Title: Apyharvest scam
Post by: ignaciano3 on January 09, 2022, 08:08:28 PM
Hello, if you have been SCAMMED:'( by apyharvest.com, please let us know. We are a group of people trying to recover the funds.
Please, send a report to https://www.gov.uk/complain-company and then to action fraud UK.
If you have any info you can provide to us we would really appreciate.

-----------------------------------
What I have found so far:

TT NOMINEES LIMITED is probably the head company:
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/Nu_kIVf_z53WfTeV_UAMH86ghtQ/appointments (https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/officers/Nu_kIVf_z53WfTeV_UAMH86ghtQ/appointments)
you can see like 8 Harvest Investments LLP. Open for example the first one: HARVEST INVESTMENTS 5 LLP
They are located in Thompson Taraz, but if you look in the Filing History:

20 Oct 2021   Registered office address changed from 166 Sloane Street London SW1X 9QF England to C/O Thompson Taraz, Stanhope House 47 Park Lane London W1K 1PR on 20 October 2021

If you remember that was the location showed in apyharvest.com

Now look at the people in TT NOMINEES: GRAY, Kelvin Deon; HEFFERNAN, Martin Michael; TARAZ, Afshin; WEBBER, Simon Timothy Christopher; etc.

In https://www.thompsontaraz.co.uk/about/ (https://www.thompsontaraz.co.uk/about/) is an image of every one of them. These are my main suspects.

-------------------------------------

I couldn't find anything about the second address in Dublin

I think it is better to move this to the scam accusation section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=83.0
certainly, the landing section is not the right place for this.

next, It will be correct if you share scam details/proofs if you have it. Of course, it is very hard to find the right owner offshore company and even harder to get the funds back from there.
I saw that the domain Apyharvest scam is redirected to Internal Revenue Service (irs.gov), they are obviously busted and forbidden to work.
