Title: Coin changing underlying protocol midway
Post by: chainarcane on December 15, 2021, 10:44:41 AM
I recently came across a new currency https://diamcircle.io/tokenomics which though initially based on their own proprietary tech have transitioned to ERC-20 in the span of a few months. Would the coins I have already mined be changed on their own ? or would the older protocol still apply to them?

You should get this information from the developers. As a rule, they give a certain time to exchange your mined coins for ERC-20 tokens. Follow the instructions provided by the coin developers.
This means that it is very unprofitable for developers to support the POW algorithm.

You are welcome.
I think that if a coin cannot work on the POV algorithm, then when it becomes an ERC-20 token, the popularity of the project will not grow. For ERC-20 tokens, there are large commissions, I hope that Polygon or similar networks have chosen the developer.
