Title: Looking for interesting media resources (any topic)
Post by: Beerwizzard on January 04, 2022, 03:49:43 PM
Hello there!

I'm looking for any exceptional media resources. Any topic is highly appreciated. The only requirement is that it should contain a decent amount of unique information that is interesting to read. Not just a topic that was million times reweighted all over the internet.
I'm thinking about creating a telegram channel on my local language and checking if it is easy to find an interesting topic and content for translation.

So please, just share some links to what you read at your spare time. Everything is appreciated.

I still think that educational videos from Andreas M. Antonopoulos YouTube channel are essential to know a lot of content and then you can DYOR.
What audience are you trying to reach, are they beginners who don't know anything about Bitcoin, technical aspects, investing or what?

These are some good resources for anyone with prior knowledge of Bitcoin:

Bitcoin.com is in 1st position, Bitmain blog is in 3rd place and bitpay blog is in 6th place. While the list is useful if OP bother check some of them, i would ignore the position.

I don't know, this is real or not, but while I'm here, it's a quirky and funny topic, looks like you're too busy to have time to look up news sources and read.

If so, try reading the news sources below, I enjoy reading that, maybe you too.

This is a cryptocurrency forum, so I will stay on this topic.
I think there is no doubt that the best source of information about cryptocurrencies are social media, but when it comes to news websites, in my opinion, the most valuable content is published on:

https://cointelegraph.com/
https://www.coindesk.com/

Sometimes I also check:

I don’t know if you will like it or not but I have read a few pages form this discussion for a while though later on, I gave up as the thread is quite long and I can't end reading this. Nevertheless, it was interesting enough for me- https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=857670.0

Why not pick from here? I think we have a good amount of enganging reads and since ppl tend to lean more on news outlets/informative websites rather than message boards, it has less chances of getting copied. Just don't confuse facts and opinions. We can all have different opinions about something but there is only one fact that's why it wouldn't be so weird to see it all over the internet.

Sometimes its hard to read a useful contents since there are so many trash threads which have similar replies to the people so I guess finding direct media source is best option if we want to seek latest information or news about crypto. And I guess we can search this one on google or in facebook since for sure media sites will pop up if we just search their names or the information what we seek.

It's all about finding the right thread, topics that are less likely to get spammed. But OP doesn't need to delve into the whole discussion cause there are stand alone threads which first post is good enough already. Tbf, media outlets aren't exactly free from dirt either. I've seen a lot of articles with misleading headlines and sometimes straight up misinformation... thus for every source of information, readers discretion is always advised.
