Well. Same old story again.

Those of us who frequent the forum know that 1xbit is a scam. Many of us have left negative feedback and their threads contain flags that can be seen even if you are not registered warning of the potential risk.

I feel sorry for you, but I think it unlikely you will get your money back. And the bad thing is that it seems to me that your thread won't stop someone like you from falling for it again in the future. Those of us on the forum wouldn't even enter a single satoshi in that scam site, but it seems that it is profitable for them to continue scamming because there is always someone who ends up falling into the trap.

Did you do some basic research about this website before playing so much money there? No? Why?!
Unfortunately you're not the first one with problems there. And, since people never learn, you'll probably not be the last one either.
All I can tell is that I'm sorry for you. Quite a costly lesson.

I am sure that from now on you'll look more carefully and use the services of websites with much better reputation.

You probably have a lot of money, since you can bet such amounts so freely. I would not risk it even if the site was not a scam. I understand perfectly well that you shouldn't play against the machine. But you also managed to get yourself involved in fraud, and as usual, all roads led you to this forum.
It may be cynical, but I don’t feel sorry for you. This forum is full of information about this scammer, but every time we see complaints only after the tragedy that happened.
Maybe you learned a good lesson in life, and now you will be more careful.

Wtf is the problem of newbie online gambler these days. You are depositing more than 1000Euros to a casino without a simple background check using Google search bar.

I try to search 1xbit reputation and I'm surprised how this company manipulate all the review site with there fake positive feedback. There sister company Pnxbet is still running freely and dominating Philippines online gambling industry. So sad that these scammy guys can still operate freely.

Reporting 1xbit on this forum is nothing again when they have been flagged, given negative trust, also the participants of the 1xbit were all given negative trust from different users. I still do not believe someone on this forum will still make use of such gambling site when there are good ones like https://duelbits.com/.

I am also wondering you to deposit such high amount into a betting site that you have not used before. Never use a betting site that is not trustworthy like 1xbit.

I believe there are still more coming scam of 1xbit.

At least they let you know, very nice of them. Although it is indicative that they blocked you after the first major withdrawal attempt, but they claim that it was done after a careful investigation that lasted as long as 5 minutes ::)

Personally, I don't understand people who literally throw thousands of EUR or $ on online gambling, especially without checking who they give their money to. In a way, they bear much of the responsibility for what happens to them.

-snip
sadly cases like this usually don't get any more response from them since they most likely consider this issue closed. I've seen similar scam accusations in the past ending up being ignored by them. at this point, all I can say is move on and take it as a lesson. it might be hard to do, but all you'll get from waiting for their response(that most likely won't come) is stress.

Another case which 1xbit is involve for scamming their player again I wonder when this one end up and it seem this one became endless until there are newbie's willing to deposit and take a risk on their money.

Lets do hope for new that this accusations from them is a valid one and they should think many times before betting at that shady betting site.

Problem with 1xbit is that they are very aggressive with marketing and their ads can be found all over the place
So forums example, when someone sees their ad on some big site like Coinmarketcap, they don't think twice. Instead they just assume that since 1xbit is advertised on some big and popular site, it must be legit.

Seems like having a shitty reputation here is not hurting their business too much...

I'm not so sure about that. First of all, I doubt that they will get any new players from this forum. Their main thread in the gambling board is filled with mostly scam accusations and a few shills who relentlessly post baloney because they get paid for it. Secondly, when we google "1xbit scam", we find that Bitcoin Talk (with a list of a number of scam accusation topics) ranks first. I believe this should discourage at least some uninformed players from playing at this scam casino.

So I think we are doing a good job here and these scammers will regret ever coming back to this forum.

They are banking on non-forum users to attract players to their site.
As we have seen here, OP is a newbie. So it seems he just went here when he was screwed by the site.
If only gamblers will at least do their own due diligence, because they can use the quick search, then, they will already have an idea.
So I tried to use the "1xbit scam" on google search and you will already see an overview of the btctalk threads about 1xbit

I wouldn’t bet that’s how you think, because there’s one big problem with this whole army of new online gamblers - they mostly understand English very poorly, and they also think they’re the smartest in the world and can do it all themselves. The desire to gamble is much stronger than someone spending even 30 minutes of their time researching who to give their money to. How else to explain all those people who are constantly showing up with their “I am scammed” stories?

So I think we are doing a good job here and these scammers will regret ever coming back to this forum.

As far as I can see, they have no intention of leaving the forum, which means that the traffic they generate through the signature campaign is important to them - and the forum's "we don't moderate scam" policy only helps them achieve their goal.

This is old new even though the accusation is still fresh, that's a huge amount and you won't likely recover that, because they are good at accusing their players of violation without giving the community any proof, and your accusation will not be the last one, they need to scam more people because they have massive advertising and a signature campaign here, they need to scam people to pay these promoters, I wonder how can these promoters can stomach receiving money from people whom they scammed.

Sorry for your loss, but it's expected. Simple logic in 1xbit, if your withdrawn amount is more than you deposited then you broke their terms and conditions. Make it more simple, if you win there and try to withdraw then likely you break their terms and conditions as well. Because their hidden terms and condition are you should never win more than you deposit there.

However, a lot of accusations exist against them. Nothing going to change. You should research before making a deposit there like you discover the scam accusation board after getting a scam.

Even with a mountain of proof and screenshots, we can't still make 1XBIT to be responsible and resolve the accusations, they have become notorious for this, they will always hide on their policy that they cannot divulge their investigations because it's confidential it's very annoying and you will hate them for this, it's like adding insult to injury, you play fair and if you won they take everything.

The OP can pretty much kiss his or her money goodbye and look for a legit casino to gamble in the future. There have been numerous accusations against 1Xbet/1Xbit for a very long time, bbut they have never provided any assistance to their customers. A reputable casino will do their best to resolve complaints, but not these scammers. They will just close your account and seize your funds without any reason or evidence that you violated their policies.

Unfortunately, no one can help you in this case. If you play at the scam site, what else can you expect from them? You should bear this loss and get a lesson from this incident. Before playing and depositing on any casino, kindly check its feedback and views from people playing there. A little time invested in knowing the credibility of the gambling site may help you from financial losses.

So easy to search the site reputation and for sure many result will show up, and if 1xbit players will just do their research or not insist to play even if they know how bad their reputation is for sure they will not go thru this situation. But since there's another victim fall from their continues scheme I guess this is huge warning to everyone not to play at their site anymore.

I have seen this so many times in many 1XBIT complaints it's generic they will and cannot elaborate about the violation and this makes it very hard for users because for all they know they are playing fair until this notification comes to them, they should give more information every case is different from the others, other casinos are not doing this, they always fully explain why one account is ban.
Hopefully, the number of players playing on 1XBT will lessen because of the too many complaints.

What I find ironic is how these complaints find their way to bitcointalk after users allegedly get scammed, but they will not bother to do a simple search before depositing into a website they only just discovered. Lots of scam ads are run everyday all over the internet, this should not mean users would fall for those simply because the products are put in their faces.

when someone sees their ad on some big site like Coinmarketcap, they don't think twice. Instead they just assume that since 1xbit is advertised on some big and popular site, it must be legit.
I personally think top platforms have a duty to scrutinize any platform which advertises on their website or put out a disclaimer that one uses those products at their own risk and the ad is not an endorsements. 1xBit has ran so many campaigns on the forum paying more than many other projects and also attempting to bid in auction, this goes to show that a bad reputation ere is indeed hurting them and if other platforms do their part, new users could be protected.

The real problem is simple as reported by Upgrade00
People should make a basic check on line before depositing money in a site.
Despite they are widely promoted online in several platforms (also not related to crypto field) this not means the site can be trusted.
Also, they have one of the worst reputation I have seen for a gambling site.
At this point you have (unfortunately) learn an important lesson that maybe can save your money from another scam. Next time make a basic a search, and if in doubt, ask information here on forum, it's an encyclopedia of information.

I personally would not risk playing in an online casino for such a sum...but what to do already, I would still try to reach the support service in your place...after all, the amount is not small, try to search for the project team on the website, write to everyone personally about your problem, there may be a small chance of returning the funds.
