What do you recommend to pay attention to this year?

If bear market ensue, it will be more on altcoins, bitcoin can later get to all-time-high but some altcoins will not while some will become shitcoins and dead.

This is my own advice, but if you want to go for altcoins too, do more research. I don't see anything bad to go for some altcoins but they are riskier.

But know that what most matter is to invest in bear time when the price of all coins and tokens had significantly fallen. You can check Coinmarketcap and go for coin of interest from rank 1 to rank 100 or 200. Make more researches.

1. BUN
2. SOL
3. Bitcoin
4. Ethereum

in my opinion, look for quality tokens, just try looking at cmc, in my opinion, look for tokens ranked 70 and below, but in my opinion it's better to invest in bitcoin because in my opinion investing in bitcoin is safer, because if you buy altcoins and we don't could choose it would be high risk. because I myself have experienced it and my money was drained because I couldn't choose altcoins.

Good question. before you go ahead to buy any token or coin, you should ask yourself these questions "am i buying to hold for long term or for short term, what is the utility of this token or coin, who are the team behind the project, what exchange is the token or coin listed" once you are able to get the right answer to those questions, it will guide you in making the right decision. Personally, i'm paying attention to BTC and $ANML
