Title: Other forums about (cryptocurrency) gambling?
Post by: aleandromagno on December 15, 2021, 04:03:54 AM
Bitcointalk by far is the largest forum about cryptocurrencies and related services.

I wonder if there are other forums where people talk about casinos or bookmakers that offer gambling for crytpocurrency.

That don't have to be cryptocurrency-only forums, but can also be classic gambling forums where the cryptocurrency section has been established.

If you know any, please list them, I will be happy to visit them.

just curious and sorry for being off-topic, but was the bitcointalk forum design very common when it was created? all the forums you shared share a similar design to bitcointalk. I am not sure if it is intentional or it is what was common design when the websites you shared were created.

@OP I suggest refraining from registering on the last link that was shared. the website is not secured.

The forum script they are using is simple machines many admins and developers prefer simple machines because of its endless functionalities, the one Bitcoin is using is the default SMF script

about Moneytalk world which you think is unsecured, the admin may have forgotten to renew the SSL certificate
Moneytalkworld is as old as Bitcointalk it was created in 2010

Regardless though of any forums that talks about crypto gambling and as old as bitcointalk, this community remain the top go to and dominating the crypto market/gambling for so long that I will say that it become the authority already.

We've seen a lot of online casino's being introduced here, having their ANN thread and then they become the top casinos. So yes, there are a lot but this forum is the best.

I do not search the other forums with a gambling section as here but I am sure those forums will have. I already like the list of gambling sites here so that is my reason for not searching for the other forums. Besides that, I do not know if, in those forums, they have a good list of crypto gambling sites that we can use because we do not involve in those forums. Even if the other forums have a gambling section, their list will be almost similar on this forum.

Yes Bitcointalk is the number one forum when it comes to everything related to Cryptocurrency but OP is asking out of curiosity, he may have something to promote and he wants to get more backlinks to what he wants to promote, but it's good that we are aware of the existing of the similar forum to Bitcointalk, it just means that the community is growing.

We have some but they are not talking about crypto, they are mainly focused on the discussion of sports betting.
Check the following, I'm sure you'll learn about sports betting but just place your bets on crypto bookies.

It's how large those forums are that determines how many active users the get on their gambling board. Bitcointalk should have more active users and as such the gambling section is more active compared to some of the forum links posted. But it's good to engage in more gambling boards to get a more versatile view of Bitcoin gambling community

The point in advertising is to expose the casino or the gambling related company to the users who are potential clients for the business to thrive. Advertsing in a Gambling forum that is not visited by thousands of users may not be worth. This is why bitcointalk matters for casinos that they pay a lot to be exposed here and not on other forums.

I'm also more comfortable interacting and engaging in gambling topics on this forum for I was able to learn new strategies and techniques on how to handle gambling. Most people's opinions here are also trusted and reliable. We could freely ask things that we want to discover here which is too helpful for us who are trying to adopt more knowledge about gambling.

Actually there are several other forums that also advertise gambling and casinos as many other members have mentioned in this thread, but I agree with what you said, because basically advertising is one way to promote a product or site and the activeness of the audience is a very important thing it is important that the ad  successful to achieving its goals, if we compare with other forums, bitcointalk is the most active forum so far and this is a reference for developers to advertise their products here.

Primedice and stake also have their own forum

https://forum.primedice.com/
https://stakecommunity.com/

But indeed it just like internal forum which mean the forums focused only for those two gambling sites
and besides that i didn't see any active forum related to gambling instead of bitcointalk

I was about to suggest these but you beat me to it.  :)

There are discussions that are out of the names of these casinos and like the casual talks and discussions about gambling, you can find it there.

If you hover onto the other sections of these forums, there goes the usual discussions just like what we have here.

If you want an interactive discussion about gambling. You can use reddit and browse channel related on gambling. Reddit is the place where most of the gambler and crypto user spend most of there time online. Just search r/gambling and browse all the suggested channel. It's safer and less hassle rather than create an account on different website while you can interact on different channel in same account in reddit.

I have also been on the mentioned above names, I would like to say that if you are on the forum and part of the whole thing then good to go since the market is already having a heavy knight, many people even use the chatroom on the websites to discover the gambling and people together, which I do think is very good since people can know each other there, help each other out as well, donate some money to other players and also ask them for some strategies. Therefore it won't be easy finding another platform like this but you can always research on the sites with a chat room, it's not only fun but also interesting.

Bitcointalk is all-in.  ;D
It's one of the biggest reason why this gambling sites are attracted to advertise their products or services here. Lively gambling community and cryptocurrency holders which means we have the money.
I also visited the two links provided and as I browse unto it, it's more about the customer support, bugs related topics, and some cases that needs to be resolved by the gamblers. It's a good one though, so thank you.
