Title: Keep calm and buy the dip! Told yah.
Post by: Coin_trader on January 07, 2022, 08:06:48 AM
I know most the user here especially newbie are already in panic due to the current retest on support of BTC to 40K level. I just want to share this TA from my trusted TA analyst to give some hope to those user who's already losing faith to Bitcoin.

This H&S pattern will be rejected once BTC price break the 40K level which is very low to occur since MACD is already bullish on the following week. Keep calm and hodl!

Quick question.

Have you ever bought the dip, but then the price breaks through the support and continues dropping deeper for weeks or months?  ;D
Well, I have done it before.

The problem may not be panicking but may be determining the actual dip before a pump.
Not every dip is worth buying

I don't think people can easily catch the "absolute" dip, but if someone does manage to buy at the most perfect time, I assume it's just pure luck. And I'm speculating that almost everyone here has been in a situation where they bought the dip only to discover that there is another wave of distribution coming.

The best way to take advantage of this opportunity, in my opinion, is to place multiple buying orders at different price ranges that you believe are support/supply zone candidates. This also implies that the size of your purchase order is determined by the probability and accuracy of your T.A.

I usually bought when there's a clear pattern already form during the dip then wait for the confirmation. I rarely experience the one you mention on my current trading portfolio since I always set a SL on all my positions when I'm entering position during dip. It's important to watch critical level if there's a downtrend after you enter a position since there's always a possibility for a rejection.

But yeah I understand what you feel because I do experience that most of the time during my newbie trader days.  ;D

Even the best traders make mistakes a lot of times. It's just that you make sure you have some sort of "contingency plan" if your initial plan(like buying the dip too early) doesn't go well; like having more cash ready for more dips and such.

Good analysis, yes the 40k is a very strong support but we'll see it after it was tested let's hope that it will sustain this support for what I see now it jumped over to 42k I'm pretty sure that in the next few months now we will be in bullish trend. Yes the OP is right keep calm and buy the dip since it is a good entry to make an investment in Bitcoin.

If you zoom out, you will find that the price is high compared to several months ago, and therefore there is no need to worry.

I remember that at the beginning of last year I sold some currencies when the price rose to the level of 42k support level, which was considered All Time High.
The resistance level at 42K is difficult to break easily and therefore is considered a good buy level.
It may be the last time we see Bitcoin this low.

4hrs time frame.. Well i hope it forms head and shoulder afterwards because if not for sure it will continually making correction. I'm not saying negative thoughts i just want to say probably it will take too long before making another higher highs. And obviously buyers is already in and keep adding more because of some consolation. For me weak hands is controlling  at this situation wherein once they all done and gone that's the time bitcoin will climbing again, i mean without any sign.

Looking on longer time frame means the effect will be in long term. The goal of my TA is to predict the next possible movement of Bitcoin at its current price condition. The long time frame is consist of multiple shorter time frame which means you can predict a bit of the future price by using the short once. The current price is crucial especially for that long time frame that you are looking right now so it's better to play safe and stay zoom in on the chart on time like this rather than wait on that to occur.  ;)

Despite the hope that the price will taste $40k and rebounce back and later climb to $43k or above if it breaks even from that point, but trading fluctuation has a way to behave and keep dipping if it breaks just to take out traders stoploss before reverting. I may not doubt any speculation but I will always advise we trade what we see and apply our stop lose.

The price can still go back to the $41k level and go down for more as I do not see the progress that shows bitcoin can increase in a short time. Besides that, we are in the weekend, making bitcoin price get another correction. So prepare yourself to buy back at a low price and do not panic because I see many people out there still panic when they see something that they do not want. Shorting some amount will be good this time ;D

But be careful because the price can get another push from the supports so close your trade when you already make a profit and do not expect a big profit this time.

Yes this is not a time for a long ride because the market is filled with uncertainty now. It is a time for short trades. Scalping should be the better strategy now as you don't know what the next call will be, to be in a safe end you don't go in a full or open your trade with expectations that the price will increase higher than reasonable. Of course we are not achieving ATH anytime soon so any profit now should be taken in good faith and appreciated.

Right.

But OP's super trusted source of TA guy says this is the ultimate dip.  ;D According to him, this simply can not go lower than $40k. Are we going to ignore that fact? Because you know how it works with TA. You've seen the proof yourself. It is in the first post. Do you deny its existence? Heretic.

If you bought the dip and it went even lower, then I have bad news for you. Your TA guy sucks. Fire him and hire OP's TA dude. Looks like he knows his sheet.

At what part of my post that stated that the current price is the dip? The yellow and purple line are the known and previous support which is the key price to determine what's the next move of Bitcoin. Its not set there just to set boundaries on the price if you misunderstood what's written on the chart.

The head and shoulder pattern is just a possible scenario if the price didn't go lower than 40K$. The TA or my statement didn't indicate that this is the exact next movement of Bitcoin. Just a possible scenario mate. Try read again my post.  ;D

The market might move next in bear or bull phase but selling in dips, big corrections is not good idea. If anyone think that Bitcoin already start its bear market and missed chance to sell above $60k, let's hold tight and wait for bounce to exit.

Personally, I don't think Bitcoin will end its bull run but if I am wrong, I will not feel too bad because I have my long term plan with Bitcoin. I don't use mortgage, I don't borrow money from anyone else for my investment in Bitcoin, so my ability to hold is only depended on me.

If I have enough belief (sure) and patience (I am trying to practice it), I will get rich. If it is not in 2022, it might be in 2024 or 2025. It is not a too long waiting time for a good investment.

That is the long term approach and unfortunately only a few people can do it, or at least few people talk about it. Reality is that at the start of 2021 we were around 30k, even slightly under it if I am not wrong, and somewhere around September we were at around a bit under 30k once again, now we are at 40k+ prices and people talk about like it is end of the days.

I do not get why people are so worried about this situation, but we all know that it is not something that is too dangerous, it is something very fine and we should not be worried about it. I get that we peaked at 68k+ levels and that is what people want, but just because we are not at the top prices doesn't mean that we are in the low prices neither. There is a big difference between those two, do not be happy that we are at 43k but do not be sad about it neither if you ask me, that's clear answer.

here we are faced with a psychological war, where when the price is bearish as it is today, the assets we have will also fall, and it is hoped not to panic sell, but in my opinion we must have other thoughts, namely by buying during a situation like this time. therefore the importance of reserve funds to anticipate bearish conditions is highly recommended for me

I think you can't blame people who wanted to see the price higher.

I mean how many of them who did enter around $40k-$50k? So probably but this time they are all in a panic since their investments are not going nowhere. And maybe this people are first time investors who believed that the price will continue to soar even after a peak at $68k a few months ago. So there is a big difference in the sentiments of newbie and old investors are far as the price movement goes.

That is the biggest risk of buying the dip and truth to be told there is no way to mitigate it completely, after all no one can predict what the market is going to do with complete accuracy so buying the dip still has some risks associated with it, still I think it is a good strategy, however it is one that requires a constant influx of capital to your fiat accounts so in the case the dip keeps getting larger you still have some capital available to buy the next dip.

So it is one of those TA that says:

"If it goes higher, it will go up. If it goes lower, it will go down."

That explains a lot.

But you are missing one possible scenario. What if it goes sideways??

I don't know if it happened before but...

What if it goes backwards?

This TA sucks.

@ Silberman, this is exactly the manner to lose all your money if you are regarding this to trade. Dip for trading has no limit because as @Bitcoin_Arena said you can buy in dip and it keeps dropping , if you keep going in you keep losing. So for a trader in such case is to stay out from the market at that period if you don't understand the market. And for a hodler, there is no need for panic hodl and it will recover soon.

For this type of situation, I think we should split our portfolio into parts, so we can't miss any good opportunity. By doing this we will not miss the coming dips and also there will be no worries of big loss.

Well, there is nothing new in that title ;) I think that although it is true a TA can lead you to determine a dip is the "correct" for you one, the reality is that sometimes you should not put all the money in at that DIP the reason is very simple, the correct dip is not known but if we must have the money available to do it when it appears outside of our analysis, the "game" is to have the money to invest every time the dip is located in our profit margin. We must understand that what for some is a dip for others is still a red strip, it is circumstantial.

In short, if you are not a full-time trader or a hodl by conviction, just activate the notifications at the dip level of your convenience.

Now the price really looks attractive and given the strong support, which is at $40k, you can spend part of the deposit to buy BTC on the spot market. When trading with leverage, it is necessary to set a stop loss below 40 thousand in order to reduce your losses in case the support does not survive.

I think that will be a great idea not to make a huge loss in the end. The market is clearly giving good signs to invest so its up to us how we can handle this opportunity. If we can DYOR and create good analysis on how to be profitable this time, then do it.

However, newbies this time are definitely thinking on how they could stop their losses seeing the prices are going deeper. But if they chose to keep calm and continue hodling, they will never experience losses as the market will surely recover in time.

If that is the case, then  don't buy all in. The market will eventually create more opportunities to buy once the market dumps more so you have to manage your funds so you can still avail in the next dip to come. Although this is the best time to buy, but if you know you are lacking funds right now, then just stay calm and patient, and never resort into panic selling because that will mean selling at a loss. Just hold your coins, for sure the market will not always be dumping.

In this situation, it looks like people are going to start to panic because I bet they didn't expect this to happen since they aiming and looking forward to see the pump like $100k but never expect a lower dip. If they clearly see the bigger picture here they will surely try to buy the dip or hodl. But unfortunately, there are certain people that do sell due to panic that they would miss their chance to take the profit.

This month will be probably a bloody month for Bitcoin so I think next month will be different if it goes what people are expecting.

To break a new ATH.

That is, if the market won't be bearish at all so we can expect that bitcoin will continue to reach its new ATH. Well, the current scenario might bring  fear and panic to those newbies and for those people who are expecting for bitcoin to skyrocket again. But since we are already seeing the bearish side of the market, then we can start buying at the dip since it brings new opportunity to those who want to buy and hold. At least, we know that in the near future, there are profits waiting ahead of us.

I understand the feeling of being worried because our portfolio is in decline as I once become a newbie before. But if our mindset is positive, we surely win this feeling and are still to keep calm. And there is one way to help it, never take a look at the market prices every day as seeing the chart in red will something could influence our mind and might turn into negative.

And besides, as we aim for long-term investment, I guess it wasn't needed for us to check the market daily. We just let that price moves up and down, we can take control of it no matter what we do.

I won't make the same mistake of selling at the bottom this time. I'll be HODLING.

It's a normal scene that we see and the price isn't that much too low and bad just as what the others are seeing on it. Those that see it low, you should start buying if you don't want to miss it.

Everyone must have made a mistake when trading, as long as we don't repeat it again, that's already a good thing. Therefore, most successful
traders are experienced in the crypto world, because sometimes we really need to make mistakes first to learn, that panicking and selling coins
at low prices is a mistake. So we have to be patient in facing the current bearish trend, by remaining calm and holding the coins we have until
our target is achieved. Or we can also buy more potential coins at low prices if we still have capital. It can't be instant to make a profit,
need good emotional control and effective strategies. Therefore, never stop learning, so that our trading skills continue to increase.

Exactly, many people panicked enough with this situation since the last past year until this early year, the price of bitcoin keeps dropping.
Many feel panic enough and sell their assets, sell for a cut loss, so sad to know this and they think again that Bitcoin is already enough to support.

And buying in the dip is also still confusing because we don't know that after a certain support point, the price will actually go up or it will fall back to the next support resistance point.
therefore, it takes a little more strategy so as not to go all-in when Bitcoin is at certain support.

buying while there is still no sign of trend reversal can be a dangerous thing because if the price drops below $40,000 we will see a bloodbath that could lead the price to drop much to the $37,000 which is not a very strong support and can be easily broken which would take us to $30,000. so at this moment, watching the market is the best option

But, I suggest anyone to go buying right now still only for 10 to 25% of their available capital and wait for more confirmation about further market movement; because I know people who were waiting to buy below $10k by the times of 2021 January. So, do not miss the currently available opportunity; grab it still follow DCA.

You buy many alts as much as you want but for me, do not diversify a lot if that's what you think. I'm not telling that don't do that but don't be too focused with it that you might miss the opportunity for bitcoin.
In my opinion, do not go for altcoin investment just for the reason of diversification; I have seen plenty of altcoins never got chances to bounce back but bitcoin alone keep increasing hence always trust bitcoin and invest at regular intervals.

In trading, calm is also very important, meaning that no matter how bad the market conditions, do not create a situation of fear or anxiety of losing a bigger asset. When the market suddenly drops, our emotions must be controlled as well as possible, do not rush to conclusions with the results of losses. It is better to wait until market conditions recover, and believe that it is impossible for the market to always dump and dump.

This is sweet time to get back at the market to recover from some opportunities missed in previous times. Retesting $40k is a clear picture that if the price doesn't fall below $40k we should be heading for the moon in not long a time. Many would sell off out of panic but it's more wiser to buy more now and wait for the new bull run. If the price could even fall below $40k I would be happier to buy even more and more

^ It could be!
Considering the previous scenario when the BTC price goes down it will always have a recovery on the price after a few weeks.
But the problem of those small-scale investors is easy to get panic and could be the BTC price will take time to recover since they don't understand yet how the BTC works the price. If we help them not to become a panic seller, probably that is a good idea but people nowadays want to make a short time profit not a long term investment. Hopefully, the BTC price will not down less than $40k.

Keeping calm is the right tip while having a deep bitcoin price.
Many investors maybe get panicked right at this moment because the price has been down but only for those people who didn't how bitcoin will be able to move. But those real crypto holders or crypto enthusiasts will understand this situation and try to be strong not to spend their bitcoin or they will belong to the panic seller.

For now, holding and accumulating is the best answer to this stop the FUD.

Yes, it's a great time for us to accumulate more in our bag, we should learn from what happened in a couple years ago if we dont want to miss this discount rate then start to prepare some money that you can afford to lose and buy the dip. I agree that many people will keep this momentum to keep their profits not much lower if they wait to sell their profits will go lower than now that's why people panic sell.

Well, I have done it before.

Even the best traders make mistakes a lot of times. It's just that you make sure you have some sort of "contingency plan" if your initial plan(like buying the dip too early) doesn't go well; like having more cash ready for more dips and such.
I have bought bunch of altcoins & bitcoin itself ofcourse for the third try now after cutting all my losses at the $55k level and $46k level.
thought it was the dip before we could go for another skyrocket to $100k , it cost me 15% × 2 losses . 30% of my portofolio gone for good.

now the last try i could go for $41k and so do with altcoins that hits so hard. extra cash needed at this point. 50% target up for my portofolio!

I believe you are right most newbies will definitely sell there coins at lost now because they are scared, I believe you don't have to panic and sell because the Market will soon bounce back which you will regret why you sold at lost. The best thing you should do now is to hold and if you are having extral funds again you can still buy more coins now that the price are down and if you don't have extral fund just hold the coins you are having.

If the price support will even go down below $30k, i think that will be the best time to buy bitcoin and altcoins that will surely create higher value after this dip. And considering that the market price even falls deeply, it will be very possible. If you are wise investor, you will probably prepare for this. But if you are one of those who are in panic, better keep calm and stay hodling your coins. And definitely add more on your portfolio by buying in this dip and wait for future profits.

I know most the user here especially newbie are already in panic due to the current retest on support of BTC to 40K level. I just want to share this TA from my trusted TA analyst to give some hope to those user who's already losing faith to Bitcoin.

Actually, for those who are panicking, no need for such TA's, and all they need to understand is, BTC is not that doomed as being bearish already happened many times, and what's next after? BTC is always on an uptrend and it's just a matter of when it will happen again.

I like to see these people panicking so that they will realize that there's nothing in BTC as always going upwards. Rather than panic, they need to do consider buying at this point and don't ask the question later on if it's time to buy once the bull run commences.

For now they are currently whining and panicking on whats happening in the market now without even realizing that these times are the best times for them to enter or buyback but cant really deny

Buy the dip? Something easy to say than done but if you do trust up your investment much then this wont really be a bothering some.

Keeping calm and buying the dip is what we must do this time and sell it if the price increases.
This time, I guess we can use the buy low and sell high strategy because the price can move up and down many times, giving us a chance to make a profit.
But if you think you can not analyze the deeper of the market, you should not try to buy and sell high many times instead just buy low, wait and once the price increase, sell it although the price increases need time.
But buying the dip is not easy because the price can go lower without notice.

With the history of cryptocurrency and bitcoin nobody can predict exactly the way the movement of price goes and when it is falling time you can't hold it back from dropping. I think to give it time for the drop to settle is better. You can study the candlesticks on a longtime duration to see the formation of recovery and you just have to determine that first before buying and not to buy in the dip moment.

I'm not an adept of drawing candlestick patterns so early. I mean merely half of the formation is completed. In my experience plotting drawings like that will only make you hopeful and think that you know what will happen before. Objectivity is key here and emotional supression when it comes to financials. ;)

Well, I wouldn't expect the bear trend yet to happen since Bitcoin is like starting to gain a momentum this time around by letting people to buy the dip as much as they can. Once this dip is all done we will gonna see the pump that we're waiting but the question is will it really going to break the ATH or going to pump at $100k to $200k?

That's the question that worries me a lot since people might expect too much from the market then the market suddenly change since it's been known to be unpredictable.

Quick question.

Have you ever bought the dip, but then the price breaks through the support and continues dropping deeper for weeks or months?  ;D
Well, I have done it before.

The problem may not be panicking but may be determining the actual dip before a pump.
Not every dip is worth buying
I doubt it is easy to find out the actual bottom of the price before a pump, but I would still say buying every dip is totally worth it if you are planning to hold long term. Buy the dip, or you might regret not doing it. If it dips even further, then buy more if you can afford to invest and it will bring down your average buy price. As long as you aren't selling cheaper than your buying price, you won't be making loss even if the price falls. You still hold the same number of coins. But it's a whole different story if you aren't planning to hold long term and wish to make some quick profit.

This H&S pattern will be rejected once BTC price break the 40K level which is very low to occur since MACD is already bullish on the following week. Keep calm and hodl!

Of course, if you already own Bitcoin, then you need to hold it exactly as long as you need to achieve your goal, in this case, the desired price. Personally, at the moment, I would also not sell my BTC, but simply waited for a new upward spurt in the price. As for buying BTC at such moments, I believe that you need to look at the market on a global scale, since this is the only way to see the direction of the market and understand whether it was worth buying BTC now or it is better to wait until the price drops below. In any case, many people, like me, believe that another flight to the moon awaits us and this hope that motivates all BTC holders to wait for growth.

Is true that when you draw graph or plotting it makes you already know what will happen but it is in the space of speculation and it is that speculation that will guide you to grow in profit if you keep applying the stoploss. The graph plotting is technical analysis that gives the trade an insight to what is to be expected. If you don't have a good knowledge of technical analysis, there is a good chance that you may not be able to speculate properly. Therefore the use of graphs is with caution which is the emotional aspect of it. We need to be guides in our trade.

Keep calm and hodl!

Standing 100% behind you on this one. No point in panic selling now, just to buy back the coins in a few weeks. Rather than selling into the dip and make things worse I want to buy more coins. The first thing I did this weekend was to withdraw some of my poker money and put it into bitcoins. It's not realistic to sell now and hope to buy back at 20,000 or 10,000 level. When it comes to HODL investing it means to hold when the price rises and when the price falls. We need to remind ourselves that HODL was one of the most successful strategies over the last few years. There is no reason to abandon it now.

Create an object like buying at the dip you think.

Just like now, the price of bitcoin hit rock bottom of $40k and many of us consider this as a very low support price for bitcoin after hitting the ATH. And that's what people are thinking of and to say that we're still at a high price level, many won't like to talk about that.

It is because they've got higher standard for the price of bitcoin and they don't want to settle at the current support. Nevertheless, buy the support and this dip if it's comfortable to you.

You may hold the same number of coins, but we all know what matter most. Profitability vs the USD or other fiat value.

In my opinion, If I was to be the dip the price would have to drop to the 10k- 8K level at least, which is very possible with Bitcoin and dip higher than that would just be for short day or intraday trades.

I believe this is the perfect time to open this thread since we finally see a reversal and a clear pattern. Congratulations to those who buy the dip especially those who manage to scoop the wick below 40K. I believe Bitcoin will show a good uptrend movement starting this week and so on until it reach a resistance. It's a good thing that Bitcoin manage to recover after it hits the 40K support and never close below that level.

Of course there's always a chance to have a retest on that same 40K area before we can see a massive pump again. Still a good profit for those who bought on the recent dip.  ;)

Well, the market is not yet fully stable so it has still chances to fall back to $40k and right then, we will see if the price will move up or go down even below $40k. But its very clear that all those who bought at the recent dip have been making profits already and i'm really happy for them. This is the reason why its really important to buy in every dip because we don't really know if the next thing it will do is create a massive pump. So its really a good thing to keep calm and enjoy buying at the dip.

I'd like to congratulate them too.

Bitcoin goes $44k as of now.

That's $4k increase from the bottom that it made last time when everybody else thought that it's going to be more of the dips that we're going to see.

But it usually goes like this, it has recovered and good job to those who have hold and bought.

Right now, bitcoin has already made a significant rise and its currently priced at $43,657 so if this price movement will reach $45k level, i think the market has overcome its correction and is now moving upward to reach its new ATH. Otherwise, this is just another kind of trap because at the end of the day, we will see bitcoin dropping back again as we finally enter the bearish season. Lots of speculations are already coming in, but of course we have to prepare ourselves wherever the market will go as we don't hold the future of bitcoin.

There are lot of strategies and analysis involved while you are trading but they all will work if you are holding some potential coin like btc but if you are having some really zero utility altcoin then every strategy would fail and not give you any profits at all.

Buying the dip also have some indications like when you will buy because we don't know how much will it dip so check the price levels of investment and have some extra money with you to put them in right time.

Crypto trading and investment it's not all about the money you have still its depend on the knowledge and the skills you have as the OP made its a signal to get to buy on the dip but most of the time this kind of pattern have their aftershock of downtrend again but of course, its market might quite predictable because of the indicators and sometimes those analysis is not according to plan so we need to have a back up on it. Do you OP bought on the lowest price of the bitcoin currently?.

For now its this current risw is good since this is a little step of recovery so hope other could see this and ease down there fear towards the market.

I don't think that people are in panic but they're preparing for the celebration that brings them to decide to sell some of their cryptos. That actually a normal thing to see during Christmas but, we never wait so long as the recovery comes already. We are heading back to bullish, it was a winning side for those who invest during the dip and they are now in profit already. And we are expecting more for this 1st quarter, maybe, we are able to reach $50k faster than I think.

For sure the continuous pruce dumping adds the confusion on what's going on and many think about that we might gonna see a long bear market season that's why many got panic selling and temporarily stop buying bitcoin.

No matter the situation in the market, I am never scared. When the market goes up I am happy, and I take my profit and leave the rest. And when the market goes down, I am not worried at all, rather I start buying the coins I want to buy, most especially Bitcoin. I already know that no matter what, the market would always recover pretty well in the future. And the good thing now is that I am buying at a very low rate than what it will be in the next four or five years. So, there is nothing to be worried about when the market is bearish like this.

People who clearly understand the market will feel no worried about the situation, only those who are in doubt. Well, I can't hate what they feel coz that seems normal for the newcomers and we know that many people had come without knowing the volatility risk of crypto making them get easily panic and then sell. Until they don't learn the real-life crypto investment, they always act the same. But for us who knows already, we even buy more and fill our bag.

I think the crypto price decline is still normal and there is no need to worry, because previously there had been a much worse price decline,
so I am very optimistic that the market will recover soon. Even if we look at the current market the price of some coins starts to rise
by around 1%-2%. This means that the market shows a positive trend, hopefully the price of Bitcoin can soon return to above the price of
$50k again, thus making altcoins go up too. So indeed we have to be calm and patient in this current situation, even if I have extra money,
I will buy more coins that I consider potential. Because this is how the crypto market works, so never stop learning about the crypto world,
so that we are all more confident that the future of crypto is very bright and do not hesitate to invest in cryptocurrencies.

Please keep sharing from the same TA analyst as it is concluded that they are accurate enough to follow their signals. Bitcoin bounced back after this topic.

The problem may not be panicking but may be determining the actual dip before a pump.
Not every dip is worth buying
As per DCA principles, you must need to keep buying at dips with regular intervals as no one could determine the actual bottom. At the same time, for example, you today buy a dip and tomorrow another dip happens then you do not need to buy again. You may go for buying dips at regular interval it can be weekly or fortnightly or monthly or anything which lead you to buy multiple times in a year (just based on your available funds but plan up for more frequency rather than being all-at-once).

DCA does not mean you have to buy at dips. More accurately, it is your plan to load more Bitcoin for your portfolio daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly. It's good if you can buy dips but it is not mandatory to do so. DCA means you buy more Bitcoin and don't care much about your entry price.

DCA is for really long term investment. A very good example is MicroStrategy that bought Bitcoin at many dips but as personal investor, you can not do it too disciplined and professional like Micro Strategy. So DCA helps you to get rid of emotion, greed and fear. Long term, you have more Bitcoin and after a few years, you will see its value increases a lot.

Actually, if price dips it doesn't affect me at all.

if you always experience the volatility of crypto, moves like that doesn't have an effect at all.
It will only makes us really really stronger and make our bags bigger and bigger
by buying the dip everytime.

Anyways, keep on hodling guys and maintain that diamond hands.

but for newbie they keep selling their holdings because they are afraid that they loss more assets.

Another way that newbies can run out the dip is by converting of their hodling to stable coin like BUSD or USDT. When they do this the value of the coin is hold stable without increase or decrease until the time to go back by reconversion to coins. This strategy works very well to retain the value of a coin to whatever time you like it and not to allow it dip or sell in panic.

Overall I can't see any reason why BTC should stay under 50k level next resistance will be around $70k levels if bulls can take price from here.
Hopefully it will be as is as what you've said. $70k as the next support would be amazing and high.

But we just can't see that at most times since we haven't reached to that point. If it will do then that's the next ATH that we're going to have. As of the moment, everyone should be happy that bought at the dip.

Now, it has to break $44k barrier that shall give another positive look to the market from those who are disappointed.

Bitcoin has been seeing good signs right now since its price is making a slow increase but we should not just easily jump on a conclusion that its going nowhere but only reaching its new ATH. If we can see the current situation right now, the market is experiencing some price decline so i think its better to fill our bag first with our prospects than to aim for bitcoin reaching its new peak. I know for sure bitcoin will achieve its new heights but i see less chances right now. While waiting for it, why don't we just buy at the dip and continue to enjoy the ride while its still on hand. After this, when we see bitcoin's new ATH, then its time to sell and get our rewards.

Yes, that's right, the downturn in the crypto market caused panic, including myself. But I realized that it was time to buy a coin that did have good prospects to hold. Holding coins does need patience because we have to be able to wait until the price goes up again. No one knows how the crypto market is therefore the crypto market is unpredictable. Personally, I learned from the mistake that selling my crypto in a panic when the market was going down cost me a lot. Therefore when the market is crashing I choose to hold it for a while.

For the professional they keep buying the dip but for newbie they keep selling their holdings because they are afraid that they loss more assets.
Yeah, professionals are not easily misguided by market fluctuations whereas naïve investor and traders are. Creating false chart patterns is a kind of trick by whales to manipulate the market which mostly ending up collecting individual's bitcoins by whales and institutions.

BTC seems to be bullish now. Market in this January may be still down, but hopefully, soon we will see the green market. I have bought the dip.
There are plenty of days left in this January month, hence the are possibilities to have net positive growth; buy current dips is recommended by most analysts still should not buy for all your funds; have plans for DCA.

Not an experienced trader so what I understand is the current market will be in uptrend and possibly hit the 43 which will be tested if it will break or not? I use the same method, the Fibonacci but in smaller time frames so in 4 hours and daily what I see is it will be in an uptrend and the dip to 40k was a good chance to buy.

I've been using the same method as well and I must say that we're on the right trend to buy. It might not be the definite dip yet it would be profitable if we'll buy this season. While others are panicking, wise traders and investors are now taking the situation as an opportunity to buy more Bitcoin at a lower price.

Well as a professional trader keeping you're self calm is the most important, there is always dip and we never know it until such time that we already loss some of our asset. For the professional they keep buying the dip but for newbie they keep selling their holdings because they are afraid that they loss more assets.

Keeping yourself calm is the first step that will determine the success of your trading process. But the most important thing that beginner traders must do is to study the market and have the actual experience of trading their cryptocurrencies.

Like driving, no matter how many times you read books on how to successfully drive a manual transmission car, you will never get used to it without experiencing it first hand. Similarly in trading, getting to research about the market, applying what you have read and trading into different cryptocurrencies is the key in order to at least reduce the chances of losing from your investment.

tranquility is included in the psychology that really needs to be managed. psychology will be trained when doing a lot of trades and with a lot of experience. The professionals of course have done the analysis before buying deep. In contrast to beginners who continue to do a count of buying at a lower price and continue to do so. The actual deep price must be precise. There is much to be done, namely capital management, risk management and psychological management, we also have to have plan A and plan B.

Yea it will be great if bitcoin and others can go lower because with 40k price still does not satisfy me enough to buy more  :D. There's still a lot more days we should wait if we trust the bitcoin will go down more than now and don't forget to use your money that you can afford to lose so if you buy @40k price and it keeps down you won't feel down on your mentality because you feel regret when bought @40k.

There's nothing wrong to think of the positive speculation since it's slowly moving up.

We know that it's full of surprises and sometimes it's all that we need, some positive speculations that we're going to like as we're waiting for the next big move that it might do.

Everyone will be selling when it's on the top but don't sell all that you have, bitcoin is the exit for the others already.

Many were hoping for the price to step up but it was opposite to you. But, I was on your side, I'm still looking for the dump and ben bearish again to take the chance of buying a cheaper price but unfortunately, we can't control the market and the volatile nature remain. That was too clear to see that the market moves in different directions and we never know where it goes, and this is obviously the result of our actions as we are not all in the same direction as well.

Is only newbies that would expect the market to keep up going bullish without having a reset. The market can not keep going up without retracing a little or changing trend. The crypto market is similar to every other financial market exhibiting the same patterns of market features with similar price patterns. At the end of January, I expect the market to go above $50K per Bitcoin.

Quick question.

Have you ever bought the dip, but then the price breaks through the support and continues dropping deeper for weeks or months?  ;D
Well, I have done it before.
It's nothing to be ashamed of. That happens to the best of us. This is because nothing is really absolute when it comes to cryptos. It's a highly speculative industry and we should always expect the unexpected. What makes for Support can later turn to Resistance and vice versa. Remember, there's something called weak and strong support levels. Even strong support levels do also get broken if price hits at it repeatedly. I've even had a few situations where I caught the proverbial falling knife and those projects eventually disappeared into thin air.

Not every dip is worth buying

Yes but in altcoin not in bitcoin, I've sometimes bought the coins when the dip comes but it actually keeps going lower and lower so I sold my coins for 50% losses and buy again when the coins started to stable for a week. Well maybe I was in rush that time because I dont want to miss the train but I learn from there that we shouldn't panic to buy the dip.

Tried it as well with altcoins many times in the past. I have to lose a lot before I learn the hard way that it's hard for altcoins to dominate. It's not fun to see investment drained while you could have profited with BTC going up.

There must be another quick dip soon to retest that $40,000 support. It's sure to be a good time to buy BTC when you are awake when that takes place.

That is always an opportunity but somehow many were just about to neglect to buy for they are worried that the market will drop more in the next day. Such a scenario can't also be prevented due to its volatility but we mostly notice that it pumps after the corrections. If we are too close and check the market trend every day, it is possible it will increase our worries that is why we shouldn't do it especially this bearish time, we'd rather make other stuff in order for us to keep calm.

Am saying this because if one is new to trading and you are looking for where you will learn trading crypto currency I think this place that should come mind should be a crypto currency exchange and not really here. I have seen in so many post here where people will give a trading advise and will end up saying you have to do your own research which simply means that they are not sure of their own advise.

People who expect the market still bullish aren't newbies only, they are the people who miss the chance to sell their coins previously. Pure newbies even expect the market to be bearish because they want to buy crypto coins. You are right that the market cannot always be in a bullish phase, it needs to move to a bearish phase or to have some corrections before the next uptrend. That's how the market works, there is a time for bullish and there is a time for bearish.

It's true I agree with you, when the market goes down and reaches a really low value don't panic. Usually beginners will panic first, you have to be able to control your emotions well. Think about buying cheap coins at a time like that. If you don't believe in Bitcoin because you have failed before, try to give it another chance until you succeed. No one knows how the next market conditions could be in front of a profit or victory that awaits you.

Beginners usually panic because most of them bought their bitcoin stash at a higher price level. So once the btc price goes down, they are in paranoid when will they get their profits. However, if you are long time crypto user, you have seen a lot of up and down movements already, and you are now used to it and possibly know already the strategy on how to take advantage of this scenario.

Of course, we can keep calm and wait or even decide to buy more, but as a person who experienced the 2018 - 2020 bear market. I gotta tell you. It's easier said than done   :D
At times, you would wait until your patience runs out, and you would end up selling the assets at a loss.

Selling Bitcoin at a lower price was definitely a bad decision. Selling off other altcoins at lower prices was a good decision because some continued to dip while others died a natural death and never recovered even during the recent bull run.

With a serious note : you must have manage your money perfectly .. making a purchase schedule in certain timeframe based on your own research so you wont missed a single dip everytime the market hit your price target.
Do that and you might find a lot of pleasure in it!

Yep.

That's for sure that whenever the dip comes, it won't be forever to remain there. Most especially if you're eyeing for bitcoin and other top altcoins.

After the dip, they are going up eventually and that's for sure. No matter how low it can reach, still, there's the essence of recovery more than the dip that it has have.

Bitcoin is still quite expensive for me. Buying the deep around $40k will not be possible. I would consider buying the deep to altcoins that are a bit affordable. Investing in bitcoin requires a big amount of money for you to be able to see a reasonable amount of income. which I think, I don't have presently. Am just thinking of holdling the smaller position of bitcoin I have gotten from the signature campaign for years. It can turn out to be diamonds in my hands tomorrow

Well, I have done it before.

Taking multiple buying orders is just the way to tackle the crypto market. No one  can accurately predict the market even technical analysis fails atimes, the best you can get is speculations, so instead of buying because you feel that's the dip it's best to buy and wait for the next market decision if it falls further then you buy more if it moves bullish wait for a retest to buy again. Never chase a trade crypto is patience.

You're not alone in this kind of regretful incidents bud, me too, I do missed this buy dip opportunity and instead I am still hodling a bit number of bitcoin that I have bought when the market is positioning to start bearish trend. I am not sure if it would be fine with you to say this that it's okay to missed those kind of opportunity because for sure next time you'll not going to miss any opportunities because you already know next time you would going to prioritize it.

Not just you. There are many like you who are missing out on this opportunity for various reasons. Many may have missed out because of being busy, or lacking enough funds. On the other hand there are some people who were so bearish during the recent dump that they thought the market would dump a lot more. But they have been proven wrong here and missed a good chance. However, missing an opportunity does not mean everything. If you are in the market, you can get more good opportunities in the near future.

Once again I have failed to buy the dip when BTC was still around $33k to $35k and now standing at $42k+ (it even got up to $45.2k before rejected by the resistance level). I blame myself because of being too busy in my work. Can’t believe I have missed buying the dip again.
Ouch dude, that is sad to hear :(. (But cheer up. This is not the end of the world so you could still catch up and we are not even sure yet if what is happening is only just a bull trap because the price wont rise successively. I think there is a possibility that the price can fall again anytime soon and you now know what to do next.

There's some tools that you can use to automate the buying process I think this is related to the trading bots or you can check out exchanges if they allow auto buy. Try and set it so that you will never miss a single dip again. Do not blame your self from working because do you think you can buy a coin if you will just relax and do not have any work?

1. You are afraid
2. You dont have money to buyback
3. You arent aware on whats the market condition
4. You dont have time on executing such buyback

You would really be ending up on regretting on what you had missed.

a fall does not always mean a buy signal, it is necessary for the person to do a good market analysis and then see at what point it will be good to buy and at what point it will be good to sell, there are scenarios where a person can buy thinking that that fall then it goes up but after that drop there is more price drop

And this is where emotion do really plays off and its up to you whether you do really able handle it out or wouldnt able to control it and go on what you do have in mind.

Buying times could be always be challenging on which you would really be minding if the price would recover back or would go down deeper on which decisions to be more
harder as it should.

Dips arent always the times you could really buy same as you said. You should really make out some analysis before making such move.

Exactly, we should always wait for the buying signal before we execute because sometimes we buy early without knowing that the price will go down further so its better to analyze first. Dip price is always an opportunity to make money, you can have good coins at a cheaper price and you can see the probability for that coins to rise again is really high so its a good decision to buy at the bottom price.

Well many of us made this same mistakes years back when Bitcoin was trading below $10k, we thought Bitcoin was too costly and ended up regretting not buying. Bitcoin can never be too costly as you can always afford any amount you intend buying and that'll be worth more in the future. The tokens you're thinking are better option might not be around tomorrow or become less relevant in the market as better alternative will surely be introduced.

5 years back there wasn't no Solana, polkadot, any of the metaverse or NFT project or any of the trending altcoins excluding Ethereum and maybe Dogecoin (that was considered a joke). This goes to show with altcoins you can't be guaranteed of them be around in 5-10 years but that's a guarantee for Bitcoin and would be worth more than it's today.

When it comes to regrets then i have missed out on accumulating while its still playing around $200+ as far as i remember which it is really just a waste of opportunity for me to accumulate into those times and now the price had already risen up that high.

When it comes to short term investment  then it would really be depending on your own choice because not all would really be having the same mindset
on buying on the dip.The question is, how you would consider if its already the bottom or dip price?

I agree when it comes to short-term investment our minds really hard to be patient because we already saw big gains from bitcoin and other altcoins. It's hard to know the exact bottom price for any coins any tokens as far as we can, we just do some analysis and learn from the past and hope when we buy we don't regret it later.

Yup, the mistakes that people do make is either that they are investing more than they can afford or they are planning their investment properly and therefore ends up investing wrongly. And when a time like this comes they will be disorganized and wouldn’t know how to go about it.

Investment shouldn’t be a one time thing or something that you invest too much. First reason is that you’re not sure about it, the market can go down and you can lose money, there’s risk in involved. Secondly, if you invest one time you might have funds to buy again when the market is low. So it’s very important to be really calculative when investing.

It's okay to be short term.

If the timing is perfect and you're about to make money from that sale even you're doing it for short term, that should be enough.

But if it's bitcoin, it's always advisable to be long. There are the lucky investors that have bought the dip and then managed to see the all time high and sold the top.

By the looks of it on the weekly chart, we are still on the dip. For the short term, they'd be looking on the 4hour chart most of the time.

Traders will be selling when the price goes to the top but it seems not the thing that happens, either they want the price to grow more despite it being unsustainable or they just hold the coin on the exchanges. The users chatting on tradingview go wild whenever it comes near to its peak. They don't even wait for the price to the ATH.

A lot of people stay out from the market when it is low in price, just don’t know why they keep doing that?

I have friends that does the same and it can be really annoying, whenever the market is bearish and low in price, they think it is the wrong time to invest and stay completely out from the market, instead of buying the dip and waiting for the price to pump. They will just choose to wait till the market is bullish again and starts to approach a new all time high and they will end up getting in at the peak of the price, which puts them at the risk of losing the money.

Staying calm and don't act on emotions is the best advice for trading. Technical analysis is a great tool to identify trends and barriers that help a lot in trading. Unfortunately we humans are irrational from time to time and will not think with the our brains, rather follow our guts. The 40,000 USD barrier in bitcoins looked strong at the start of the year, but still was being breached considerably. Which doesn't mean that buying 40,000 USD was a bad trade. The price recovered since then. For me every opportunity to buy bitcoins below 40,000 is a good trade. If Bitcoins would go below 30,000 USD ever again, I would start switching other assets into cryptos too. Selling some stocks or investment funds into bitcoins would only make sense to me at very good levels, because of the taxes I would have to pay.

There is those type of people and even it's questionable, they do that for real and that's why they keep on doing it.

And you've witnessed the type of person through your friend, that answers your question despite they know the market's situation.

They're still doing the wrong thing and doubts the action at the right time.

There is no real dip in the crypto market. That is the one hard thing I have learnt from the crypto currencies daily trade. Whenever I’m buying in some dip the whole market is reacting to it and dropping much much below than expected. Lolz.

Sometime I feel that it’s my unlucky trade which causing the whole market ho bearish. That’s funny though. TA and FA works most of the time but that’s anyway mathematical computing which could change with fractions of value changing in time.

Crypto on the other hand is sickly volatile. So yeah dip or no dip, just try to profit somehow.

Staying calm would be suggested but being numb when it comes to emotion totally then it does have some cons too but in most cases this could really be helpful on which you could really able to handle

the situation since you don't really freak out easily but instead you are finding out ways for you handle out the situation unlike into those people who are really boggling up their minds once they do

encounter such scenario even though human beings are naturally that emotional on various things but with due experience then there would really be some changes.

it is clear that large companies and institutions and countries if they continue to want to actively use bitcoin, what you think will be realized very soon. but we know there are still many who have not done that and are still looking at the situation because at this time the price is also not good, so there is clear doubt that they will definitely consider it.
but in time all will do and use bitcoin because it is a need that cannot be denied because progress has required it. so be patient that the price will increase in time.

Bitcoin is bound to be up and whenver the price is down, there's always the cautious moment for most holders because everybody is thinking that it's the end.

But who always reigns and make money at the end? It's the holders who have been patient and not triggered to sell during the dips.

Not only into those holder but also into those people who do consider out on buying on the dip and not all those who had been  holding are confident on buying back on the dips but for sure they are aware
on how this market moves on which whenever theres a dip in price then there would really be that recovery that would happen next which is something the very standard thing to happen.
I know its not something easy that you could really done because of uncertainty of the situation and this isnt something that you could deal off without hesitation due to

The idea to buy whe nit was low wasn't really a unique idea. The fact that it was low was enough proof that it wasn't really doing all that well, I mean it could have done even better but I do not know why it got stuck here. When it was lower, everyone told each other that it should have been higher and many people bought, hence why it went up.

Remember that whenever it goes down, it is because people sell, and whenever it goes up that is because people end up buying. Since, it is higher than before right now, it means that people ended up buying at those low prices, that is how it managed to get up from those levels and come to over 40k+ prices once again.

It isn't easy.

But if you're determined and eager, you can do it.

In the beginning, when someone sees the pump we're all wanting to be part of it. And as it drops, we're thinking that we're lucky that we didn't buy at the peak.

It's always a psychological barrier and thinking that makes us think negatively in a positive situation and vice versa. And we need to break that through our decisions like buying when it's lower even it's not the dip.

it should be as you said, always be patient when we invest our funds in crypto because prices are always changing quickly and cannot be predicted quickly. but the problem is that if you use funds for investment not from funds that are not used and only focus on investment, it will always make the actions taken are always wrong, because you are in a hurry so that the investment can be disbursed to be used for daily needs.

even though we believe that the situation will recover and the funds we invest can be profitable if we are always patiently waiting for the right time to determine the course of action, so that it is in accordance with what we want.

Yes calmness is always a big boost in your trading strategy. Don't make any decision on project past performance because in shares every time will tell different according to their use in society. We can only do better that to buy the dip and hold for sometimes. Buying in dip is the masterline for a trader. If you put this guidelines in your mind then you will become a good and might be a great trader. Buying in dip is always going to give profit to us very smoothly.

Watch out and wait for the price to go down. At times, the market might not move in the direction we expect and it might jump up and we might not be able to buy at more dip. Hence, just buy at when you planed to buy, I mean, if you wish to buy a coin, just go ahead and buy the coin when you have the amount and hold them for few months and sell them off when you are satisfied with your profits.

Buying the dip is a great way to get richer and a lot quicker than usual as well. People keep thinking that there is a situation where you could get away with selling when it is going down and buying even lower. But the reality is that you will probably sell at low and then can't buy because that was teh bottom and end up losing money because of it as well. I am not saying that you should never sell, but try to not sell when the prices are that low. I keep on buying as much as possible and that is why I have a decent amount, if you keep ignoring all the drops and just focus on selling, and get on panic mode, you will lose a lot more money.

The key thing here is to always trade with a good strategy even the price goes up or down. Most failures and loss of money or loss on investment usually happens when you invest without proper and enough knowledge of the market. Cryptocurrency trading for beginners isnt easy, but with the right skills and strategies you will be making more profit.

That's definitely right mate, we always keep on telling this saying "buy low, sell high" but sometimes depending on this saying alone will also lead you to loses when an investor or a trader don't have a proper knowledge on how to trade or how to invest wisely. We are all aiming for a greater profit and that's why buying at a low price is always advisable depends on how much you can afford to buy and afford to lose but let's not forget the essence of having a proper knowledge because this is the one that will give us true profit.

As long as the price is still in line with what you want, deciding to buy is also a good thing and there's nothing wrong with that,
most importantly before making a decision we must know what we will do later,
for now it might be difficult to see the market can be stable

Yes, given the current state of the market, now is not the time for a lengthy ride. Time to engage in short trading. Considering that you never know what the next call will be, it becomes sense to scale back your trades now rather than opening them with the idea that the price would rise over what is fair. Of course, we won't reach ATH anytime soon, so any profit made now should be accepted with gratitude.

As long as the price is still in line with what you want, deciding to buy is also a good thing and there's nothing wrong with that,
most importantly before making a decision we must know what we will do later,
for now it might be difficult to see the market can be stable
Moreover, we must know how to manage our financial management to prepare for the worst scenario because it is the whales who regulate market patterns. Buy the dip means that you are ready for the price to go down again or bounce up because the market conditions still look bearish in the next few months
Whenever i do make profits whether on a sideways or bullish market then i do always set aside some amounts which would really be saved up for later on or on the time that there's an opportunity to buy cheap.

If you do miss out on having some saved amounts or allocation then you would really just simply stare and missing out the chance on buying cheaper coins which is something regrettable. If you dont like to miss

out opportunities something like this then you should really know on when to save up funds out of those profits you do made earlier. Its just common sense but this is something
a hard thing to be done specially if you are really that in need of money or funds from time to time.

Quick question.

Have you ever bought the dip, but then the price breaks through the support and continues dropping deeper for weeks or months?  ;D
Well, I have done it before.

The problem may not be panicking but may be determining the actual dip before a pump.
Not every dip is worth buying

I usually bought when there's a clear pattern already form during the dip then wait for the confirmation. I rarely experience the one you mention on my current trading portfolio since I always set a SL on all my positions when I'm entering position during dip. It's important to watch critical level if there's a downtrend after you enter a position since there's always a possibility for a rejection.

But yeah I understand what you feel because I do experience that most of the time during my newbie trader days.  ;D
In a normal circumstances, an average trader knows quit well that cryptocurrency investment is something you will go directly to purchase when it's in the dip market. I understand that cryptocurrency have a particular face and duration foe investors to in, in order to invest and also make sustainable profit per investment. I will say that it's the reason why people do adventure in the investment immediately the market is at dip.

Managing our capital is one good and well strategize step for one to prevent or maximize loss in trading. Buying dips always be a big threat and fear to Traders because most of them are really afraid of liquidating their account. The true fact about the market is that, it pumps and dumps, but one have to know the category that will favour his capital. Some Traders like the bull market while others liked the bearish market. Crypto is patience and if a trader panic, he's close to loss in trading.

But I think that doesn't apply to all coins or tokens. You have to be careful, there are coins that go down continuously even to the point of scams. In fact I experienced that, this is because there are currently so many coins/tokens circulating in the market. You have to be meticulous. Indeed, when the price is below that the opportunity increases the number of coins and increases profits. Not all token coins will be able to reach past the highs they made. So I think you should choose a specific coin to invest long-term or trade short-term.

the market is down = buy, the market is up = sell, yes that's the trading formula,
moreover we are in the crypto market, where the market is very volatile, just look today,
a lot of altcoins are down -5% more to -10% because of the bitcoin price down,
this is why we are required not to be greedy when trading

Buying the dip won't be advisable when it comes to new projects and nonestablished altcoins. It will only work for altcoins with a strong foundation and which has been through different market situations and survived. Some altcoins drop their price and don't survive since they have weak resistance against the bearish market so it would be better to trust well-established altcoins.

It would be still considerable as long you do make your research and then making some considerations on investing on projects which you do see that does have potential and its your call
whether you would really be taking up risk or not but in overall it would be worth if you do consider on buying the dip into those projects or coins on the market which had been established through time.
Speaking with bitcoin then there's no doubt about potential and possible price movement in the future but with other projects in the market? It cant really give out that assurance.
Keeping yourself calm on a bear market is no joke or not really that simple but once you do have that experience then it wont really be that an issue.

After going through your analysis, you might be right to some extent. But have you have seen a scenario a coin will break below the support level, going from dip to deeper like my guys will call it. Things happened, and even the best of signal analyst goes wrong something. Thing of putting a huge of money in crypto few months ago, when the whole market was red, and it looks like the best time t invest. But after taking a care consideration and taking time to wait. What i would have bought for around $1,500. Later, dropped to $602. Imagine if i had rush to bought it then. It would have been a very bad investment for me. I have seen several coins gone from dip, to dip, and from dip to deeper until they are no longer valuable in the market. And investors money gone down the drain. I have come to a conclusion that signal analysis, sometimes is a 50/50 thing. Sometimes, it goes your way, and a times, it goes the other way.

The simplest way of making benefit in this cryptocurrency investment, is to calm down and wait to buy cryptocurrency when the price is low. At least look for the coins that will have a good recognition in future and buy, even though it's not in the lines of dip and having in mind that the future of the coin is very bright and invest on the coin. Because investment of cryptocurrency is not all about when it's in a dip time, but primarily notice the coin that have future
Low is subjective and we see people buying at the thought low price but not yet the bottom. I think the right mindset is to buy when you think the market is low and whether it dumps more, you should be prepared and buy again. It's the DCA strategy that we usually have but you're just prepared whenever a newer low comes and you still have the budget to afford and able to adapt whatever happens in the future.

to be honest in this bear market i really have a hard time finding the DIP price of a coin,
i've tried to analyze it technically, and when the price dump all the support is broken,
and it makes me really frustrated, any suggestions?

A call to buy the deep was made in Jan 2022 by OP. The deep was supposedly around $41,000 at that time, Today Bitcoin price is hovering around $21K, almost two times less than the previous "dip"

This is exactly what I exactly refered in my first comment. For a long term seasoned trader, not every dip is worth buying.

Use the money that you can afford to lose, invest gradually not in one move so when another bottom price is reached you can use your left money. Since we all know that the crypto market is very volatile don't really hope that your prediction is always on point, just preparing in the worst case is better rather than nothing.

a good investment indeed we have to use cold money that we don't use for daily needs,
because indeed the crypto currency market is very high risk, or we call it very volatile,
so get used to buying at DIP prices, because your psychology will be very effect than buying at the top price.

Tried buy the dip a few days back (Thursday to be precise) and even that day didn't record a dip compared to yesterday's price. The market has got its own dip but your dip doesn't have to agree with that of the market and that's why, you should buy when you can while you can. The most important thing about where you buy is, you should be able to hold and until price climbs back up to give you some profit and you continue to hold some more, as long as you can.
Today, price has been some worth on the rise and I out of sentiment expect it to continue in the coming week but, anything could happen though.

Everyone is worried about the current market conditions and they are in confusion that whether the price will rise once again or go into more dip. Bitcoin is at dip and those who has make investment in bitcoin may be unhappy due to this act but one thing is certain that this dip will not remain for long time. This is a good time to buy some amount of bitcoin because it will be easy for you to buy as the worth is low, so it will be really sound good for all those who wants to purchase bitcoin. Those who already make investment should still wait to get it pump.

Those people who’s worried in times like this are those newbie and weak hands traders whose trading just for penny and not for future. This kind of scenario already happened multiple times since Bitcoin was introduced. You can check on Bitcointalk archives on same topic like this every time Bitcoin is dipping after all time high. Price will surely recover and this low price will surely be the dip we are talking once Bitcoin print again the new all time high.

It won't be even cool to buy altcoins in every dip , it is very risky because are very volatile.  Buying in every dip is mostly meant for bitcoin, no matter how bitcoin go dip their is always tendency that it will come up at anytime.  Buying altcoins in serious bear market not advisable.

Depends on the altcoin you are buying the dip from. I mean if you are buying some low level thing, or even something as idiotic as shiba which people still pump and have a high rank, then yeah, buying at the dip could result with even further dip eventually and hurt you. But if we are talking about ethereum or bnb, those are great ones and I think its going to be a good idea to hold it for a long term. Of course as a trader you need to look at all, I have seen people make money from the most weird and unheard of tokens just because they knew how to trade it, when its just quick trade, then all would work.

If you would really need some assurance or high probability or simply being the default investment then it would be always be a common thing  that we should really accumulate bitcoin as much as we could because if there's a bearish time then there's always those chances on having recovery which is a default thing for a market. We cant really just have a one path movement which is going down.
There's always that change of trend.Speaking about altcoins then we know that not all are shit which yes im talking about top ranking altcoins in the market where you could also opt in on
making out some investments with it and just like with  Bitcoin you can somewhat assure nor presume that those coins would really be making out some significant move.
