in the first quarter.

I think it will be the year. It must be the year. I'd like to think that this is not just about a possibility. This is about a certainty. December 2021 will definitely not give us a $100,000 Bitcoin. But 2022 has 12 months. It is next to impossible for Bitcoin to once again fail to deliver within that long span of time.

But forget about that first quarter. Bitcoin is not even halfway there. Bitcoin might take more than 3 months before reaching $100,000. But it will come next year. Finger-crossed.

Of course, I still believed that we have a good chance next year, but it's a big if, IF we are still going to see a bull run, we might go over $100k next year, maybe in the first quarter.

But the market seems to be reluctant right now, investors are too timid or not in the business to pour their money at this for this month. Everyone is expecting a 6 digits this December but it's obvious that it won't happen this 2021.
It is why we really need to hold tight on our bitcoin because we believe that bitcoin will hit the next highest ATH in the next years. Hopefully, that can happen in the first quarter but if it's not happening, we still have much time for that and we can wait for more while we can add more bitcoin to our wallet.

That is what is happening to the market right now but it will increase at the right time and maybe this time, we still have more chances to buy bitcoin because once that chance is gone, it will not be easy to buy bitcoin at the current price. We still have a half month before this December end, so we can expect and hope that the price will increase and back to $60k because I think that is the next target for bitcoin before the price lift to the next highest price.

Even we are not at half mark of discussion, I am not thinking it would take more than 3 months of time to get into there. I mean it may take more time if bitcoin remains sideways but if enters into bullish trend then we can expect anything to happen like within one month of time; there are possibilities to have 100% appreciation (from ATH) to test near $150k levels.

We still have a half month before this December end, so we can expect and hope that the price will increase and back to $60k because I think that is the next target for bitcoin before the price lift to the next highest price.
Yeah, where we are going to end this year definitely more important for predicting the direction of bitcoin markets in 2022. Closing this month above $60k levels will get bullish mode among all bitcoiners; let's see what are waiting for us to unfold.

The value of bitcoin is influenced by its demand and if the @wiwo and others who predicted that bitcoin will reach such an amount as high as 150k in the coming year then we should be expecting higher demand for Bitcoin as the year 2021 round-up. I will suggest we remain hopeful since the cryptocurrency market is unpredictable.

Yes, we all did, well most of us did anyway.

I don't know though, if Bitcoin doesn't recover to above 50k and keeps going lower and lower, I would say the bear is back. No sudden dips too, just patient lower and lower daily and weekly highs. A sudden small recovery like on the last weekend, before going down again.

I'm not saying this with negativity, just finding it hard to believe above 100k next year if the conditions don't improve in a month or two.

150k$ price for bitcoin is possible but we cannot point a direct date on when it happen and OP knows about it, that is why he didn't mention an exact date he only mention year which is 2022, Because no one can predict it and the price always depend on the present situation or market movement.
Yes it is totally depends on the market situation .We need to become patient to see the behave of the market when its really on bearish momentum .I was not really so expected that bitcoin could hit a huge ATH which is around over 67k$ and see the record it has really touch the level .So many unexpected things can happen in the future like what happened in the past .I am really not good to predict the market and if it is btc really tough to predict for me but i can really predict that we may see a new ATH in the next year though we are on some bearish momentum but it has started to recover .Hopefully we can see a huge uptrend and a good momentum to the up on next year .Now let's see how market behave with us .

I am not the pessimistic type of guy but I also have my own number using predictions and history basis.
$150000 is a lot of money given the USD strength is still intact. Maybe if the value of that fiat goes down then yes, $150k will surely be an easy hit.
This downtrend right now is not new, it happened before and it's just input in big numbers that why it looks bad to the eyes of the investors but this also gives them the opportunity to take the lead, a higher portion of Bitcoin in their stocks to be the new manipulator. That means demand that could take the value of it in greater heights again.
Worldwide events should also be considered, we cannot foretell the future even if given the fact that cryptocurrency shines more in this bad times.

Honestly we have seen too much volatility these days on the same amounts. Between 45k to 50k we have seen it go up and down constantly and its very volatile, like a belly dancer it goes one side to another. We just need to know which direction will be the that stays, but we are not really capable of doing that for now, hopefully we will be able to do that soon. I do not know when and how that will happen but I am hoping that it will happen in the near future so that we can finally learn what would be the momentum.

I am hoping for a higher price of course, just like most people except the short futures ones, but even if it goes down, I am fine with that as long as we finally decide on whatever the last situation would become. I can't really say what the outcome would be if we keep dropping but I would at least be happy to know that its finally moving.

It's funny sometimes how some people come up with Bitcoin market price predictions without strong evidence to back it up and if someone predicted a certain price of the market which it happens. It doesn't mean all the predictions of the person will always happen.
Having said that, I don't see Bitcoin reaching the $150K price range next year because it is the year market correction always happens.

The price of bitcoin still tends to experience a very price correction in almost the last month. Even some analysts target the bitcoin price level to reach $100k-$150k which is the new ATH in 2022. However, even though the price of bitcoin is still experiencing a decline in price to date, however I see bitcoin there is still potential to continue its bullish trend at least it will occur in Q1 2022.

This 4th quarter is unlikely to reach ATH again, and it can be expected that in the following year, of course it can be at the beginning of the rally coming.

In my opinion, based on the history of ATH 2017 then I have a little faith that in 2022 the price of bitcoin will experience a correction again compared to bullish. The bitcoin price suffered a sizeable drop after hitting ATH in december 2017 where it was down more than 80% in 2018. I don't believe this will happen in 2022 where we have hit bitcoin's new ATH at $69K last November but nothing has happened. know if history will repeat itself. But if bitcoin can repeat its ATH history and be even higher than the previous ATH, then a big drop is still very likely throughout the next year. The most common reason is the exit of large investors to secure their profit.

So actually I just don't want to throw the opportunity away if in 2022 the price of bitcoin experiences a big correction. I have prepared funds to buy there later, but so far I'm still keeping bitcoins only because we still have hope for a good profit.

Its sad to say that bitcoin is not going nowhere this time as bitcoin remains below $50k but that does not mean that bitcoin won't rise up again and settle for a new ATH. Of course it will still be possible by next year because i don't think this correction will go straight forward for the next bear season. Hopefully it won't because we are still anticipating for another bull run before that.

However, bitcoin will always move up after a long correction or after a bearish season and this time, bitcoin will have more strong support that will increase its support level and reaching above $100k will certainly happen once positive news will influence the market.

We can speculate as long as we want, but the actual happening in the market may be different. Either way, we should have plans to take advantage of the market. Because if we are just waiting for the "bullish" run, then, you maybe missing something and you will regret once the market is going up again. So even in this seemingly bearish season, you should have activities that can give you possible profit, it is in your strategy how you will optimize your chances here.

I think a bear market like 2018 will not happen again because currently bitcoin investors have grown very rapidly.

$150,000 per coin, well I sure hope so but it’s not looking good is it. We’ve been in a downtrend for a while now, there’s big resistance around $50,000. It’s looking like we’re slowly going into a bear market but this doesn’t affect HODLERS. Bitcoin is a long term investment & not a quick profit, pump & dump asset. Patience is key!

The rate at which Bitcoin price crashed recently has made me believe the realization of this price prediction, bitcoin crashed to 46k in the early days of this week and it has not recovered since then. I don't think the $150,000 Bitcoin price is unrealistic.

If we look at Bitcoin's performance this year, I think it's very different from what happened in 2017. This year many institutions have joined,
meaning Bitcoin this year is much stronger, and what happened in 2018 should not be repeated in 2022. I'm even optimistic that in 2022
the development of Bitcoin will accelerate and Bitcoin will reach a price of $150k. Indeed, Bitcoin is currently experiencing a bearish trend
and it is difficult to get back above the $50k price. But this will only be until the end of this year, my prediction is that entering the beginning of
2022 Bitcoin will slowly recover. So there is no need to worry about the Bitcoin situation now, even if I have extra money I will buy more Bitcoin now.

I believe that there are too many people who think that 2022 will be like 2018 because that is how the history showed them what could happened and basically chart reading is all about checking the past and seeing what has happened similar before and predicting what could happen in the future based on that. It doesn't mean that it will be true, obviously it is not something that will be exactly the same but in order to predict the future they feel like they need to look at the past.

I believe the same with you, I do not think that it will be like 2018, I believe that it will be totally different but that doesn't change the fact that all those people who believe in this "wrong" thing will end up trading as well which means that if they keep trading based on the past then they are going to shape the future with their movements and trades and could make it similar.

It’s looking like we’re slowly going into a bear market but this doesn’t affect HODLERS. Bitcoin is a long term investment & not a quick profit, pump & dump asset. Patience is key!
yes I think so too, bitcoin is starting to enter a bearish phase. if conditions like this do not change it is likely that at the end of the year bitcoin will reach its lowest point this year again, which is in the range of $29k. if that condition really happens I hope a very fast price recovery like what happened in the middle of the year happens again so that the bitcoin price will return to around ATH very quickly.

The prediction for Bitcoin at $100k before end of this was not achieved why because most of those who claims that they are good analyst were unable to back up real time evidence on why Bitcoin should hit $100k before this end. Same way you have started another unrealistic evidence on why Bitcoin should should hit $150k come 2022. I see all these as a just mere speculation because it will never come to pass.

Ofcourse, all of this are speculations just like what you've thinking how much gains would you achieve on the particular coin and timeline after you invest, so there's no real facts as what will be the market's status and value in 5 years from now or a decade from now.
But for me, $100k is somehow possible and decent value to speculate it's not too much to expect for 2022. Just like this year who would have thought that the bitcoin's value will exceed for over $65k.

no one claims to be a good analyst, they're just saying what they believe about the bitcoin price for some time to come.  You say that because the bitcoin price failed to hit $100k, if the current bitcoin price really hit $100k maybe you wouldn't say that and you would admit they are all good analysts. all have the right to say their beliefs about the future price of bitcoin, even many experts who make bitcoin price predictions more unreasonable than them.

in 2021 bitcoin entered a bullish phase since the beginning of the year and in 2021 there was a very extraordinary price increase. I think it is very reasonable that at the end of 2021 the price of bitcoin tends to fall and most likely in Q1 2022 bitcoin will enter a bearish phase. if this really happens it is very likely that the price of bitcoin will reach a lower point than its low in mid-2021 of $29k.

They were being optimistic and they didn't consider the factors of what's currently happening around the world since they can't see into the future so it's a wrong guess but as a smart person that knows how crypto market works, you should've known it already that prediction are just prediction.

$100k in 2022 for sure. I think price could reach $150k in 2023. I don't see the price tripling next year, that's a huge ask for Bitcoin at around a trillion dollars. I could see $110k happening next year. Of course if there's a global economic crash it won't get that high, on the other hand if there is a major bullish event like US BTC ETFs finally getting approved or more countries adopting Bitcoin or lots of major corporations adding Bitcoin to their balance sheet then it could go higher next year.

Yes,,, anyone who thinks that actually you can really back up any prediction with solid evidence has not seen the last 50 years of market analysis :)

Check out every day on Bloomberg all the top world experts talk to us about oil, gold, usd, even now crypto, and they still get it wrong every time there is a big crash.

And that is fine after all this is Speculation thread, why are we talking about "just mere speculation" when this is literally what we are supposed to do here? :)

I do not estimate the price to be that low, not that it is impossible, as we all know it is definitely possible for the price to drop that much but I am guessing that the price already had the bear run and we have dropped as much as we can and this is it. I am guessing that the most possible outcome would be more like a 40k level and then it will start to grow bigger.

We already had all those long futures crashed and right now shorts are looking very much profitable if you could break them, in order to break them you need to increase the price and that's where we are right now. Which means that the drop in price is not impossible but increasing the price is a lot more profitable than it used to be, in this case there is a good chance that people may focus on that a lot more.

The fact is that currently the bitcoin price is still in a downward phase and we never know whether the decline that bitcoin is experiencing now is a sign of a bear market coming soon or this is just a temporary correction for bitcoin, looking at the graph of the current bitcoin price movement that has tried several times to back to $50k and above but bitcoin seems to be having a bit of a hard time holding that level, so I think if the current decline is a temporary correction then I'm sure within next year bitcoin can reach the $100k level, but for $150k it looks like it will take some time longer by bitcoin.

I think the recent drop in price is a sign that bitcoin is about to enter a bearish phase. the market needs balance and the price will not increase continuously, bitcoin has entered a bullish phase since the beginning of the year and it is only natural that towards the end of the year bitcoin will enter a bearish phase. but even so on social media or on this forum I still often find predictions that say this price decline is only temporary and at the beginning of the year bitcoin will recover.

What we hope for now is the dissipation of negative sentiment in the market,
Bitcoin still dominate the market cap at over 35% and it is a good thing to expect it to rise by more than its previous ATH to hit $100K. Market sentiment won't go away, but maybe the cycle will wind down a bit when people aren't interested in selling in a panic. The gains so far have been largely supported by weaker supply and rising demand, but when FUD can't be prevented then panic can always take over the market for some time.

so that by entering the new year we will see a recovery that occurs in the market, with bitcoin price currently below $50K it will certainly need a strong push to reach the $100K price  later and I think it could happen in the middle of the year or the end of 2022, given the current market conditions, of course it will be very difficult for bitcoin to experience a big increase in early 2022, so maybe we will need a little patience to see ATH $100K reached.
There is always hope, that's for sure. But don't get your hope up about bitcoin rising to $100K if you still can't control your emotions during the price correction. The price of bitcoin has corrected since November where some time ago it touched a low of $42K, now the price has bounce back a little to the level of $48K and may open a little chance to break the resistance above it. But stay alert if you are a trader because it may be a false sentiment.

What's a temporary correction anyway? As far as I am aware of there's no permanent correct either. Correction or even pump may happen from time to time and it's not there to stay permanently as well as the price won't keep on increasing permanently.
A $150,000 for 2022 target might be too optimistic to say base on the current market condition right now.
We may going to experience a prolonged bear market again on 2022, or If it pumps maybe $100k would be the most closest one.

in fact as you said also that the analysis never happened and now doing the latest and higher analysis, is this just for fun? because of the failure that happened !!!

The cryptocurrency market remains largely bearish to date, after a sharp sell-off in the last few weeks, which resulted in the bitcoin price plunging nearly 10%. Even though the bitcoin price is in a bearish phase at the moment, I still believe that the bitcoin market will be bullish again next year. Therefore, if next year there is a lot of positive sentiment for bitcoin, it is very likely that the bitcoin price will break the $100,000 level.

150k isnt required, it may happen but I wont take any negative if we didnt achieve such a high target.  I think Bitcoin is just fine if it stays at 50k for the next 12 months and we have to wait till 2023 or 2024 till anything especially interesting happens.   Its sometimes more important to develop sideways and expand the base and range that BTC is interconnected with rather then this price target to rising.   Put it this way, too rapid a price rise will tend to restrict new entrants and discourage buyers who might be willing to take part in BTC economy with a more steady path.
The ironic point could be that many view a higher price as the positive when the opposite can also be true in terms of the overall health and revenue of business done in BTC.

I think it's more a a "want" for investors to see at least the price hitting 6 digits next year.

And with all the predictions this year to hit $100k, everyone almost believed it will happen and for sure majority has been disappointment to see the price this December. Nevertheless, we still have hope next year that we will find a bull run to push the price again.

I agree that a rapid spike is not a healthy sign, but once this bull run takes off, we can't really tell it to stop. It will continue to grow until we hit a snag or the bubble being burst.

I agree that $100k is certainly doable but $150k is a bit of a stretch given the fact that how big of a market cap there is now for Bitcoins. When the market cap was smaller it was easier to pump the price higher because all it takes is a huge whale but now a group of whales can't even double the marketcap because of how big it is.

My predictions

End of Jan 2022 - $70k
End of Feb 2022 - somewhere between 70-80k
March full of correction hopefully not though

Then the normal routine resumes that price jumps drops and the games goes on ;).

The year 2021 has just ended. we are now entering the beginning of 2022. But the price of bitcoin still hasn't returned to the $60k level. But I am optimistic that this year bitcoin will remain stable and even tend to strengthen. I think bitcoin's positive trend will continue this year. So, if based on a series of good news appearing in various countries about crypto assets, then the price of bitcoin will rise significantly again to create a new ATH record again or the target price of $150k will be achieved this year.

We really hope that bitcoin will remain stable at the current price even though there is a correction but don't let it fall below $40K, because this is a price that must be maintained where the bitcoin situation is already starting to approach $40K.

I completely agree with you bitcoin will not always be corrected and there is time to strengthen, the hope is that this year it can happen. if the events in early 2021 will be the same as in 2022, then febuary bitcoin will start to strengthen and we will wait for that hope.

what is clear is that the crucial figure at $70K must be passed by bitcoin because last year there was only one step but it couldn't be done, we hope that a new ATH will be created first in that range and continue to increase steadily.

It's better to embrace the current market situation, we don't need to convince ourselves that the market is still bullish or it will rise soon because most likely 2022 is the year of correction, and when that will happen, that means bitcoin might dump $30k to $20k, but it's not something to be afraid for since bitcoin has been proven like a roller coaster ride where it pump and dump, but what matters is its fufutre is bright.

Writing not to say other things and then thinking that this is the most likely outcome without any reasoning's just... well. Not that I don't agree it's a possibility but it's hard to see "correction" and "dump" in the same sentence, and even suggesting $20k without reflecting on the consequence of impact.

Bitcoin has never, ever, reverted to an ATH from a previous cycle (I think I actually asked a few months ago and it was confirmed), so there would be deep panic levels if that were to happen. If dumping were to ensue, that would hardly be a correction.

Yeah, and I also won't call this a correction, maybe we are indeed in a bear market?

So from a new all time high to probably $20,000-$30,000 sell off, that is huge already, however, this is just a start and maybe it will be a slow grind for this year and it's going to be ugly and painful for the majority to see the price goes down that low. So just hold on anything right now, gonna be a bumpy road.

I think the value of 20k is very unrealistic although it does not rule out the possibility that it could happen. if the value of bitcoin reaches 20k then the market will be very chaotic, there must be a tremendous panic in the market, people will buy it very much. I hope we don't panic if the value of bitcoin drops to 20k.

All things relative. For Bitcoin to experience as deep a low of 15% of ATH (March 2020 low being that of about 15% of 2017 ATH) isn't unusual, so by the same percentage we should expect even $10,000 at some point. But yes, $30k from almost $70k in this short a timeframe would really be outside the boundaries of "correction".

No pain no gain, for me. Always a win-win no matter how the market pans out today. The eternal tomorrow's where my sight's always been set.

That's what members here are shouting during 2018, when the market is turning into a bearish mode.

They said that bitcoin will not go ~$10k, but look at where the price goes during the worst bearish market of 2018-2019 and to some extend 2020 wherein the price really goes down hard to $3k. So expect the unexpected, even the worst if we really enter a bear market this year.

And let this be a lesson for everyone as well, a bear market is really hard to swallow for the majority of us as it will be long. But we can all survived and live up to the next bull run.

If you are feeling very optimistic about the Bitcoin Bullish price passing $100k in 2022, you even mentioned the bitcoin price hitting $150,000. Of course, your opinion must be studied with rational logic, especially now that it has entered 2022, but the price of bitcoin is still decreasing, so that we don't get stuck in unrealistic numbers and stay alert in the face of bitcoin price movements.

I guess we are still in the early days of 2022 and the journey ahead is an exciting one we remain optimistic about the price of Bitcoin to reach a new all-time high before the end of 2022.
With the various activities and new development in the Bitcoin network, the price is going to be on the positive side, so many Bitcoin price analysts have forecast a near Bitcoin bull run I believe in the next couple of months businesses picked up we will see more increase in price which will reflect the predictions.

I'm not really sure what you mean by new development in the Bitcoin network?

But yes, we are still not even at the end of the month so a lot of things can happen. Hopefully it will be on a positive note as the price continues to slide and we are in the brink of a $40k again. A price we haven't seen for a while since we have a good bull run since September if I'm not mistaken.

Short term, we might see some semblance of a good bounce to at least $50k and that will be good, and later we might hit 6 digits before the end of this year.

From the beginning of this year, we had downfall market and then this weekend we are having sideways market; but here after we may see a short term bounce back from the current levels as it seems the support levels around $41k is holding too stronger hence it may not get broken most likely.

I guess we must need to test a new ATH above $70k levels before assuming about reaching 6 digits price levels. Still, anything above $50k in sustaining manner in this January will be a good sign.

150K is not unrealistic, you realize that we are in the crypto world, right? I mean I am not saying that it WILL be 150k, but in crypto nothing is too unrealistic, sure if you said 10 million dollars I would agree but 150k is like a bit under 4x and that is nothing in crypto. Frankly at the top 68k that is around a bit over 2x, so it is nothing. We have seen that much increase in crypto prices all the time, just in recent months we had from 30k to 68k which is over 2x, so never say it is unrealistic for the price to go up that much.

You get a healthy 3x from a hyped period and you are almost there which is why I am quite happy with buying more and more bitcoin. Once again, none of this means that I believe it will be 150k, it just means that it is totally possible for the price to be 150k and that's it. Let's see what happens in the upcoming months to get a better understanding.

$41,000 is really a strong support level, but It seems like it's not going to hold any further from now, we might see another dip maybe below $40,000 level.
Though it's not something to worry about as people could actually buy more Btc thus causing it to make a small bounce back again. So, there's always gonna be a chance that the bear market will retain Btc at $39k - $40k+ region for the entire bearish season.

yes the price increase that occurred in 2021 was extraordinary and was able to bring bitcoin to the highest price of all time, besides that the price recovery in 2021 was also very extraordinary and brought bitcoin to its highest price twice in one year. but it's very worrying for me, I'm afraid that 2022 will be the opposite of 2021. And if that actually happens it means 2022 is going to be a really great bear market and this bear market is the effect of price increases in 2021.

Just hitting 50k is positive believe it or not, staying that high is incredibly positive.   There is no need to dream of very large numbers in such a short time as just some months, there is no rush to see all gains occur immediately.   Staying at 50k this whole year very much increases the chances of further gains in future and most importantly it will better stick to higher prices if we move with enough time to involve every participant who wishes to be part of BTC private and companies etc.

the plus side is that it's true, until now bitcoin still holds the dominance of market capitalization, which implies that bitcoin is still the best and still preferred for trading and investment.
last year bitcoin reached ATH $69,044.77 - Nov 10, 2021 and after that there was a correction to date, but currently it is still entering a stable period for bitcoin.

you and all including me also hope that bitcoin will be able to increase again as long as at the end of January it does not fall below $ 40K, because it is feared that it will continue to decline and will have difficulty increasing sharply. always bitcoin will be able to do it back to its best price, at least in febuary there will be a renewable ATH achievement and then it will gradually increase and there is no need to rush it can reach $150K because there is still a lot of time that bitcoin can do.

What is the extent of bitcoin's influence on the world?
predictions of achieving the highest price for bitcoin began to be made in 2020, as I remember at that time many experts said bitcoin would reach a price of $ 60K, it is true that the prediction, now bitcoin continues to move at the highest price, the problem now is the correction in 2021 has not yet fully recovered, thus forcing bitcoin to be on a red path, although some people say this is a new ATH achievement scenario going forward.
