How can one become a node and what are the requirements.

I saw that Crust Network is built on the MPoW and GPoS mechanisms, allowing the platform to provide a high level of security to it's users. Can you tell us more about this? How do this MPoW and GPoS mechanisms provide this level of security? How do they really work and why did you decide to implement them on Crust Network and not any other mechanism?
