Title: Any Social Betting Platform that allow to copy a bet?
Post by: bitbollo on January 16, 2022, 07:01:38 PM
Did you know any social betting platform for sharing tips and suggestions?
I am searching a place where tipsters:
- can share some hints/tips (including premium picks with some subscription)
and
- user can copy that predictions (like Etoro for betting...) and placing in a sportbook?

I am asking because it could be very useful for both parties.
Tipster could share (and earn) from top picks. Players could find an easy platform that allow to copy bets and following reputable tipsters.

Any idea about that?

Recently in one of the thread an user shared his big winning on Sports Betting. At the end he have added his telegram mentioning Sports Betting Only. It looks like he will provide tipster free of cost. I'm not sure of it. Maybe this can help you.

I won $550,000 gambling on sports this month (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5375506.0) :)

from what i can see he just posted his telegram, there's no tips unless i'm not watching his telegram and i'm watching someone else's telegram.

Has anyone had success getting tips from other people particularly betting tips from these internet sites? I personally count on myself, I analyze and I make a bet

I haven't quite seen a gambling site like that but I can suggest you an alternate solution which I adopt at times. Most of the sportsbooks like stake have live bets feed where you can copy the bets from and then there's also live chat where people share bets all day and you can copy some parlays/multi bets.

There isn't a platform where designated tipsters and gamblers both exist at the same time and actually, for some reason, I haven't seen many tipsters in crypto gambling anyways maybe because half of them can not sustain and the only name I can recall is Joca .. something when thinking of consistent tipster although I haven't checked his record and how he's doing and if even he is giving tips now days.

I am not searching another tipster, like Joca or me ::) , but thank you for share that big win :) .

I am searching a place that allow people to share tips/records or eventually the chance to copy independently bets placed by certain tipsters.

I am surprised no one has already created a service like that, because it could be very interesting a "social betting platform"... maybe with "copy" option...

I've seen websites that allows you to track and follow other tipster but I haven't seen any site that allows you to copy any bet directly aside from their own betslip like the ones from sportsbet for example.

The copy function does seem interesting but at the same time the platform won't benefit much from it that's why no one hasn't done it and if there's one site that already has this feature I feel like they'd put it behind a paywall. Then again it's very easy to copy anyone's bet manually unless they're doing a very long parlay.

Unfortunately I have never seen a "social betting website" that allows you to copy bets. Unlike social trading websites that allow you to copy trades like on eToro, I think social betting might be a bad idea because of the potential for abuse. Imagine an influencer getting paid for luring people into bad bets on purpose... While with social trading you can't really abuse the system because of the sheer trading volume, with bets it might be a different story. :-[

I think the reason it is difficult to see such is that predicting sites on soccer especially are already playing that part. The prediction sites provides guide for every tipster to follow but I don't know if the copy bet do exist for now. Except it can be done in telegram group and I think that is what happens when the admin or owner of the group share to follower.

I am not sure about that. But I make a quick research and found these two websites:

Quote
https://www.copybet.com/
https://www.copytip.com/en

If I read on the site, you can follow the tipster placing the bets like where he places his bets. You can also become a tipster and share your tip with the other people who subscribe to become your follower. But it seems those sites do not have a crypto deposit instead use fiat currency. If those sites use fiat currency, I think they will have KYC verification. I hope that is the site you are looking for.

Not sure why you are not bothering those tipsters who are all providing similar services on this forum for years?
Honestly I tried few but later on I have concluded that I am able to predict better than them on my favorite sports and then I discontinued following them. So, if you have not tried those who are all into such business for years then it may be worth to give them a try.

I am not sure about that. But I make a quick research and found these two websites:
I believe it would be always a better practice to suggest what we have tested and concluded "good to suggest", because, google/search-engine is available to everyone ;).

Currently when I play a betting game never seen a platform that allows their users to make a copy wage because they let their users decide on their own but of course there's a community on it like the public chat commonly on the platforms. I experience having a community like a comment in gambling platform for dota items, csgo and more is on vp game and dota2lounge they let their users give their thoughts and having a react icons but for the cryptocurrency yet never been experience neither see.

That sounds new to me, most of the platforms I joined are just betting forums, they have some members who are sharing tips and they have good records, I just follow and that's it. About the reward thing, I'm not sure if there's some platform that do exist, it would be nice if there's one so successful tipster will be rewarded for his/her generosity.

Theres this thread like this https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5381240

OP.is offering a telegram group particularly for sports gamblers, I tried joining but all I see is NFL and basketball though. No other sports is there afaik but there are discussions about teams and which they think would win.

If we could only see what other users is betting especially on stake or sportsbet, it will really be like easy to pick a team without even have to think of who might and not win.

I've read about sports betting for those who do tipsters, not here but a gambling site outside called (OLBG), but I've never done tips like what you mean, it sounds good.

If so try to check this one: FREE TIPSTER COMPETITION (https://www.olbg.com/tipster-competition), honestly I have never tried the site, I don't have much information about OLBG's reputation, you need to check in detail their reputation before going any further, that's important.

Maybe there is simply not enough demand for a service such as that? It seems that something like what you are looking for may exist on fiat markets but it does not in the market of cryptocurrencies.

Which makes some sense if we think about it, because even if the gambling industry makes a great combination with cryptocurrencies, we also know the demand for each game is not even and can vary wildly, so while a certain kind of game and service can be very popular another game could barely have any players, so maybe this is what is happening and it is why there is not such a service yet.
