Title: Merry Christmas!
Post by: 888tree888 on December 25, 2021, 03:00:07 PM
Christmas means many things to many people.

There's an essence and spirit in Chistmas that is captured in all seasonal celebrations: love, sharing, understanding and hope.

Materially there is only about $80,000 of product and services on the planet per person. (Credit Suisse wealth report) 80K doesn't buy much.

Bitcoin has marched through dark winters and survived many a Christmas. We all have our own interest and profit from Bitcoin.

Christmas, the festive season, is a time to remind ourselves of all the good we want to do, all that we would share if the material world wasn't so harsh. Bitcoin will help us achieve these noble aims.

Bitcoin will deliver greater efficiency in our economies, freedom and prosperity for even more people. And many a Happy Chistmas to come.

Merry Christmas!

I am also excited about 2022 price which unfortunetly won't be that far from the the last year. Today price is $50660.

I would also like to mention that this shouldn't be any kind of investment recommendation. At best scenarios, the price won't go up forever and a user should be aware of this especially if he wants to generate some extra profits for a short term.
However for long term investment, yes it's always recommended to bet on btc and only on btc.

Merry Christmas to all of you!  :D

Merry Christmas and happy holidays to everyone as well. It is interesting to see that it has basically doubled every year despite all the volatility it goes through every day. Would be amazing if we see 100k next year. I would be happy at anything 70k or above.

Welp let's see what's the next ATH next year. 100k maybe? I might be throwing too much numbers, but hey it isn't impossible to happen any day. Maybe if January hits its first week, we might even get to that price, who knows?
Regardless have a Merry Christmas holdings. :)
I've been here since 2017, and that yearly ATH you made kind of brought nostalgic feeling to me back in the days.

Christmas is the celebration of Jesus' birth. The word Christmas comes from the Old English "Cristes maesse", which literally translates to "Mass of Christ".

Merry Christmas to all and remember, if everyone just HODLs and refuses to sell, we can dictate the market price. I believe the price cycles are lenghtening as bitcoin becomes mainstream and that the early part of 2022 will be great for holders!  ;)

Well, you also should add that we shouldn't be stupidly hodl only because we have to take profit eventually in the hopes that we will make some money and then leave some money to buy back eventually since the market won't always go up.

It was a great news for bitcoin users for the price of bitcoin to hit $50k during the Christmas period. There was a positive change in the country economy when the price of bitcoin increase from $45 to $50k that made many citizens to achieve so much profits from their investment in the community.

Considering 2021 & 2020 Christmas day price of bitcoin 2018 is the price point which has served to be the lowest in recent years. We don't get any such Christmas anymore, good is to buy now and think of a bigger Christmas than 2021. Growth of bitcoin in recent days have peaked due to the highest level of adoption and real-time usage. This assures the upcoming Christmas to mark a bigger price.

As long as you can profit by selling bitcoin while you see the high price, you will make a profit. I am sure people will have to buy and sell bitcoin because they want to make money from bitcoin. That makes the price change from time to time, even if many people still hold bitcoin, there will be many others who will buy and sell bitcoin. Sooner or later, bitcoin will reach $100k and nothing to worry about that so it is better we use our time to accumulate more bitcoin before it is too late doing that.

Merry Christmas to you too. 80,000 USD doesn't sound much in some countries, but can make you feel rich in other countries. Wealth is always a relative term depending on the prices in a country. In New York you won't get far with the 80k but in a rural farm city in South America you can buy a lot with that money. Its of course an average and most people will be either above of below.

2019: $7252
2020: $24,667
2021: $50,946

Looks like a clear trend to me :D better not to sell anything at these levels, the trend is going to continue hopefully in 2022.

Just sell if you think that you needed the money asap with an important expense. But as long as you're good and can endure all of those bears and bulls that are coming because you have a longer term vision for bitcoin, hold it until you can.

We're all waiting for a better price for each season. But, I think it will be another higher expectation and this thought is going to be unstoppable because of a higher goal every time we see a better price ahead.

Took my words right out of my mouth right there. Yes they will buy and sell their bitcoins but the problem is that those people doesn't really have that much knowledge or luck when it comes to doing so, most of them are impulsive. I can agree about the accumulation part and I think that it's best for us to do so.

Though actually, if this is a trend that's clear, then it's pretty clear that after a 4-year streak of gains, it took a nosedive and was less than 50% of the Christmas price 2 years later. You'd have needed to wait for 2020 Christmas to see gains on 2017.

Now if we presume this is a trend, then this is already the 4th consecutive annual streak of gains since 2018. Another 2 Christmases below 50k? Works for me to wait for 2024 to see 75k. Stack those sats!

of course Merry Christmas, hopefully the peace of Christmas will bring its own blessings to the development of crypto which is not improving at this time.
I also hope like you that there will be better developments in 2022 and the time is now to hold on and wait for that moment to come.

Well, you also should add that we shouldn't be stupidly hodl only because we have to take profit eventually in the hopes that we will make some money and then leave some money to buy back eventually since the market won't always go up.
what you said "the market will not always go up" is very true, but we hope that the market next year will change and the market will increase, of course that hope is what we want although it may not necessarily be realized well.
so there will always be the best solution if the market really matches what you say, because if there is no solution then we will be stuck and cannot try to make that change.

That is another year to count mate and there are tons of things that might happen before then, What we must be excited is the movement of prices in the first stages of the year , specially in 1st and 2nd quarter in which mostly the dumping season , but of course
not in 2021 because the first 2 quarters brings us all great outcome
and recorded the highest values ever as not only Bitcoin who made ATH but also altcoins.
Merry Christmas everyone. I wish you all the best this coming year (2022). God bless everyone!
Merry Christmas Belated actually.

I still believe there is a way to have a solution to the situations, especially if we can search for how to use the market situation for our benefit. Maybe we can only make a small profit at that time because the market moves are not so good. I think that will not be a problem because as long as we can still make a profit, we will get the chance to make a big profit someday after the market gets another bull run. Taking the profit while we can be a good thing that we should remember to use the situation for our benefit, especially for people who want to make money every day.

Seemingly 2018 is the saddest year for Bitcoin huh? imagine falling from 14k at 2017 to 4k in 2018 that is almost 300% lower lol.

But at least after that year the following are great specially the last 2 years at 2020 and 2021.

though i believe that 2022 might not serve us all best but at least we will maintain the 30-40k value for Bitcoin ,

Many bitcoin users really achieve a lot from the Christmas celebration because the price of bitcoin was not too bad to earn well in the community. Since the price has increased to $50k during the Christmas period, show it will improve more in 2022 for many users to achieve more profits from their investment.
This year 2022 bitcoin price will definitely reach $80k to prove to their customers that this year will be better than last year. Many people are very busy in buying more bitcoin because the price of bitcoin will increase mightily in this season.
