yes. staking EOS is just delegating for resource management for CPU, NET and RAM. if you are new to EOS, you need to learn those.  there are so many things happening in EOS recently which they even said that wallets may be free from then on. like the rest of POS tokens, the more you stake the more you earn.

but i have to say this is the most behind project. i lost track of updates and was uninterested anymore. there are a lot more projects worth investing in than EOS.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.
Google uses EOS for its cloud platform? Can I use any wallet for staking the EOS?
Which coin is good for the staking?

i have no idea about google using EOS for its cloud platform. maybe what you mean is the EOS wallet wombat. upon registering wombat wallet, you are given the option to use google dropbox that's all i know about it. anything related to google is likely not good for you. i don't recommend using that wombat. tokenpocket i guess is better since i find Scatter to be messy.

as far as i know, any wallet can be used to stake EOS for the resources.

Currently there are many ways to staking, you can staking independently with your own computer and internet (good choice), join a shared staking pool (not recommended). If you ask which one is good, it will be difficult to find an answer, because everyone has a different perspective. I also can't give advice, however, you can try to look around the staking coins on this page https://www.stakingrewards.com/, then, do some research on each project you like, before making a decision to choose the coin for you to stake.

Many on that list can be said as good staking coins. But as the usual, it's always better to rely on the top and on that list, ADA is top by its market cap.

But it doesn't mean the others are bad enough for you to think as staking coin.

Use Token Pocket or Math wallet for storing and staking EOS. There's a lot of dapps built on EOS blockchain so don't limit yourself on delegating your EOS since it will just give you small profit compared when you staked it on Dapps that needs it. I'm not updated anymore on EOS but they have a lot of game farming and airdrop before just by holding it. Delegate is just a waste of time for small holders unless you are running your own node.

At https://www.stakingrewards.com/calculator/eos/ (https://www.stakingrewards.com/calculator/eos/) and in the "Choose your reward option", some options are exist and their prices are various. How can I select an option when staking?

To better understand these reward options, I encourage you to study the "block producer" and "Stand by Block Producer" in this article (https://cointelegraph.com/explained/eos-bp-explained). Of course, staking with the 2 options above requires quite a lot of EOS.

Maybe, if you have less than 175K EOS, can choose Lend EOS option or with delegates (https://coincentral.com/what-is-an-eos-delegate/).

You can stake tron with these wallets that I know.

https://atomicwallet.io/staking

https://www.ledger.com/staking

But if you're going to stake it and you have the ledger wallet then that's the better choice than the other that I've mentioned.

It's not that much but it's still passive income.

Hello,
Thank you so much for all replies.
For staking a token, I need the coin that token is based on it? For example, if I want to staking the DODO, then I need the Ethereum? If yes, then how many?
