I find the "requirements" far too easy for merit.
However, much more important: after the first good answer you should no longer award another answers for the same question, else people will just copy.

I think a similar thread is >>here<< (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5093271.0) started by LoyceV but the concept is different though and a member must not report his own posts.
Other merit source support the thread time to time.

copy post will not get merit. I will check all post manually. There are 150+ donors, they have donated 10 and 50 BTC. and i ask for 2 Donators name here. So at least 75 newbies can answer this question without copying anyone's post.

I didn't ask any complicated questions here because if the newbies knew something complicated!  Then they would get a lot of merit themselves, they would not have to be helped to get merit.
Hope i am right  8)

Thank you for your attention. But you should have used some different quizzes to avoid spam. Your quizzes seem to be very simple. So I think you should have done something different.

As others have used -

This. I feel that they should dig up one or two of their posts that are merit-worthy.

Hmmm, I think the same question is easy to answer and if this thread runs for a long time and assure you that all the answers are almost the same. And there's a possibility that other users easily copy the answer before them.
Must be better if the the mechanic of the thread is little bit strict so that newbies contribute well in this community in order to get merits.

But what Op said above should be follow this is his thread. ;D

A while ago I set up a quiz, but it was for fun, so why not make such an idea and whoever can solve it will be rewarded.

  • Online challenge, test your knowledge about Bitcointalk (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5252832.msg54548839#msg54548839)
  • [Quiz] Bitcointalk history of hacks (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5262851.msg54816114#msg54816114)
  • Quiz: History on Bitcointalk (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5259477.msg54720007#msg54720007)
  • Quiz: Signature Campaign Guidelines (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5256847.msg54651588#msg54651588)

You can use them to get ideas, information or questions.
Gaining a merit should be easy and a quick internet search will enable you to get it.
Distribution of merit points like this is not ideal, perhaps it is more useful to review previous posts or ask members for things they learned from the forum.

I like the initiative of helping newbies however OP decides to do so it is at his discretion. Everyone can’t do the same thing the same way. I’m not sure if OP is a merit source to keep this thread going or this is just a one-off. A few others have shown consistency like OgNasty [Merit]Hey Bitcoiners! Can You Send Encrypted Messages? (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5289839.0[/url) and [Merit] Hey Newbies! Can You Sign A Message? (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5300698.0) Ratimov has [Merit] Help newbies and those who have a little left to the next rank (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5275032.0) and Helping Potential Legendary, Hero, Senior and Full Members (2022 UPDATE) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5345240.0). The two merit sources have different criteria for merit. I believe they scan applicants post history to avoid giving shit posters merit.

Since you want to help then maybe you should give merits to who really deserve it. Try checking the thread of OgNasty and Ratimov's thread that is mentioned by SatoPrincess or you let them answer the quizzes. Anyway, it's your thread and all of this are suggestions though you can check the this thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5367215.0. it's up to you of you make it more challenging or stay as it is.
