Got a z11 used , it worked fine 2 month but now keep giving me a to hig temp on chip 111 close pic need reboot and stop mining until i reboot , after 2 min it will stop again. I would use compressed air to blow of any dust from thr boards. Do not over spin the fans with the compressed air.

Check the operating frequencies, if the ASIC is overclocked, then restore the factory settings and set up the mining pool again.
