Yes it's possible but won't be profitable, meaning if you mine other coins instead and convert them to zcash you will have more zcash than mining zcash direct, the most profitable coin to mine with 5700 is ETH so if you love zcash that much just swap the ETH for Zcash

If you have that huge amount of GPUs then mine ETH with them as ovaiskhan6878 already has written earlier and then exchange them to Zcash.
To mine directly Zcash there are ASICS already for with so much Hashrate that you will be have a better profit when you mine ETH.
You can try it by yourself for testing it 24 hours each and then look what is more profitable and you have the answer.

With 150 5700xts you can earn about $4 a day with zcash or about $500 with Eth.

It's not about the numbers of cards you have it's about how much you making with a single card, with zcash you can't even make a 100$ per day but with Ethereum you can make up to 550$ see the difference? It's marginal so be smart without decision
