Hi everyone,

please i want to ask How to cancel pending withdrawals from binance? i have a stuck withdraw for days, i want to cancel it and try to withdraw again my self because the support sucks and still didn't help.

please share your experience with us.

I think it's impossible to modify the pending withdrawal status by ourselves. Once it got pushed, it will be push or you have to wait until completely reversed (on which not likely will happen). Unfortunately, you have no choice but to wait for your ticket to be noticed or responded to by Binance.

If it's been around a few days of waiting, please extend your patience.

im waiting for days and it's still "processing 0/1 confirmations" the transaction ID generated but still not bradcasting on the blockchain (can't find the transaction id on blockchain it show only in binance) i will give it more few days hope they can solve that

Which coin are you trying to withdraw? I'd check their Twitter account and Reddit to see if they announced something or if other users are facing the same issue.

What did the support say though? If you're not getting any response through email, just use the live chat.

i want to withdraw FTM to FTM network, i checked and it's working fine, my transaction is processing for days, and only few who are facing the same issue i checked on twitter and reddit too..

support say's they sent my case to the relevent team, same message always, and im wondering if i can email them, because tickets are closed and there's no email for support, please if you anything about that let me know

One way to get support real quick is to give them negative press. Post a complaint on Twitter(be precise and specific) while tagging @binance and @binancehelpdesk, and use the $FTM hashtag to hopefully get the attention of Fantom bulls.

Probably post the Tweet link here as well so people can help you by liking and Re-tweeting.

i create a withdrawal transaction and approve it from email, token is FTM and network is FTM, tested with a small amount and it completed succussfully. Next i tired to withdrawal all my funds to the same address but it stuck in "processing 0/1 Confirmation", the transadtion id generated only in binance but it's still not broadcasting on the blockchain, i can still see my funds on the dashboard, but i can do nothing with them neither trade or cancel the transaction or get my funds on my wallet

You won't be able to cancel it but one from Binance staffs can do as it's centralized to them alone. I don't know what made it stuck when you probably test it before but if by chance you wouldn't get the attention of the support desk I'd say you better wait until it gets resolved. Their customer support is a sucker, I don't know how it making them huge when they can't attend issues like this.

Quite a terrible experience from Binance. Their support is so slow and sucks according to my experience, but they are the only ones you can help you in this case since it's a technical problem.

What were you using for communicating with them if there is no email for support?

If the transaction was sent out by binance and pending network confirmation, it cannot be canceled. If the withdrawal wasn't sent out and is still pending for withdrawal confirmation, then only binance support can help you with this. The pending withdrawal shouldn't be stuck for more than 10 minutes, and if you are verified it should be instant (as far as i know binance.com has mandatory verification). I guess something is wrong with the funds that you have received and they are probably manually reviewing it. So go contact support (even though its very shitty) since you have no other option.

There is a recent spot wallet maintenance recently and maybe one of your coins is one of the affected ones.

Only Binance support can help you with this issue if you want a fast response you should log in through their Binance app on your phone because they have chat support or agent that you can chat with. You can find it under your profile and then help & support then chat then message them and you will under queue

On my experience, I don't see any chances for a cancellation unless the system itself will do the certain thing. On his matter I guess binance got some network problems or a maintenance is currently happening in their side. Support sometimes got so slow response, lets just have to be patience because they got a lot of clients to serve on this kind of concern.

If the withdrawal process has been executed and on the process, it cannot be cancelled. So you need to wait for the confirmations to end or fail.

If they said so, it is better to wait for their team to work. It seems that not only you who have similar cases. So, the team must be working right now. Try to contact CS every day in order to remind them that you are also one of the ones that have the issue and to report the progress, too.
Hopefully, your case will be clear and solved soon. So far, I have no issue with Binance.

How long had it been stuck now? Yes, your withdrawal should be no problem since your first attempt was successful.

Not fully blaming Binance as there might be an unexpected happen right at the time you initiate your withdrawal.

Unfortunately, only them can help you. If your previous ticket is closed, try to create another one but don't bump it without their response first as it might change your priority number.

A first successful withdrawal does not mean all withdrawals later will be approved. If Binance detect something suspicious with your account, they will require to do more verifications.

Because Binance is a CEX so my advice is to fully finish KYC, then you can use it without fear of losing your money there because of failed KYC when they ask you.

This advice is for you if you want to use CEX and store your crypto on CEX. It is not good advice because in general not your keys not your coins.

Withdrawal on Binance is approve very fastly. They did not allow to make withdrawal within first 1 minute after you log in your account to avoid account compromise I guess.

Actually you can't cancel any withdrawal from exchanges, if the withdrawal is pending for day the probable reasons are the particular wallet is under maintenance or the hot wallet is empty. Since you already created a support ticket you have to wait for their response from binance, normally it will take 3 to 5 days so just be patient and just follow what they are saying. To create more attention about this issue, create a post and tag their official social media account for faster actions.

I also tried this one before when I want to cancel my withdrawal on Binance because of a change of mind and took very long. But sometimes you will get withdrawal FAILED, I tried this before, I don't know the reason why it was failed, so that's the time withdrawal canceled.
You should always be ready about the duration of their withdrawal, most of the time their withdrawal fast but there are some time, taking too long but not always.

As far as I know and based on my experiences withdrawing some assets in Binance "it is not possible"

But if it is stuck and transaction didn't go trough and are stuck in withdrawal, then you can raise a ticket
inside the app. A customer support can easily fix that for you.

BTW if it happens that you don't mind answering what Crypto asset is that,
then it will be really good for the community
to know in advance that the current withdrawal of that specific asset has an issue and will refrain on doing so.

there's no way mate to cancel orders in binance unless if you contact the support immediately because maybe there's a chance.. Actually i have experienced but not within binance but the same when it comes making transactions no cancellation, so i contacted the support and they responded immediately to cancel my transaction.. Probably it's possible in binance as well.. Just try.

I am waiting for an update on this. It's kind of new to me because ever since I started using Binance I never had a problem with withdrawals.
Most cases will just be late but it never went above 24 hours. I mean, we are paying them quite expensive with the transaction fees that are supposed to be cheap so the service should be better.
Kindly update us more and if you did what mk4 suggested to post on Twitter then share the link so we could retweet it and possibly alarm the right person or group that could help.

OP, how many days did your withdrawal actually get stuck? Was it done seconds before this date (https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/75f57808b230420289dad22de7dc935f)?

Impossible that you're the only one experiencing this now, which I guess their maintenance was done a long time ago. My temporary suspicion is that yours was missed when they swept up unaddressed withdrawals before maintenance time.

That was on last year which basing up on the date he do made out such post then we do presume that it do happens on this year and this is the nearest possible thing that might
cause on whats happening or experiencing by OP.
Binance withdrawals are instant after its been processed, it might take up some time but not really that long.If it gets stuck then theres no other who could help
but only this platform itself.
OP didnt make out some updates in related to this which i do presume that the withdrawal had been pushed through.

yes no email support there's only live chat and it sucks! they really don't help for anything, i had an extremely bad experience with them.

my withdrawal stucks for about 4 days, the problem now is solved and i got all my funds back to my wallet. few hours after i text CZ, but i didn't get any responce from him too, so im still wondering if he solved my case or the system did it his self, the live chat support really didn't help! they said they will keep me updated... the problem is solved now and the case still opened and no update from them yet.


4 days of "processing 0/1 confirmation" and today the transaction get rejected and i tried again to withdrawal my funds to the same wallet and same network. now everything is fine, got my tokens back

true, but i did that to just make sure i can recieve on my wallet, binance required KYC for all thier users.


stuck for 4 days, almost got a heart attack because all my dreams stuck too with that transaction. always remember "not your keys, not your coins"


yes that true but in my case, the transaction id generated only in binance and not broadcasting on the blockchain, so when i try to open the transaction id on blockchain i get a blank page that say the transaction id dosn't exist! it was a problem on thier side and not on the blockchain

Sounds like good news but the scar will be left behind. Perhaps it is the chain problem. Have you check that too? FTM, right? Do they have like an instant message group like Discord, Telegram, or any way that you could contact them fast and be updated?
Because, if you will keep on making transaction using the said coin, it will be better if you are up to date with whatever is happening to their chain so that you could avoid things like this to happen again.

In this case i have no idea but I said about this point is that first of all binance is a very Big exchange so its impossible they do this act but i accepted this case because some time some glitch are comes and i said that if anyone wants to cancel this withdraw so they try to withdraw 2nd time because some time Glitch occurs but yo 2nd time put command so definitely they solve a problem.

He already mention the token he withdrawing if you are following his post above. The token was FTM and I think there's really an issue before for an FTM withdrawal since I saw same issue like this with same coim a couple of days ago.

I believe he already contacted the support since day 1 and I hope he already received his token since he is not updating anymore here.

For sure it was resolved but he didn't make out some clarifications if it was or he never get any response from the support  and tired on making update on this thread.His last post was talking about learning

a lesson here and wont make out some transactions outside or any other platform and every people should really be aware of the risk about dealing with 3rd party but for now we do all know

that Binance is the most popular exchange platform as of today so its not bad to presume that they are trustable?

I know there's a verification of the transaction first, the preview of the transaction would like to commit by the requestor and once it's already processed they make a request and direct to proceed the transaction to the blockchain and cannot be cancelled anymore. If the transaction still under preview might have a chance to cancel it but once they send you a transaction id its already processed. Just try to reach out to their customer service before it's too late.

is the problem solved?
related to pending withdrawal, as long as we choose the right similar network, correct wallet address, and also token or coin, we don't need to worry about. wr cannot cancel it ince the transaction has been made even it is still pending until there is clear information about "failed or success" withdrawal.
if you face some problems, just contact Binance support through email. they will assit you to help solving your problem as long as it makes sense and also enough evidence.
