New member had problem with paying bitcoin for unlock post, it's came cause the IP once you registered are evil, not always. I know it's hurt to spending of fee by exchange for paying of value of satoshi to unlock the account. I will trying help for those want to unlock the account from evil's IP, with limit under 9000 satoshi, cause that was last my balance on Electrum. Anyway if you can keep pay to forum as you want, the rest will be keeping as donation to help forum keep alive.
