asic.to is a license violation of the cgminer license - not sure why you are promoting it.
They are not required to pay fees to comply to the license - yet they will not comply.
Instead they charge people fees to use their violation.

This does not look like cgminer.

cgminer is the actual mining software doing the work, not the GUI (graphical user interface).

This is once again a cgminer violation, there's no other way to describe it.
They make a lot of money using the cgminer, so the least they could do is respect its license conditions.

I don't know it works really good. I don't think cg because cg doesn't have any features

It may very well work "really good" but that doesn't mean the information you've been given is not valid.  Maybe you don't care about the licensing aspect, which is your right, but promoting a fancy GUI here in the face of cg's developers is probably not the right move.  As others have stated, cg has plenty of features and the software you are promoting is likely taking advantage of them in a pretty package that while it may be easy to use, doesn't necessarily add anything (hard to say without code being available).  Instead of saying you don't think cg is the backbone of this software, maybe ask some questions so you can understand what it is you're doing wrong and why people take issue with it.

It's very unlikely that OP is related to Vnish/Asic.to, he is just sharing his experience and maybe "possibly" promoting his Youtube channel, Asic.to has an official account here and I highly doubt marc would create a newbie account just to promote his "already famous" firmware, he would do it his main account. I also highly doubt that OP has the slightest clue that this is a modified version of Cgminer, 99.99% of people don't know.

Of course, I am not commenting on any "license violation" aspect, I am just saying that the majority of folks don't care about it, and that includes the main developer of Cgminer Con Kolivas, heck, not even Jeff Garzik who wrote Cpuminer (which the former forked) seems to give a fudge about people using his code to make money out of it.

It is unethical and illegal in some countries, but not everyone is willing to provide for free so this isn't a black or white situation, the original devs stopped working on the code, Bitmain uses Cgminer without providing the source code for all MOST of their firmware versions, and their firmware sucks, Vnish and the other guys took advantage of this and created a better version (of course, while violating the license), people are happy to pay fees to enjoy all the extra benefits they get, if Cgminer as is, or Bitmain's "improved version" was as good - nobody would use these custom firmware, but people paid tens of thousands of dollars for mining gears that came with a stupid firmware, you can't blame them for using custom firmware.
