hi, it's my first post here and im not sure if im in the right forum, so please sorry.

i used binance for long and have no issue deposit or withdrawing at all.

the last time i want to withdraw my FTM tokens to FTM network, i tired a small amount and it worked fine and then i tired to withdraw all my funds but the transaction never done, i can still see the balance on my account and the transaction show "proccessing" for days.. now i can do nothing, i still don't get my funds back neither can trade!

i talked to support via live chat, but always they say, we are working on it, and when i ask one of them about my issue and what's my transaction id to make sure they got my case, he give me another informations and it's not related to my case at all! i can't believe that is heppening with binance.

now the transaction still stucking in "processing" and i really don't know what i have to do,

if anyone face the same issue? please give me your thoughts.

It is only binance support team that can solve your issue, they can be a little slow to respond and you will have to drop so many follow up messages on their live chat and possibly on their social accounts to get more interest to your case.

Not your keys; not your coins. If you keep your funds on a centralized exchange, you give control of them to the exchange and they cab freeze your funds at anytime for reasons they discover.

Can you share screenshot of your discussion to the support? You can use imgur.com to upload image and post link here. I recently withdraw FTM so I can say that there's no wrong on withdrawing that coin. Do you try already there live support? There live support always resolve quickly the stuck withdrawal. As far as I know, They will give you a form to fill up about your withdrawal details so that they can solve the issue quickly based on my previous experience.

You are in a bad situation and no one can help you except Binance support team. I checked in binance ftm withdrawal is open, then you must see the details of why this situation has been created before making any kind of comment. Although I have not withdrawn ftm from binance in recent time so I have no information about this.

You keep in touch with Binance's support team and follow their directions to confirm this withdrawal.

yes im waiting for thier help too, but some others have the same issue and wait for months :(

Binance withdrawals are not processing either because there are a large number of network confirmations required or because the network is congested. It is rare, but sometimes the network confirmation can take up to two full days. Keeping in touch with the support team is the best thing that you can do now. No one can assist you with the things you need. The Binance team will solve your problems if you believe you did nothing wrong.

I have a hard time answering this question. However, keep your contract with them, don't give up so soon.

yes, i didn't give up yet, but what make me wondering is that they give me wrong information and not as same as what i write to open the case.

I didn't have issues with Binance, but I did meet my fair share of bad support agents here and there.
All I can say is: try again, give the exact full information, be overly patient and maybe you find a brighter one who will actually help you/see what has happened.

You should create a support ticket rather than contact a live chat agent. I once faced a problem with a transaction which caused me to communicate in a live chat but that agent could not provide a proper solution. Later, by creating a support ticket, I got the solution of my problem by following the steps given by them in a very short time. i tried to create a support ticket but that was from the past and now it's no longer available to create a ticket, only live chat, there's no support email even :(

I guess you have messed up something; otherwise, Binance wouldn't lock your withdrawal. Where did you withdraw? I mean the withdrawal address. Are you sure that you have used the correct network/chain? Just saying as I never had any issue with Binance other than the recent face verification LOL. You can reach their telegram channel as well & contact one of their respective mod to fix the issue.

im using always the same adresse for deposit/withdraw, and im sure the network is correct, and i did a test with a small amount just before i tried to withdraw all my funds, and it's still stuck in "processing" right now

That sucks. Did you try to reach them through telegram as I said? I was having an issue with their KYC verification but later on, when I contacted through their telegram Binance angel & my problem was almost solved ASAP. I guess you should try the same approach if you have an account with telegram. If everything is okay, I really don't see a reason why would your transaction be stuck.

my KYC is verifed already, the issue is solved now after 4 days of stucking transaction

Yet the transaction hasn't been processed? I have been using Binance for a long time, didn't face such issues. Did you try to contact them via Telegram support? Live to talk would be more useful than support tickets for instant solutions. This is unexpected behavior from Binance. However, I don't they are gonna scam you, something went wrong IMO. Only the Binance support team can help you. Be careful from scammers if someone PM you for help. Just ignore scammers and wait for the Binance support response.

Sounds great you have got your payment. I guess your payment was suspicious for some reason which they have investigated and found nothing; it's very rare I would say though. Binance is now getting more hard on KYC/AML policy.

This is what OP said which means his transaction was processed & everything is okay.

i did a live chat with the support team, there's no way to open a ticket request for binance.com, however i had a bad experience with the support team, i didn't even know if i was talking to a bot or a human, they spam me with "dear user, bear with us" and everytime i ask for an update they said "we are working on it, and we will keep you updated." the problem is solved 4 days after, and the case is still open and there's no update from the support yet, no email, no chat. it was really terrible for me.


yes, i did some research to see what others experienced with binance, and i found someone who had a similar case with me, and his fund stuck for months, with no response from their support.

thank you for reminding, i meet alot of scammers, trying to pretend they will help or they know someone working in binance. that sad for people who are waiting for the right time to play with others feeling and future. No one should share their sensitive information with anyone.
