If you buy this graphics card to make money, but write the cost of electricity and the purchase price. I will also tell you that not all video cards mine consistently 31 megahash.For calculation use 27-28Mh. For a short period of time, you can achieve 31 megahash, but after a while, the mining farm crashes. Title: Re: RX 580, i buy it or no? Post by: Vann on January 22, 2022, 08:07:50 PM Sapphire Nitro+ RX580 8GB currently getting ~$1 per card a day before power. If you can get a RX580 for<$200, I would say it's a good card to hedge the uncertainty in the market and POW mining with since the ROI time frame is much shorter than comparable cards. Hashrate is 31-32 MH/s @110W at the wall for BIOS modded and undervolted cards.

You need to understand that it came out in 2017 so you are buying an GPU which is 5 years old almost and most likely was mined in its entire existence.
Maybe the GPU will hold up but most likely the fans are on its last legs, so be prepared to replace the fans or if you are cheap you can just slap on some case fans onto the heatsink.
