Title: What do you think that 2022 will look like?

What is your market expectations this 2022? Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now, if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back

And what if the bulls aren't done yet? Demand is what drives the market not seasonal bears and bulls, if demand keeps coming then bull market will stays as longer as possible this is what I believe

PnD as always. After a year with bullish season and market may go to the side way like what happened in 2018 - 2019. Im thinking if bitcoin will be doing side way until the next halving.

Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now,
that makes sense for now.

if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back
People are starting to enter in the accumulation mode and it may take a year or even more for the price of crypto to get another bullish trend again. The fact that bitcoin domination is still low and the price can sustain above 40k. that proves bitcoin is even stronger right now than a few years ago.

I think sales and purchases will continue to be in balance, this has led to both positive and negative reactions in the market, this year the price decline may be even greater, but not forever this year, the price spike is strongly influenced by bitcoin, so other coins will have an effect on their own, if note that bitcoin is currently not good, but rest assured that in the month of may bitcoin will be back on the pumping path, so other coins will also follow this good trend.

Bitcoin is quite stable right now and if bitcoin can make 40k to be another bottom floor and we will see bitcoin to break 70k easily maybe next year. You are saying that we have more crypto believers and users but you stated that if we will see more dips and why it's so contradicted from one to the each other? does it make sense for you? We are also in a heavy bear market but upper floor compared with 2019 and that's why the bearish trend doesn't seem to be big right now. We may need wait for a few years to see another bullish trend again but I'm sure that the big bullish trend may come anytime.
Just take a look at the bitcoin chart and that's very stable right at this moment.

The time to start buying is just getting started, bear market is what brings balance to crypto market and it can take few years before we see another bull season, forget bull market this year it's time to start buying already

I think you're thinking about more dips because it should really be after the surges that have happened which was the bull run last year. Well, that's normal thinking and expectation of the market and that's why many are thinking that 2022 won't be that good as last year.
if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back
Honestly, that was 2018. 2019 was even better than 2018 and that's when the bearish market has happened. And thinking that it would be as it is and will likely to happen for this year is totally normal.

I dont think we can see a retracement that is like what happened on 2019. The bear market for crypto now is most likely on level of btc at 32k and thats it. You cant simply drag it lower than that. Unless all institutions are gonna sell at a loss. Many have entered at that level and likely will not let their money go down the drain.

The comparison of the bear market with the bull market is almost equal in the last year so if there is a bigger decline, the increase will also be the same when the bear market is over, so there is no need to be afraid and doubtful about the current cryptocurrency.

Agree on this. The price is highly dependent on the known whales which is the institutional investors as well as the El Salvador President( :D). But let's always assume the worst case scenario since this whales are investing to have a profit so there still a chance that they might sell-off quickly so that they can still manage to take profit against other institutional investors. We might see a severe dump if this happened which I really don't want to happened.

I think this year has no trend, you can say there will be very long sideways this year. and this possibility is better than the predictions of some people who think the market will crash this year. the price of bitcoin and other major crypto coins will be stable, and if there is a decline it will not reach a support point. so that means no severe crashes like in previous years. I'm sure about this because the growth of crypto is very different compared to the past. despite the current hype such as NFT, metaverse, defi and others, the rate of crypto adoption is arguably at its highest level today. this is what makes the market survive.

If we have many Crypto believers then why the market will go down, I prefer to be positive because there's really no certainty in the market, judging from the many new concepts coming in like play to earn and NFT adoption will continue and investors coming from other markets pouring more in the Crypto markets besides those new recruits, I have good expectation this year.

TBH, I'm more bearish this year than bullish.
I believe that we might see the 2017-2018 scenario where Bitcoin went up to its new ATH at that time and then we saw the whole market turned red.

I'm kinda pessimistic maybe but that is only a prediction and I think if that happens, it might not be the same as 2017-2018 but we might see more red in the market than greens. Right now, Bitcoin is on a sideways movement like I expected after a huge drop for weeks. Now we don't know what will happen in the next few weeks. Its Bulls Vs. Bears this time. Its either we see Bitcoin going below $40,000 or Bitcoin going above $50,000 or there is also a chance that it might go sideways still for a few days to weeks :).

I think that we probably will be in a sideways or even a slight downward market for another months or two, maybe three at most. Then i hope and think that the prices of the big projects like Bitcoin begin to climb again slowly but surely, afterwards it usually takes a few weeks or a months again until the smaller cap gems begin to climb too. There are also people out there and here in this forum that say the real bear market is still to come because of what happened back in the beginning in 2018, but i don't think that just because the massive bear market came back then that it also has to come again this time. The market is much more mature now in my opinion.

Well, Im not a fortune teller but I think 2022 will be more positive than negative, and let us hope that it will prevail as the market volatility has increased nowadays because many whales mostly institutional investors are entering the market as we know these people are after more on the profit that's why they can dump their holdings as long as it has already gained some profit.

More type that we can trade on market. About price of bitcoin maybe i don't know yet, but there are  more type of chain and maybe more things that we can do to made profit. NFTs, Pay to earn games, etc. As long people know and made analysis before entering market, i think no matter what price they can gain profit with it.

None knows about whether the bull has not done yet or done. Im not sure about that if the demand keeps coming but these demand is holding their position until bitcoin will be so stable or sideway is happening.
It seems like that this quarter gonna be a dump phase and correction for bitcoin. The market is still unpredictable and look at how altcoin was performing so bad even when bitcoin is stable.
Im still bullish but this time is the time for bearish trend to take the action and people are accumulating more and more tokens before another pump to happen. The bearish trend already started since last months.

Sideway coin price, that's what I saw at the beginning of 2022, 2022 is still long and we are still in Q1 2022, I hope Bitcoin price can go up to $50k and reach ATH before the Halving takes place, the current situation is still dominated by a strong selling trend high due to the Omicron virus in some countries, but I believe the crypto market will return to the green and there will be surprises in Q2

What would have happened if it was 2019 at the moment. How are you sure of the heavy bear if the two different times are not comparable. The both years are different and having different effects on the market. The bear in 2019 didn't just start in 2019 but early 2018 but now we are just beginning this struggling time with the market and it may all change just as soon we are thinking the bear has set in. I'm however having the feeling the bear may not stay longer as it were in 2018 / 2019.

If you are right about the increase in crypto currencies believers or followers then it must be the other way around.
A bull should happen because demand will increase from the buying strength unless we are just being played by whoever controls the market. If there's such a thing.
Let's say they are wiser now and knows when to sell their portfolio but that doesn't mean they won't be buying back. IMO, it's the economy that's hurting the crypto market. This non stop pandemic is already making a big dent on our way of living and people would now prefer cash for emergencies not assets.

2022 seemed gonna have quite heavy bearish market considering that the recent years has been really good and succesfully brings the valuation into a new height of market valuation.
If metaverse could truly taking off this year around could helps some of the metaverse projects reaching new height of market valuation because metaverse just that impactful.
2022 could be an ordinary and normal year with cryptocurrencies in general and there even bearish market incoming regardless metaverse could truly taking off this year because some
of them might have finally entering their finalized phase with their product so that in the future they could raise their market valuation by a lot so anticipate metaverse taking off this 2022

Truth to be told no one really knows exactly what will happen, however I personally believe that governments are not going to be able to stop themselves from printing more money and this will keep accelerating the inflation that we are suffering, and this will create an even bigger demand for bitcoin as those that are aware of what is happening decide to use every single fiat currency they have available to buy bitcoin, while other people finally decide to buy bitcoin as they realize that is the only way to protect themselves from those measures.

I also feel that there could be more selling than buying in this year. I am disappointed but I can't do much as I am only a small time investor. Maybe I will wait a little longer before buying. Selling some of my coins are done already and I am planning to sell more. Times like this is giving me fear, and that is what makes some of us stagnant and never goes to higher risk giving them their all. This good be bloody and I think I we could see more projects going down and some would not recover. Axie is one, and I am recently connected but now it's getting worst so I have stopped and looking for an alternative.

Though year 2022 started with price of cryptocurrencies dipping thus in a bearish run, however I believe the market will experience a tremendous growth compared with last year with reference to BTC/USD monthly chart there is a synonymous strong pumping of the price before correction thus I expect this year not to be an exception, obviously at the end of the present price correction comes a massive pump in the price crypto, I am speculating a positive market outlook for this year, after this period of price dip.

February and March will be very critical for me and I think the bear season will literally start after April. Apart from that, it will be bitcoin, as always, that fully drives the market. I expect a sharp drop for Bitcoin and finally a serious rise between 60 or 70 k. After these rises, I think the bear season will start with the major altcoins rises and then sales from the top.

Adaptation to crypto-currencies is increasing more and more as the strength goes on. I think there will be a serious increase in this adaptation in 2022. Especially thanks to nft and metaverse projects, more users will set foot in the digital environment, we have a long way to go. On this path, more people will believe in this ecosystem. I think there's a good chance we'll have a bull run for the last time.

My expectation is about to meet the exact altcoin season. I know that many altcoins have been rising up in the previous year. But, I don't know whether it was altcoin season truely or not.
But, some top altcoins still don't achieve or pass their ATH.
BTC price is also predicted very highly. Will it really happen this year?

I personally didn't have a big expectation for this year. Bitcoin already touched its new ATH and it may take a year or even more to make bitcoin get another ATH again. The only thing that im waiting for is a signal to confirm if there will be the last wave that will be happening with bitcoin. So far bitcoin is touching accumulation mode but it seems like it may break again soon. The all time chart is showing that there will be another last wave of bullrun to come and this is what i have been expecting and i can go out from the market to make some profit and then will come back in 2023 to buy back again coz at that year it seems like the price of bitcoin will be going down even deeper. We are in the bear market already and you didn't even need to create a comparison between this year and 2019. that's different. Bearish market in volatile market was just a usual thing.

Bearish and then bullish. I believe this year gonna be a crazy thing for the crypto. The price will dumped even longer and it will be bullish again. So many big guys are also talking about bitcoin side way right now. Some people we are in accumulation zone and the rocket can be launched anytime when bitcoin is ready for that. The whole of market will be only following it. Im still waiting for the preparation for the next rocket.

Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now, if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back
Totally depend with bitcoin. We may reach the dip right now and it can be said that if we have reached the bottom. More believers mean the market will be even stronger. I think that you should not looked back at 2019 because this time it's different. Bitcoin has so many big support from the major companies who have invested their money on bitcoin.
More investors mean increase the capability for the bitcoin to get another strong support.

We just experience the biggest bull cycle so we should be expecting some corrections soon. Do not take what is currently ongoing as one because it has not started yet. The correction might not be as deadly as that of 2018 because we did not have much over the top buyers as we did in 2017 that brought about so many newbies buying investing into the industry.

This corrections is inevitable because that has been the cycle of the market, 2022 wouldn't be totally bullish or bearish, I think it'll be in-between. There could be alot of project that will also give profit this period so you shouldn't be discourage from investing instead consider this an opportunity to get some coin for a discounted/lower price.

More dips because of many believers?

If crypto gain many believers compared to past years then the case would be there's more demand since many investors are aware about the crypto existence. Dont you think?

Anyway, im optimistic this bearish market that we currently experiencing wont last long. I believe the next quarter would be better and most coins will recover.

I think this year means in 2022 the crypto-currency market will not recover much this year will only be a big correction.  The market will start pumping again from next year 2023 and in 2024 the market will again create new ATH which will surprise everyone. So in my opinion now only cryptocurrency should be bought and hold which will give us a huge profit after a couple years. and make us Rich

If we look at the very rapid increase in crypto prices in 2021, it makes sense if you predict that in 2022 there will be a big correction. But I do not
agree that the correction that will occur will be throughout 2022, I predict the crypto market will recover in 2022. So there is no need to wait until 2023
to see the market go bullish again, with the increasing popularity of crypto and more institutions joining in. I think the crypto market will recover
much faster, which is my prediction in the next few months crypto prices will start to rise again and by the end of this year should reach new ATH.
It's better now to start collecting potential crypto, so that when the price goes up, we can enjoy the profit from the crypto that we have. Moreover,
almost all crypto prices are already at their lowest prices right now, so it's a good time to buy crypto.

In fact, it is difficult to determine the cheap price at the time of bleeding. Because maybe if the price of a coin is 20-30% down and we can think of it as cheap price. But after 15 more days it was found to be 20% more down.   Then maybe there will be regret. So for those who do not want to take the risk, it is better to convert their assets into stablecoins.

everyone must have their own decisions by considering certain things

Title: Re: What do you think that 2022 will look like?

That's the result if we buy coins that are not in the top 10, if the price drops by 20-30% and in a few days later it drops again, then we will have difficulty selling some of the coins we have, but it's different with bitcoin and coins that are in the top 10.
I think it also applies to the top 10 coins. Because ranking of top 10 coins is not fixed. For example, the top 3 coin LTC of 2017 is not even in the top 20 now. Also a few days ago the top 10 coin SHIB, DOGE, LINK, UNI is no longer in the top 10. So our investment will depend on the coin in which we will invest. That is why it is very important to choose good coins.

But if the support is not too strong, maybe we will see another correction happen in the rest of this month or next month because the price has been down for a while now. But I am still optimistic that cryptocurrency will increase someday, no matter if this year, we see many corrections will come to the market. With many crypto believers now and new people involved in crypto, it will give more supports to crypto to grow and become more popular. So that can make the price increase back after a stay at $40k-$44k.

I still hope that in 2022 Bitcoin reaches ATH at 100K USD or more before the bear market comes, But the current state of the market is really worrying, Bitcoin has not found support to raise the price, Several times Bitcoin tried to grow but was not accompanied by an increase in trading volume , then the price falls again.

For this year all the price of coins dropped drastically so that we return to the heavy times that we had passed in the previous year, so in this case we must be patient in facing the current situation and do not panic so that we do not sell the coins that we have at this time in a state of loss, if there are still many assets that we have then investing in the long term is the right choice, In the crypto world all times we can overcome.

I think the whole market are surviving a bit now at the moment but the time is coming to recover .I always say that it is the usual behave of the market that will go through ups and down .If we just research it deeply we are still on strong position to go wit the positive trend .Its true that the market has fallen a bit but it is also trying to recover .I think we can see a strong uptrend soon .I am just holding my valuable asset as i have a huge plan on this year .I think this is the year only for crypto and i think i can gain much on this from previous year .I am just looking forward with all meta verse project and also with the web3 technology .Hopefully the year 2022 will be a life changing for me and also for who are holding their asset and investing on strong project .

Likewise for now, it's not necessarily a coin that is in the top 10 now can stay in the long term in its position, even though in terms of usability and network each of them has started to live now so that they can all stay strong as they are now.

Scary, as you can see the cryptocurrency market is experiencing a decline after few coins managed to reach ATH. This sight may be painful for the holder, but not for investors who want to get some coins when the market is falling. bear market and bull market always happen, Traders must be able to control their emotions when the market is falling.

A very easy way to control their emotions is to not open the market when conditions are still bad except for those who want to buy more or who want to increase their portfolio to be more so they have to take advantage of the downturn very well

That is something I have been doing for a while. I mean if you are not sure about what's going to happen with the market and you are not sure that what you will see today or tomorrow, just go with the long term deal. I have been a long term investor for a while now and I have been making a good money, which allows me to not check the price every single day. I check the prices time to time of course, but probably like 3-4 times a week and nothing more.

This means there are 2-3 days or sometimes even longer where I do not check the price at all. That is the way you could stay calm, sometimes I check the price and I see that it dropped a lot, sometimes I realize bitcoin got TT on twitter and see that something big happened. That's literally the only way you could make a profit from the crypto world, by ignoring it and just following your own strategy no matter what happens.

For now there are indeed many coins that are in decline so we feel the bearish year has returned, and this also affects the number of crypto enthusiasts today who will test their patience if they are here, but this is not the end of everything and we have often felt something like this then investing in potential coins today is one way to get maximum profits in the future.

2022 would be a great year for cryptocurrency in general, with the metaverse is booming in this year, that means we can see more stuff coming with this metaverse and implement in on cryptocurrency so more new things to be expected this year, stuff will be more diversified now.

That thing already happened in early January, but it's rising back slowly. If we compared this timeline with 2019, it's nowhere close, 2019 was way worse than this.

I am not entirely sure if metaverse allows crypt to grow or not. It looks like we are talking about something that could be dangerously putting crypto at risk as well as something that could increase the value of it at the same time. Either we are going to see people doing awesome or maybe we are going to see people doing horrible. Which one will happen? I do not know, I really do not know because if I knew it then I would either invest a lot or I would warn people not to, but for the time being metaverse is an enigma for everyone.

Lets see how people will approach but I can't guarantee a bull year for 2022, it could be a bull year or it could be a bear year, we just have to wait and see. One thing that is certain in crypto is the volatility, I believe that 2022 will see a super high price, and it will see a decline as well, that up and down always happens every single year.

I don't feel it. It's too far from being the bearish year that we've felt before, years ago. There's even a test of patience at this point, I think if the actual bear comes, these people are going to be kicking themselves out to the market.
Because this is better right now than the bear market that everyone is saying. It's much harder to fight your emotion when that happens because everything's turning to blood when it comes.

The way that bitcoin mastery is still low and the cost can support above 40k. that demonstrates bitcoin is much more grounded right now than a couple of years prior. We might require trust that a couple of years will see another bullish pattern again yet I'm certain that the large bullish pattern might come whenever.

There is no need to worry about Bitcoin because it will recover again within this year even though the current market conditions are in a period of correction, but from past experiences when Bitcoin was corrected, it will eventually bounce back when the market recovers.
if bitcoin breaks at the price of 30,000$ and below, maybe the bears will come even longer, and we are waiting for next year where the bitcoin halving is where we can start towards the next 100,000$. this is still not clear to me because bitcoin has not touched the price of 30k we'll see what happens tomorrow and tomorrow again.?

It won't be normal right away this year because the cryptocurrency market was experiencing a very bad turn at the beginning of this year, even if it can improve it will take a very long time because the current decline is very deep when compared to the prices of all cryptocurrencies last year

Even if that will not back as soon as possible, we should have optimist to make a profit. I am sure that we can use the buy low and sell high options now and not think to make a big profit following the market situations. The Crypto market can surprise us, even if we see the price drops deeper than a few weeks ago. If the market is still at the bearish trend, once the market starts to rise, the rising will be more than the last bull trend so we will go back to make a bigger profit.

30k seems like a price too low for bitcoin taking into account all the circumstances we are going through, now it is not an impossible price to reach however lets see if the bears can keep the price of bitcoin below the 40k level for a long time, if they can then maybe we could get a chance to see that price, but while some think of this as something negative, it is not, think of buying bitcoin for a discount, that way you are not going to get worried about the price going down and instead you could even get happy about it.

I do not think that it will take a long time, I believe that staying usually takes a long time but if it wants to go up, it will take just a day to go up. I am pretty sure that I have watched bitcoin go 10%+ higher in a single day a million times now, and 50%+ in a week as well. So, if the price wanted to go up, then it would have done that very quickly and it would have happened already.

The main problem is that we look at the current situation like it is something that will stay like this forever because it hasn't gone up just yet, but if we look at the previous year's then we would see how it went up after the crashes, being hopeless in a crypto world means you haven't seen all those increases as well.

I think this year will be as you say, also the issue of adoption is something very important, because there is much talk and speculation about it, many countries are trying to introduce BTC even with regulations imposed by governments, governments they do not want to fall behind, this can undoubtedly bring a great demand in the market, this not only for BTC, but also for many cryptocurrencies, it is very likely that there may be important movements this year, for now the BTC is low, which makes a lot of alts low, but by the time they bounce back I think it will be another level the new ATHs.

The same as of yesterday, the dumps, the pumps, the same scenario will likely experience.
I may say that this year could possibly be a challenging year for crypto. We start this year with the correction but it recoverss back slowly, however, it never sustains until we got this huge corrections appears once again. It continue to drops as per to see and if this will continue in a few more days, we probably reaching below $30k.

2021-bullish season
2022-bearish season
2023-bullish again...

As usual, the recovery would take time but the bull run has left us bitcoin at a higher price compared to 2-3 years ago.
Let's see how the market conditions at the beginning of next month because I also don't think the market will fall any deeper this year even though there has been no improvement at all this month, but there could be another surprise at the beginning of next month.
Of course no one knows what will happen in the next month so I guess we can only follow market developments all the time,

we are all definitely looking forward to it

Thats right it seems the resistance at the bottom with bitcoin right now is a lot more stronger than it was in the past days.
If btc could resist at around the price of 30k and just doing sideways around that, when the next bullish market occurs. btc and most of the altcoins could be reaching new ATH all over again.
im just thinking that the next bullish market will happens when the market is rather hopeless just like it was in the past where the bullish market is coming out of blue and follows the same chart pattern again.
Maybe this year around the bearish isn’t going to be long.

Well, it can be or can't either.  The market will always be unpredictable so there's no way we will know if how long will this bearish season, or when  are we going to witness a bullish season. However, seeing the market at the present is overbought since most of us are into buying these days, i think the market we'll be more bearish than bullish this year. But needless to say, if there will be serious positive news that will impact the market, then that will create positive prices on the crypto coins which will push for the bull season to start.
Come to remember on this few days of this new year on where people are already boost up that we might head up on another ATH on this first quarter but look at where we now?

This is why i do keep saying that market is totally unpredictable and there's no way you could really able to predict on what would happen next thats why its not really
good to make out some conclusions whether youre being too positive or negative towards the market.

Any fundamentals and issues could really rise up and make out some significant effect and we do able to look at on whats happening now.

Many experts believe that the market will drop at the beginning of the year and now it is proven, but I am optimistic that the market can recover and skyrocket again, some coins that have the opportunity to skyrocket are Terra, MATIC and Pancakeswap.
Without the experts saying so the market will definitely be back on the green line, but we can't say for sure when that will happen, I like the three coins you mentioned, but in the short term I doubt pancake swaps can skyrocket at such high prices, but my Terra and Matic I am more sure that in the short term there will be maximum price changes.

It can be said that when bearish market was coming and it will always be bearish. It's difficult to make it to be bullish market again. Remember that the whales are also playing the game in this market. The market is also having potential to be manipulated by the whale as well.
This bearish market already predicted by so many people but this looks unhealthy bearish market but who knows.

This is true, however it is completely natural that people want to know the future and what to expect from this 2022, after all there are events that completely change the world and also affect the markets, one example of this is the pandemic, but yet another one is the issues we are seeing at Ukraine, Russia and the US have had disputes over Ukraine for a long time but now it seems that an open war is imminent, so the markets are going down taking bitcoin with them in a series of events that was difficult to predict.

We're on the very starting days of the year. First quarter of the year is on the go, but there is more discussion about the market due to the crash that has happened causing $43000 touch around $34500. Now the market has been slowly recovering reaching $37000+ which shows the crash isn't something a big downfall or a bearish move. Following bitcoin altcoins too have turned green, let's wait and watch what is happening further in the market.

Hopefully the market will recover soon as people are very eager to sell and make profits rather than buying and hodling those new accumulated coins. But if we trace the market history, its always bearish every time the year started and ends up bullish at the last quarter of the year. This is the reason why some are already expecting, even myself, that this year will be more bullish at the beginning and the bullish season will most likely to happen maybe at the middle or the last quarter of the year.

When it comes to the similarity of the beginning of 2022 to 2018, it is no longer "maybe", but it becomes a fact.
However, I agree that the current cryptocurrency market differs from that of 2018 in terms of capitalization and the number of people who invest.
I think this bear market will not be as deep as in 2018 and we will go back to the previous price level much faster.

There will be no resemblance even though there was a deep correction at the beginning of this year because the position of the value is far different from 2018, so the difference in position always exists in the cryptocurrency market and also in different duration, because in 2018 the correction was very long, while for this year it has not can be ascertained in detail.

Resemblance can be possible but we can never think it the same price.
People are talking history repeats itself, that something like and of the same trend to experience since dumps can be possible but yeah, compared to what it currently happens to the market it was too far different from the previous years 2018-2020 bearish season. Even to see that the market is in a decline situation, still not enough to say we are in bearish already.

What is your market expectations this 2022? Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now, if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back

We must admit that the year has not begun as we envisioned, this is not bad but at the same time it should put us on guard about what it is to come during the rest of the year, bitcoin still has a lot of room for growth but now people are worried about the political instability that we are experimenting and the markets in general are moving all over the place, I just hope that things can be solved peacefully as the last thing we need after the pandemic, which is still not over, is an armed conflict that destabilizes the world.

Still expect another bullish rally in 2022. Although many people predicted there will be bearish, I think there is a chance for crypto market to stay bullish. El Salvador continues buying Bitcoin, more big companies support crypto usage, and even there will be more countries to adopt Bitcoin as a legal tender. I think these are good signs for crypto coins to increase again. However, the increase may not happen for a long time, at the end of 2022 probably the bearish season to begin. That's what I think to happen in 2022.

the market scenario will follow the previous movement, meaning that the possibility of bitcoin continuing to strengthen is very open, but we can't say for sure when and in what month it will happen, many companies and countries have supported the crypto journey, even El Salvador is very open to letting bitcoin develop in their country, it's only a matter of time bitcoin will become more and more valuable and maximized, so be patient for the achievement.

being positive will indeed be better than predicting that a bear market will arrive this year. if there is an increase or decrease in price, well we can't avoid it. However, one thing that needs to be instilled in each of us is to believe that the potential for bitcoin and altcoins in the future will be even better. well, i believe bitcoin price can reach $100k, therefore, this year maybe it can reach that price. it's just, it would be better if we also prepare for it. if the price goes down, it's already a risk. however, I also assume that this year, there will be another bull run that will bring the media back to focus on cryptocurrencies.

Have you read any news about El Salvador in recent days ? or when the correction has started within this year ? because I saw from some news that El Salvador was having a hard time when Bitcoin started crashing earlier this year.
Try to find out about it.

I'm always calm about all things, especially those that relate to cryptocurrencies, because the effect of this decline is a good opportunity for those who haven't made a purchase, and will certainly be a good opportunity for those who are able to hold on to a good position.

2022 is the year of a major correction of cryptocurrency like 2017. Cryptocurrency prices are unlikely to rise much this year.  This year is just the time to buy cryptocurrency and hold for futures days. Bitcoin and others crypto-currency prices do not seem to be falling so much any more after that.

And what if the bulls aren't done yet? Demand is what drives the market not seasonal bears and bulls, if demand keeps coming then bull market will stays as longer as possible this is what I believe
That will become a good news but we are in the bearish trend and you should not need to deny the fact if we have been entering in the bearish trend since last year. Remember that bitcoin goes to the current price from its ATH and that's enough to prove that if we are in the bearish market. Demand keep coming but what if the demand can't eat whole of sell orders in the market? that means the dump will happen as sell pressure will become even stronger than the buy wall. This will make the demand to hodl their step to buy more tokens and they will be waiting for the dip to come as soon as possible.
The bull can comeback anytime and don't worry about that. PnD was a common thing in crypto.

Which previous movement do you refer to? Sure, the possibility of a more bullish trend is still open. I have mentioned some of the reasons above, and I think there are other reasons that can support the possibility of the next bullish. However, I agree that there is no guarantee of the next bullish, crypto market is very difficult to predict. One bad news can change the possibility of the next bullish and turns to be the beginning of a bearish season. So, just make a secure plan for our assets.

It seems that way though since the price isn't moving up anymore but instead it's coming down due to the FUD of Russia. I don't think if this will be the end of bull run since there's still a little pump after a big dump meaning someone is still believing that he would see a pump this year or is it just me because they just want to accumulate more before selling it when there's a bull run next time. And if you want bull run that wouldn't happen yet because we will have to wait for another two years.

We might require trust that a couple of years will see another bullish pattern again however I am certain that the huge bullish pattern might come whenever. You cant basically drag it lower than that. Except if all foundations will unload in an inopportune time. Many have entered at that level and possible won't release their cash down the channel.

yes...i also have the same interpretation of the price this year. from the beginning of the year until now, prices have continued to decline. However, this is indeed trading, if selling activity is greater than buying, then the price will fall even more

You could really say that it is some FUD. How they do said about possible banning but now they are doing this?

Buying bears is a good and tricky decision to make, but if time will tell us greatly luck is on your side as well as blessings come your way. Being a risk taker could make your wealth abundant, so we should be aware of different consequences in life not relying on one options because everytime we move in each steps fluctuations changes without any further signals. You have to be a risk taker so that you will get to receive those gains. If there's no risk, you will have no gain at all. And buying as we're in the bear or not is taking risk.
You have to be considerate with the situation if you want to get gains for this year. 2022 is still unknown but look how fast the month which is already about to end.

from the beginning of the year until now, prices have continued to decline.
Are you sure to check the prices of crypto coins regularly? If you are monitoring the prices constantly, you must know if most crypto coins are increasing again their prices since Bitcoin price already goes up above $38k again. If Bitcoin price continues to pass $40k, I think we are possible to see another altcoin season.

The Russia FUD took all the markets by surprise so people were unprepared for what it was to come and they suffered due to the crash that happened
The negative news from Russia came suddenly, people didn't have enough time to prepare it. I also suffered and lost thousands of dollars because of this news. My altcoins assets decreases quite significantly and they are now a bit difficult to increase again. I am waiting for good news to counter the Russia FUD, so people will trust again to buy crypto coins and the prices of crypto coins will increase again.

I have been in cryptocurrency since 2017year. During this time, the market has repeatedly experienced ups and downs. But there is still a general trend upward of the price all TOP coins. Therefore, I don't panic and wait for the end of the year. As a result, I will still get a profit from my assets.

Not always at the end of the year market conditions can be very good, a very close example is at the end of last year and also at the beginning of this year.
Actually conditions or things like this have now repeatedly happened in the crypto space, especially in the market because I have witnessed it a lot since 2012.

My expectation is that it is in accordance with 2022, because at the beginning of every year the bear market is definitely more visible and it is the same as at the beginning of 2020 and certainly different from 2021.
and this is an opportunity, even now the market is gradually improving as expected, it is not difficult to analyze it especially for those who hold BTC but need to be careful not to be too eager to get big profits.

Yeah this year is the entry year not a profit year, we learned from the past that bitcoin will always have it's down season and it's the best time to buy some more if we want to do a long run invest, because bitcoin is not about quick profits but it's a long rally until we have our profits. And if we compared it to other investation instrument, bitcoin is on the top of giving the best return but ofcourse with higher risk, i will take the risk because i know the blockchain technology is must be the future

There will be more things that will going to happen and that months that we would endure probably more events also that going to happen. If you don't take risk, you'll not gain anything. All of us here are investors unless you got those tokens without risking any money of yours but you've exchanged your effort for it.
We all have to take risk whether we like it or not, this is the reality in this market. If you're not a risk taker, you're not going far.

As we can see now, BTC is struggling to hit $40K to stay in the bullrun as we expected, my default price is $42K to be safe. I still haven't started my trading activity yet and am still waiting the right time to entry, to be honest, I'm still afraid this bear market will last a year like 2019 ago, so instead of me dying silly, I'd better secure my capital first in a stable.

It's very difficult to decide exactly what 2022 will be like, but I think the bullrun will return in a few months forward, because the crypto market has started to rise, this can be seen from the increase in most of the coins in CMC, the most interesting is starting to increase the price of BTC, hopefully the price of btc can continue to increase so that other coins follow the movement of BTC.

The recovery has been seen but there's no validation yet if we're in the bull run. The condition is like if it goes back $45k onwards then that confirms that we're back in the bull run.

It's still too early to see what 2022 will be. But just for the sake of argument, everyone is saying that it's bearish. So if that's what they're saying, you should expect that we're going into the bear trend.

Perhaps optimism is still in each of us, but the fact is that the economic situation is unstable and the risk of wars and epidemics has not ended, ... Those are still the things that are holding back the development of the market in some way. Myself am still very optimistic about all developments of the market, 2022 will be a year with many special things for this market and I think next time each person will have their own assessment. Either way, be happy and full of love.

What is your market expectations this 2022? Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now, if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back
You are correct , market experience dips this 2022 and yeah looks like your 2019 is also happening now , the market is showing small growth and fall and not bringing any high position for all of us .

Maybe this will continue the whole year and in the last quarter there would be difference and now this is why we needed to invest before the train runs in the bullying .

Put funds now or you will suffer for tomorrow .

Yes, but the problem is in eliminating the bad news so that market conditions are still uncertain and still tend to decline after a slight increase, because the bad news made by the media now is not necessarily completely true.

Don't worry people now are realizing how media is helping the whales in manipulating the market and this brings knowledge to all of us guys,
remember in the past that if there is a FUD or Bad news released in any social media outlet and even in News outlet? market will automatically react but nowadays?
it seems that market tries to deny some fud and only reality can affect the market like the Russian vs Ukrainian war coming, this really brings bad effect to the whole market.

As of now, Its a little bit unpredictable what will bitcoin price will look like. Its not about just manipulation but real events, such as armed conflicts, regulations, covid-19 and etc. We all know that this virus and conflicts have a great impact on the price, especially for  third world countries.

I totally agree. The economy has not yet recovered in many countries due to the coronavirus. Many people have lost a lot of money, and it is not easy to invest in these periods. We see inflation, viruses, the uncertainty of cryptocurrencies and many more negative situations.
I think everything will be much more positive in a few months, the economy will improve. Towards the summer months, the prices of cryptocurrencies will rise a lot :D
Matter is just a small thing that people look at blindly.

Many things are traded and sacrificed in the past and in the future. Even if life has no place to choose, what is the meaning of what we are looking for :)

This pandemic will not make the price of Bitcoin fall, because we have been experiencing a pandemic for two years and it is very surprising that
Bitcoin's performance is getting better. Therefore, in 2022, more people should start investing in Bitcoin, because Bitcoin has proven to be
the most profitable asset during the pandemic. I am quite happy with my decision to start collecting Bitcoin before the pandemic, because now
where finding work is difficult, I still have money from investing in Bitcoin. My prediction is that Bitcoin's performance this year should be better
than the previous year. For people who are just starting to invest in Bitcoin, don't be afraid, because buying Bitcoin from now on is not too late,
because it can be said that now is actually a pretty good time to buy Bitcoin. Because the Bitcoin price will definitely recover and at least return
to the ATH price. This means that buying Bitcoin now can provide a large profit in the future, so immediately collect as much Bitcoin as possible.

I think the COVID-19 pandemic has nothing to do with the crypto market, because this pandemic has been detected since 2019, and the worst thing was from 2020 to 2021. In fact, the price of crypto, especially bitcoin, soared very high at that time, and only at the end of 2021 did crypto experience  decline, therefore I speculate that the ups and downs of crypto prices have nothing to do with the current pandemic.

2022 for me is already looking like we gonna have a lot of dips, i honestly feel that bitcoin and the market in general is being manipulated by some whales, if not, how do we explain the sudden dips each time bitcoin tries to make a move upwards?

Like I said earlier, market is already looking like we gonna have a lot of dips, but am still very hopeful that bitcoin is still going to record a new all time high this year, my fingers are crossed on this one.

I don't think that this is a sign of whale manipulation per se.

In fact, I think that it is quite futile to call everything whale manipulation when in reality it's just normal short term fluctuation in the markets. This dip isn't even a significant one after a huge run up in 2021.

Personally, I think that prices will hold relatively steady instead of moving drastically up or down. 2022 is a period of consolidation if anything.

As for me, Bitcoin could now resist the pandemic situation that we have. The virus couldn't affect it anymore especially now that the situation is getting better. There might be different events that could influence Bitcoin this year but I believe that it could still stand firm this year. There will surely be new coins that will exist but top coins will always be on top.

I hope it will be a great year for crypto market. Many investors are hoping that in this year bitcoin price will touch 100,000$ price. If it will happen then the whole crypto market will booming. Bitcoin is king of crypto coins and alt coins are following bitcoin price. So, if price of bitcoin increases then whole market will increase. Now, in February, price of bitcoin is near 40,000$. Invest a small amount at this price and then wait if it dip to take another entry. Don't invest your whole money in one try. Invest your money in 2,3 levels.

It will be a big growth. And great earning potential
Have you heard about the new Quoth project? Quoth is an all-chain NFT authentication oracle that allows universal platforms to verify, mint NFTs over a single protocol.

I think for the NFT market, it might be still a good year, and maybe when the market goes bearish and selling off, they could be moving to NFT and investing huge amount of money.

It seems that the bear market is already here, we can't deny that fact. So we must be very careful of what we invest in this cycle specially some meme and shit coins. Be a wise investor, is all what I'm saying and not think that the market will still continue on a bullish cycle.

Agree although the market for the virus has deteriorated the prevalence of the current virus has decreased and the value of currencies has been steadily rising it will have no effect on bitcoin. Epidemics have taught people a lot and it has become easier to deal with crises currency prices are rising and hopefully will rise further.

Well my expectation of this year, it seems the bearish market is over and I think the 2nd quarter of the year the market will starts a bull run and the 3rd quarter we will see altcoins that reach all time high and 4th maybe the bearish market is going to happen, that's what I view for the market in this year.
Where do you see it from ? is there a special application that can provide an idea about future market conditions, especially for this year ? because what I know is that every human being is always difficult to predict the future in a timely and clear manner, so I want to know now, where do you see this from ?

Pass two months in this years look not best year for cryptocurrency with bitcoin still dump above $43,000 and not stable consistent reach to higher price. Still not sure will 2022 become best year for cryptocurrency because many bad news publish by country have big impact to the world and not any new country make bitcoin as legal transaction payment, maybe still early with pass two months and need waiting next months how long bitcoin can break out, will back all time high and reach above $70,000 for this year?

and we will be experiencing more Dump and pump to favor whales.

The market is good and in a recovery mood but that was not so convincing enough to think that this year will be still bullish. The last year2021 is the great year ever for crypto so far and we can't deny that but this year, that is something in question, and a little bit puzzled. Well, for now, it was too hard to draw a conclusion but as I've said, this year isn't looking good like 2021. I'll maybe be wrong as the market is unpredictable, however, whatever happens in the coming days, I'm investing in crypto and could possibly hold.

Indeed  we are now having many institutional investors that leads the market to keep it strength and maintain its position even there are many bad events happening and there are a FUD attack since day 1 of 2022.

with those i believe that crypto will stay intact specially that Bitcoin is showing progress even the war is still on.

so Lets stay focus and dedicated in currency we are supporting and never be affected of negativities .

No matter how it turns out, we always have new opportunities to make money. Maybe many market participants are going through sad days with the market when they don't have a lot of skills to control and search for new opportunities. We've seen a boom year for the 2021 market, so being too greedy will lead a lot of people to stick with it for longer.

I agree on you even in bear market we can still earn money but I don't think we are bear market now, bitcoin continue to move positively in the last few weeks really nice price recovery from 32k dip last January and I hope it will continue to move upwards targeting a new ATH but its gonna be easy. What Im doing in this situation is continue buying the dip when I have funds for some cheap alts with potential to grow in the coming months, defi tokens, nft metaverse are good to hold so better accumulate now then hold.

Prolonged corrections really make a lot of people apathetic, but this doesn't just happen right now and keeps on repeating itself, so there will always be an opportunity to get changes as long as we want to continue to maintain and properly place the existing funds.
but since the beginning of this year(2022), it seems that the situation is indeed stable and there is no movement to go down more or to go up, and of course there is an opportunity to be able to buy and save waiting for the next time to increase again.

remember that opportunities for improvement may come back given the current situation, but it may take some patience to accept this situation. ATH may occur in the next few months and there is always that opportunity, because at any time we will not know when an upward movement will occur, so always prepare beforehand and don't miss out.

+1  but not totally Dip instead some dropping from prices here and there but recovery will happen constantly as well meaning that the market will go up and go Low from time to time and that is the chance of every investors to accumulate ? or those who are looking for risk buying but more profitable.
I am not a big fan of  risking but this year i am willing to give it a shot because i fails in 2021 when the price continues to grow and only few chances of dropping happens.

Unfortunately people are too frigged with the crypto investments they have. When you look at the stock world there are so many people who understand the fact that you can't get rich overnight there. In the crypto world there are not that many people here, we have a ton of people who would like to get wealthy in a year. Like start with a few thousand dollars and then get a million dollars by the end of the year.

I do not know why that exists, but that is the type of thing people do. I hope that we will go beyond that and people can understand that the market is not something to be volatile about, the market IS volatile, you shouldn't be volatile about the market though.

Given the current overall situation, I would guess that a bull run may not come soon but it is unlikely that a bear market can easily control the situation, experiencing the effects of volatility on the border  political resonance with regulations is shaping market reaction but also shows the responsiveness that bitcoin has provided further, we better see a significant consolidation in value  for accumulation.  Combined, 2022 could be a cool year but a trending year for accumulation, longer term then a great bull run I guess.

The market resistance play its role fairly that with the current situation and as we are now in a second quarter of the year there's no sign which trend the market is leading into but however I can say that it is a much better market situation than it was before. There's a lot of issues contributes to the FUD of cryptocurrency but then the market resistance still strong. We may not yet see any indication of market bull run but I hope that the year will not going to end without it happen..

Although the market is in the green again, overall this year is still a year of accumulation rather than increase. We had a brilliant 2021 bitcoin consecutively setting 2 different ATHs in a year, so don't get too greedy this year. The market needs to correct and consolidate before it can go to the moon again. What I hope is that the market will not slump, when the market goes down like in 2018 people will leave the market.

I think April 2022 is a time of recovery for crypto because since the correction took place, only now are all altcoins moving up, even though the increase is not large but I think the opportunity to be in a bullrun market is very wide open, though there are no signs yet a sure sign the market is going up to the moon but anyhow i can see that the current market situation is much better than before.

If you look at the history of the past few years, it is quite possible for this to happen because towards the end of Q1 the market is usually green, but even though this can be used as a reference, there is still no definite thing about this.
hopefully this is true, it will be like that and indeed this is what most people miss, both for traders and for investors.

hope it really happens and for sure it will be good news for all of us,
For now, keep abreast of market developments and movements because we don't know what it will be like in the future

Although the crypto market looks green and continues to move in a positive direction, it does not mean that crypto has entered a bullish trend.
As long as Bitcoin can't get back above $60k, I think crypto is still in a bearish trend. This means like you said this year is the time to accumulate coins
that we consider potential. It's too hard to expect crypto bulls this year, after what happened in 2021 was extraordinary. Because we know
the pattern of the crypto market, if it has experienced a very high increase, the next one will experience a correction. So I predict that in 2022
the crypto market will be corrected first, so this year is indeed the best time to buy coins. I don't think we need to worry about the bearish trend
that has occurred this year, because now many institutions have joined. It should make the crypto market have a strong support price, even I predict
the Bitcoin price will not drop below $30k.

What is your market expectations this 2022? Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now, if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back

Your predictions come true very well. Despite the fact that Russia's war against Ukraine has done great damage to all financial markets, cryptocurrencies are holding up very well. I think this is a very good indicator that this year will end very positively for cryptocurrencies. Everything indicates that this year we will see more than one ATH.

We are clearly on the way, but it may not be the “fundamental” bear market of 2018-2019.  Some retracements to other forms of volatility are not exceptional in my opinion.  Overall the current trend is still more of a consolidation if not a consolidation towards the rally back as bitcoin supply is slowly becoming scarce and difficult to achieve.  I guess, it won't be easy to manipulate massive dumping to happen. So the opportunity for bitcoin is becoming more significant on the sidelines.

Yes.  Current momentum seems to be the key market share to move up.  We have sanity at lower risk levels at lower thresholds. Smaller correction would be a good premise for a recovery.

At first, indeed, the Russian invasion of Ukraine clearly made the crypto market fall apart, but with the passage of time, crypto could return to a position that began to improve even though it was not yet at its peak.
but it is difficult at this time to analyze properly because the crypto movement does not give an indication in a more positive and sustainable direction and feels quite stable with the current price.

but I agree with you that there will be changes and there will be renewable ATH, especially clearly bitcoin is the pioneer and others will join in. maybe when entering Q2 this year, but it all depends on large institutions and companies that currently still faithfully hold bitcoin and are always willing to intervene so that the value of bitcoin does not continue to fall but instead rises, by not releasing their bitcoins it will be able to make the price able hold up well.

As we are having many believers in crypto, that's how many are falling into a crypto scam. The crypto market this year looks a bit okay compared to previous years.
This year, am expecting to see a wonderful price surge in bitcoin before the end of the year. If the bear market should happen this year it won't make the price of bitcoin go below $35k

If you think that the history will keep on repeating itself all the time then you are mistaken, badly. First of all we do not fair that well when you look at it year by year and each year having one big move, most of the time it doesn't. Like 2017 was bullish, 18 was bearish but 19 wasn't anything really, we moved a bit but not really a ton.

So, I would suggest that take a look at it in the long term and you should be fine. I personally believe that 22 is more like 19 and we will be just calm and not really have anything big, even considered bearish by some, 23 will be a bit more bullish and 24 will definitely be a huge bullish run.

There is more room for growth with the adoption of bitcoin by different countries as well as getting more real-time usage. This will gradually increase the market of bitcoin, and as more users expect I don't think there is big bounce in the price. It looks like this year will bring sustained growth which is the true growth than any form of hype/manipulated growth.

I have good predictions about this year. I think that we will see some interesting NFT projects because investors pour money into this market. I am involved in NFT Gaming, I am sure that it has great potential. I recently heard about one NFT-based game "reptile chronicles". I am participating in their Discord server and the community use phrases from the lore of this project like "What are you doing? I am just reptiling". This reptile atmosphere impressed me, so I hope that the game will exceed all my expectations.

I don't see any bulls in the market at the moment except for the downsides that often occur, so for now it's only suitable to buy some good coins, not sell and bear losses for those who have bought at high prices in the past.

Good! in such a situation everyone becomes bearish but this is the only time when you have to fill your bag. Buy the fear and sell the FOMO.

~not sell and bear losses for those who have bought at high prices in the past.
Those who bought at high they should buy the same tokens again as this will lower their average price and make more profit in the next bull trend.

Wait until the bottom price looks bearish now it will be a little longer but I still put an entry on the order that was set, $34k for me is ideal for what I bought but I have also suffered losses buying above it before but holding it will be more good for a few months.
Don't panic, we can get through this to not be stressed.
I think filling out a portfolio on a few coins is a good suggestion too.

It's a good strategy to buy the same coins again when the current price is decreasing. Whereas previously we bought when the price of the coins
was high, and when the price fell, we didn't need to panic. What we do is buy the coins again every time the price drops, so in addition to covering up
the previous mistake. We will also eventually make big profits when the market is bullish, but not all coins can use this method. For shitcoins,
I don't recommend it, because if shitcoins have fallen the price may not be able to recover even though a bullish trend comes. So when we buy
shitcoins, then see the current market price is going down, we better cut losses to avoid bigger losses.

For now we need to be patient and wait for market conditions to improve because so far there seems to be no such sign,
even though the market is currently down but it is still important to do some research before buying,
what's clear is don't make decisions in a hurry if you don't want to just lose money

very good if he thought so. I think by thinking about things like that, we will be more responsive in responding to the current bearish conditions. the point is, we will try to take advantage of the market situation that we feel at the moment to get the assets we want at a discount, because when the low price recovers, we benefit from it. well, isn't our biggest potential for profit when the bear market arrives. however, I am also not thinking of selling my current assets, even I am thinking of ways to increase assets. I think this year a pretty big correction will happen, and by now it's almost 50% bitcoin price down from its ATH. this affects the price of altcoins also to go down. however, the 50% drop was deep enough, I think, in the near future, we can recover.

I am not entirely sure if the cycle you think will happen is any different than the cycle people think it will happen. I mean it was 2014, then 2017 then 2020 seen a good increase as well but kept going until 2021, so something like 2023 could possibly happen. Which is different to what @casteway said in the system but the result is still a bullish season for 2023 so the end result is the same.

This year wasn't a bear right that saw us go down a lot, that is the difference and that is why people are confused but it has been 3 year cycle for a long time and it could very well happen again. Even if we take it 4 years, then it will be 2024 at the latest.

Considering the recent developments and the market situation, I expect that it will continue in this way for a while and there will be upward movements towards the end of the year. I would like this downtrend not to continue, but as far as I can see, it seems to continue like this.

You have seen more dips than spikes, in fact every drop turns into a spike, longtime traders in crypto assets will try to get some coins when the big discounts hit. Those who are willing to bet when the bears come, will have a better chance of catching more bulls.

We see the level every time it reaches ATH for bitcoin maybe 2 times higher than previous ATH so I also agree that Bitcoin bulls could touch $100k but we don't know when it will happen, I think it's unlikely to be achieved this year but it's possible will happen unexpectedly.

2022 starts with a bear market where the level of fear and greed reaches a low point so it is possible that there will be a decline which may be very significant and that could change in the year visitors when the bull market begins.but anything can happen securing assets in the top 10 coins in cmc is the safest thing from big risks

I believe that 2022 will be a bearish year and for any conscious investor it is an opportunity that does not come often to fill bags with currencies that will perform well in the coming years, so although during this year the prices of cryptocurrencies dumped unexpectedly and investors have lost a lot but I am optimistic That this year may end with a bullrun after Bitcoin recovers, and then the market becomes bullish next year or during the coming months, so we should not enter short-term and HOLD until we make gains, it is not wise to sell with a loss.

I think 2022 is look like another chance of buying coins in a very low price, the market is totally red due to continuous dropping of the btc price, if the btc price wil become stable above 31k$ maybe the market will be back to green again and that was a very best time to do buy amd selling, btc was rejected at 30k$ yesterday and that makes altcoins fall all coins are affected and maybe projects postponed thier luanch date. So for now i beleive that 2022 is the time for buying coins and wait till the market become stable.

this year there is bound to be a massive drop in the price of cryptocurrencies, and that means we have a good chance to buy them, but also on the basis of personal analysis. I don't know how long the bearish season will end and when will this decline end, at least there is still lower support between the $21k area, where resistance becomes support, therefore we must also be careful

If you do not buy at the low price, then you are going to regret it in the future. There is a big deal about the current price being the "wish I bought it when it was x" period, today is that x, and we need to buy as much as we could without suffering too much. We shouldn't really invest money that we can't afford to lose, because its going to be quite a trouble if the price drops on a money that we need, and we would be cashing out when its low which would a trouble. So invest the money that you could afford to lose. It will eventually end up with a good profit, you just need to wait as much as you need to.

this year there is bound to be a massive drop in the price of cryptocurrencies, and that means we have a good chance to buy them, but also on the basis of personal analysis. I don't know how long the bearish season will end and when will this decline end, at least there is still lower support between the $21k area, where resistance becomes support, therefore we must also be careful
Good for you guys that you appreciate the situation now because there are people out there that thinks the price is still pretty high and by that they won't treat it as a buying time.

We can only see these people complain by the time we hit the bull market. That's okay, to not know if when will this bearish season ends because even us we also don't exactly know, that is why there is no room for us to wait if our goal is to invest because we won't know what if this is the last day for accumulating coins and tomorrow is going to be a big day. If not mistaken the price didn't reach 21k but the lowest we got last time is only 26k. 21k is too low and I don't think we can hit that.

Market is boring and not looking bull like 2021. I’m always out before any major crash, at least Elon’s working algorithm on his project22 protocol ensures that every investor buys in at the bottom and sells when it’s about to crash. That’s basically the strategy these Big institutional investors use.

Lets see if it would be making some significant change on half-way of this year 2022 which is in June-December if we would see good green candles and lucky for those people who do
able to buy into those bottom prices yet those entries arent really that much a bad idea to take risk.To those who had panic sell then i do feel sorry for them but its not too late on
making out some DCA system which can potentially take back those losses although not really that simple as it sounds but its not impossible.

What is your market expectations this 2022? Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now, if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back
It seems like every day the talking heads doing TA are changing their tunes. TA cannot predict market manipulation or world events, only possible price ranges when trading. I think the market will slowly start recovering and I am optimistic for the future. Don't be fearful. When the market is down like this you should be buying bluechips like IOTA and ICP.

I am sure that we will see a lot of interesting NFT projects. One NFT project "reptile chronicles" has great potential. They really appreciate their members and give them some "goodies" for activities like fan-arts, stories, and etc. Have you heard about this project?

I believe that 2022 will be a bearish year and for any conscious investor it is an opportunity that does not come often to fill bags with currencies that will perform well in the coming years, so although during this year the prices of cryptocurrencies dumped unexpectedly and investors have lost a lot but I am optimistic That this year may end with a bullrun after Bitcoin recovers, and then the market becomes bullish next year or during the coming months, so we should not enter short-term and HOLD until we make gains, it is not wise to sell with a loss.
yes, it looks like this year is not in an improving situation, the decline from the correction that occurred in bitcoin has reached below the price of $25K which of course is a very worrying price, because it is likely that it will continue to fall again and we don't know where bitcoin is will stop.
some analysts predict that the increase for this year will not occur and will only start to improve at the end of the year followed by the following year, is this really going to happen? everything is possible and difficult to shoot in a situation like this.

Too early to say but we are already mid-way and the worst thing which is happening as of this moment where the price plummets even more after that very long time sideways movement which do really create that

bad impression or being too worry about with the market condition that we are seeing today.Nothing is assured nor really that guaranteed for this year for it to be good lookin since we are seeing the different

scenario or condition but well there's always a rainbow after a rain which this market will eventually be having those good times.

this year we find the market price crash which keeps on going down and down and who can hold on to it will get a win in this year and who has sold in the beginning and now he is profiting by buying at a promo price that many discounts are on offer
but we know this doesn't just happen at this time in the past few years after 2018-2019 the achievement of the winning price has also been felt and we are strong enough to see this bloody market

yes, since the formation of ATH Bitcoin last year until now, it seems that the price continues to move down and does not look like it is trying to increase. this resulted in crypto experiencing a prolonged sluggishness of course making a bad impact. many panicked and couldn't help but sell so as not to lose a lot, but instead made the market worse.
it looks like 2022 will be a worrisome year and it is not possible for crypto to rise soon, it is likely to be able to move better next year and even then it is not significant.

However, the current situation is that there is a need to refrain from the crypto market because there will be a right time to invest and then the amount of losses will be less. I am hopeful that the good side of the crypto market could be seen by the end of this year.

I don't think the bear season will end so soon, it will last until the next bitcoin halving. Bear market has just started so I think we should not think too much about when it will end, instead we should focus on making money for DCA or buying the coins we love like with high discounts.
The bear market will definitely end and give way to the bulls so no need to worry, just focus on collecting and accumulating the coins that interest you at the moment.

Really? But, how do you know? But if that's how it works then that is going to be a long wait as the next halving will takes place on the year 2024.

This bear market is not new, I mean it began last year, that was December to be exact. That was 6 months of waiting, can you imagine? That is why many of us here are now bored and badly wants this bear to end as soon as possible. They cant be like this forever. They can't just buy and buy more but they also need to profit so that they can return the money that they borrow, on their savings account or to someone else. I think the answer is steer clear now to op that 2022 is a bearish year.

What do you think? Think about it for a moment, and while you're at it, try to remember the last time you heard someone excitedly tell the world that they bought a coin, or convinced someone to do it, it would be really cheap again and a lot of new people would join in, I think Cryptocurrencies are on the way. Here, some economists believe that they are not a minority and would be very wrong. It won't go away even if the market hasn't been in a good mood for some time now.

I think that in 2022 it is necessary to have a wider look at the crypto market and look not only at novelties in the nft industry but also in the crypto-banking side, I mean look at more stable projects that will be regulated by the state, I recently stumbled on one of them (of course not much) but just as an example I can say about africuniabank (afcash project) in short it is necessary to invest not only in one place and distribute their portfolio on other projects .

I see the impact of the covid-19 pandemic and the global economic crisis. I think there will be a big inflation, some signs have appeared. Such as the increase in bank interest, and the FED. I think that's what distinguishes the circumstances in the current year and before. I hope the cycle does not change, because for several years the cycle always repeats and is almost the same.  So it is likely that in 2022 you still have to be vigilant to invest.

everything will not be known until it happens and this year is Luna, yes that's horrible, a coin tops and dies within 3 days and doesn't have any recovery. This had never happened before and no one could have expected it. The cryptocurrency market is really terrible, it is not suitable for people with heart disease.
For people with high heart disease it is not suitable now, but for newbies who want to learn I think it is still very suitable because the price of good coins is still relatively cheap and they can buy it while learning the things they need such as trading and investing. Because Luna's bad example this year is not something that requires everyone to stop and not enter the market again.

Yeah, judging from the millions poured into Luna from all the big players, well many of them anyway, they thought BTC was going to 100k and everything would be fine and happy for everyone staking to get 12% APY. The world is such a funny place isn't it?

2022, 23 will be like 2018 and 2019. Full of uncertainties and worsening factors before recovery sets in.

But that's just how the cycle goes. We must accept and not deny that, to get through this.

The Luna incident happened and how terrible it was, it will probably be forgotten by crypto investors after a few days. Because top coins in crypto market have seen fall before but old ones are forgotten with new news. It was really unexpected that Lunacoin would crash like this and go to zero overnight. No crypto investor would ever dream of such an incident. So the crash of lunacoin will be an example of how important it is to be aware of the risk when making any investment. To enter the crypto market, an investor must have a strong heart, because overcoming such incidents is extremely stressful.

We have left half a year and the market is still red, it looks like 2022 will repeat the negative trends every 4 years, but if you look at the volume of transactions and some top altcoins such as ETH, BNB or others I'm sure in 2022 it will not be as bad as 2018.
The world is in a strange place right now, so anything can happen. I wouldn't rely too much on 4 year cycles, especially with a BTC ETF and crypto regulation coming online. As to ETH and BNB, they could face regulatory scrutiny after the Ripple trial. I would be putting my money in regulatory compliant cryptos like HBAR (settled with SEC already), CNDL (no ICO), and XRP after the case settles.

not actually , though there are red market happening yet you can see how strong the positioning after the halving comparing to what happened in many halving season in which after the pump will surely followed by dumping.
but this year is far different because we still keeping that 20k positioning while there are many things to consider why market will dump.
but nowadays ? the market is showing good movement and holding and this is why i keep my holding as well.

2022 is not favourable for crypto market. There are many losses attend in this year graph. Bitcoin and almost all altocoins has fallen very deeply. Every chart has got more red lines then green. But in this deep crash every trader has big chance to make some extra money by buying crypto on low prices. 2022 is not favourable for crypto market.
Not favourable for the market? Or not favourable for the traders/investors?  :-\
However, I think crypto market situation is normal. We all know if we are experiencing a bearish season, it shouldn't be so surprising if we have huge drops and many negative issues related to crypto future. People who spread FUDs want to buy at the lowest price of crypto coins. They know weak holders will panic and sell at cheap prices once seeing the FUDs.

There are many losses attend in this year graph. Bitcoin and almost all altocoins has fallen very deeply.
As long as you don't sell your coins, you don't get losses yet.

Every chart has got more red lines then green.
Do you realize that we are in the bearish season?
It should be more red lines than green lines, it is the normal bearish sign. If more green lines than red lines, it means we are in the bullish season.  ::)

Actually, the bear market that has occurred in 2022 has been predicted by many people. Because in 2021 the crypto market really experienced
a bullish trend, the majority of coins reached new ATH. So it is not surprising that in 2022 we finally have to be patient to experience a bearish
trend throughout the year. Since it is impossible to expect the crypto market to continue to be bullish, there must be an alternation between
a bear trend and a bull trend. If in 2021 we can take profit to enjoy the profit, then 2022 is the time for us to buy some potential coins.
As long as we understand how the crypto world works, we don't have to worry if by the end of 2022 the bear market isn't over. Because we have
to believe that the bull market will definitely come again, although no one knows when it will happen, at least as long as we invest in potential
coins everything should be fine.

Once a bear market happens there will always be such incidents, there are always scam projects, projects that fail during bear season. What surprised us was the collapse of top projects and major platforms. I don't believe we are past the bear season, the recent growth is just a short term price trap. The US economy goes into recession, the Fed raises interest rates, the war continues to drag on, there is no guarantee that a bull market will be upon us any time soon.

it seems like all colleagues predict that in 2022 there will be no bull trend and that is indeed true if we see from the beginning of this year bitcoin is really not able to survive and continues to move down. even the decline could be below $10K, although now it is starting to increase but the increase is only temporary. I believe that in 2022 there will be no promising changes, but can instead be used to buy or hold existing investments.
the possibility of gradual movement will begin to occur into 2023 until the next halving period and this is a natural thing to happen to bitcoin, that is sure bitcoin will rise again in time.

But, is the 2022 ended already? No not yet, so all those who predict can still be wrong. The price on the beginning of 2022 is still better but it keeps on going down and we only feel some relief after a few months have passed because the decline had stop and then it followed by some increase. How can you say that the decline should be below 10k? That price was too low already, that's why the price didn't reach that low.

There are really bad predictions but it was only 13k. See even them don't also believe that we can hit 10k or lower than that. There are no promising change yet that happened but gradual movements? There is already.

10k would be too much and it seems like we're already underestimating the capability of Bitcoin. We're still in the middle of the year and there are still lots of things that are yet to happen before the end of the year. Bitcoin still has a strong resistance against the bearish market and it has been through the same market situation but if we'll look at history, Bitcoin was able to recover and hit a good price during the ATH. I don't think Bitcoin will drop to 10k because it's already strong enough to drop that low.

now that we are close to the end of the year I can say that this was not a good year, definitely this war between russia and ukraine is creating more financial crisis, we already had problems because of covid and now we have this misfortune that is affecting prices of cryptocurrencies and other assets, even my real world business has been affected, and it is fair to say that this year has not been good and I doubt the situation will improve anytime soon. I'm just saving the little money I can and I'll buy more coins

I'm someone pessimistic about the future, but reaching 10,000$ seems very difficult to me, in my opinion the minimum that could be reached would be 14,000$, I don't see it falling below that

It's true and it looks like there will be a lot of things that will continue to happen considering there is still a long way to go to the end of the year,
regardless I also don't see Bitcoin going down to $10k,
to be clearer I think we need to follow the progress

Lots of people are expecting bitcoin to drop to $10k but on the other hand, bitcoin exchange reserves hit 4-year low. Now it will be interesting to see whether we will drop to $10K despite this or else from here upwards.

What is your market expectations this 2022? Here is what I believe will happen, we will see more dips than price surge this year and that will happen because we have many more crypto believers now, if we are in 2019 now we would have been in a heavy bear market already, as time goes on there will also be more sell than buying and bears will get their powers back
It's actually true that we have been receiving so many crashes and bear market in this current year and it would take longer time for them to even recover from this crashes. Although some of the coins are recovering until today especially Bitcoin but just please be careful since in this market everything could happen instantly in just a short span amount of time.

Because we have
to believe that the bull market will definitely come again, although no one knows when it will happen, at least as long as we invest in potential
coins everything should be fine.
sometimes there is a group of people who think the rise of altcoins can still continue this year. Of course I don't agree with this, it's still true what you say now. FUD is nothing short of a bunch of people hoping their coin savings make it a profit for themselves. so to be precise we have to wait for the next botcoin halving in 2024 which will bring the coin's fortune to recover with new ATH.

I don't think we go by halvings anymore because BTC has steadily been losing market dominance. I think we see a pump in Q3/Q4 in Altcoins like MATIC and ICP and microcaps 0xMR and DRC because the Democrats will pump the market before their mid-term elections so they keep control over the government. A bad economy will ensure they don't get re-elected.

I think that this year should be the year of technologies
I really believe in projects like VRJAM
VRJAM, a leading multiverse platform for live entertainment, has unveiled the first artists to join its Creator Guild
VRJAM will offer live virtual reality and interactive content across streaming platforms, websites, VR and mobile devices powered by blockchain technology
This one sounds great

In 2022 there was a significant decline, many analysts always associate with the 4 -year trend, namely when market rising, the following year will drop significantly, and if you look at the trend every 4 years, of course we say it is true. Maybe the end of the market year will be difficult to rise because of the many external factors such as inflation.
