It is possible this accounts are all hacked and/or part of some bigger farm, so I a sending them New Year red feedback gifts. So, now creating scam accusation wont make anything unless to make awareness of the community. I have received same type of message on 3rd January (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5379685) and the profile of the send also been banned.
