I'll start this off by acknowledging that I know I have made a mistake and this isn't going to change the fact that I will not be refunded for my carelessness. I basically just want closure from the Rollbit team that there's
actually nothing they can do on their part to help me out or if it's because I broke their policies stated on their website.

Like I said, just looking for closure as I'm not completely informed on how much access they have to their non-custodial wallets.  Like as far as my understanding goes, if somebody can get access to the private key of that specific wallet they might be able to reverse this?  Even if it would cost something to motivate Rollbit to take the extra steps in handling this I would be willing to pay.  It was quite the hefty transaction of 1000$ so I obviously feel like an idiot for making such a careless mistake and completely understand that it was my own fault.  I really would like to keep using Rollbit but I just can't get over this and am unanswered by their support when I try to ask more specific questions like, "is there anyway you could contact whoever handles the wallets you guys provide or allow me to contact them" .  Hopefully this serves at the bare minimum as a PSA for people and prevents somebody else of making the mistake I did.  If anybody has any insight on the matter please post!  Thanks for reading.
