Title: Altcoin projects
Post by: marcaltrader on January 12, 2022, 07:14:53 PM
I would like to know which sites you use to know what the whales are then buying or selling, or something like that, site to see which projects are most promising and etc.

I always see this https://bitinfocharts.com/top-100-richest-bitcoin-addresses.html but there is not much information I would like, what do you guys say?

About promising projects then its DYOR thing which various places on net should be enough for you to learnt up, it is just mattering on how you do put effort on doing so.Whether you do recognize it
as a solid or good potential project or wouldnt be so its up to someones jurisdiction or judgement

Checking out big whale movements or alerts then you could check this out https://twitter.com/whale_alert
or with this https://whale-alert.io/alerts

They probably buy anything in  a bull market but start learning how to chart if you really want to catch some coins or token pumps before it happens. You could stay up to date with the trends since whales also gets involved.

...what do you guys say?
Do the work and stop relying on some sites.

I dont, in fact most of the older traders here dont do that either. Reason is that the whole concept of "whale alert" is a gimmicky market manipulation. In order to make to the weak hands sell their coins because they might think that the whales are dumping. How much truth there is to such whale movements is highly questionable.

Nobody is going to tell you that project A is going to be better than project B in this sector. You have to do your own groundwork and research to check what the project is developing, how the team is working behind it and whether that project actually has any use case in the real world or just plain vaporware designed for a quick cashgrab and an exit scam.

Useful for the bitcoin-poor to watch and drool over and maybe have wet dreams about.

Useless to traders - these sites will not tell you how to invest nor how to check legitimacy of projects. If you want to buy bitcoin, buy it. Dont look at what others have achieved, they deserve it because they were early adopters, but you are also not late because bitcoin mining will continue for another 119years.

to be honest ever since before i never heard that site. Do you think its legit, i mean most of the information are correct? Because you know no one knows where whales are playing unless if you see a hype or a token that skyrocketed despite of the situation because surely it's because of whales. Coinmarketcap and CoinGecko is the most trusted site mate as of now so i suggest to avoid any sites that you know doesn't have significant information because it's not good wherein it can cause problems afterwards.
