Title: New and emerging Cryptocurrencies?
Post by: dominover on February 11, 2022, 02:23:08 AM

You mean the ones that will be traded on a centralized exchange? There is no other way than to monitor the target exchange's confirmation announcement on their social media that coin/token x will be listed. Often the project team announces target listings on top exchanges early in the launch but in the end it doesn't materialize and disappoints the community.

Or do you mean newly created token detector tools like poocoin (https://poocoin.app/ape)?

Follow developers and venture capitalist funds as they mostly announce investments in new projects. You're just going to get a lot of unfiltered crap if you're just going to go through the last pages of CoinMarketCap or those "listing sites".

Bee Network. Currently has 10m "Bee Visionaries" This is an app available on the App Store which allows users to "mine" crypto known as a Bee. with the networks end goal as having a value of $1 for a Bee. You just press a button every 24 hours and your phone will mine this Bee crypto. This is a copy of Pie crypto just in the earlier stages of development.

I enjoy just pressing the button every day as it creates a routine for me, you are also able to have a team who mine with you, increasing your Bee/hr. I like this feature especially as it annoys your friends when you ping them.

New updates are available often and with an estimated time frame of 3-4 years before it would be available to the public, this could be all a complete waste of time, or an emerging cryptocurrency. Always worth while looking into how Pie network are doing to get an estimate of the time and dedication you would have to put into this cryptocurrency.

you can try your luck with:

I used them in the past to make some profits, they are good sources of information but now the market is not normal and it is controlled by the change of bitcoin which has become difficult to predict so it does not have much value at the moment.

Follow some IDO platforms on twitter and check when its token sale is. After the token sale, when the price goes sideways, you can buy and hold. investing in new projects is risky keep that in mind

Or you can track coinbase portfolio what they hold by visiting messari.io

Here's direct link

Can I get a few of those venture capitalists and developers that you follow? I followed few developers in bitcoin but they are all posting similar technical stuff where majority of them is difficult to understand. And I assume you are pertaining to Twitter, no?

There are many new cryptocurrencies coming every day but few projects emerging project from them, you can check out at the initial stage and gram them, there are a few IDO platforms that are launching projects but follow good IDO platform and you can check out the DEXTOOL https://www.dextools.io/ (https://www.dextools.io/) for a new project launched on different blockchain this is the first step of any project launched after that you can also check out coingeko new added and in coinmarketcap new added altcoins. you should find out about the emerging cryptocurrencies.

There's Paradigm, 3 Arrows Capital, Jump Crypto, Delphi Digital, Alameda Research, and a lot more. Twitter is pretty much their sort of "main" public communications channel so you might want to be active there.

Check the new added cryptocurrencies: https://coinmarketcap.com/new/
But that doesn't mean that all of them are new and emerging. It is that they've just been added to the list of coinmarketcap. That basis isn't enough to be called it as an emerging crypto. But maybe, one or a few of them are really going to emerge in the future.

is it about new tokens or coins released by new projects?
Actually, there are some platforms that provide information such kind of new projects that will be listed. However, I am not really sure about the trust because many new projects are scams or will end as shit projects.
If you are willing to see the very new coins that may have some chance, just follow the updated news of some CEX or DEX. In DEX, they commonly will list some new cryptocurrency in several days and there are so many new there. They are the projects that are actually good or even only utilize the chance of hype and pump and dump projects.
After that, you can also check on some CEX whether they want to list a new coin or not, on the launchPad or launchpool.

The information can be found on the internet, you can make a search for it. But of course, it is for you to make a background check on the project/s as many of these new projects are worthless. You can also find them on social media. But just to remind you that the market is tricky, you have to be wise enough in investing in new projects.
well, if you are looking for long-term investment, you'd rather not choose them but instead, choose those projects that have been in the market for a long time and are known for their profitability.

To add on what hugeblack listed, there is another site
- https://icodrops.com

I know ICOs are a thing of the past but some ICO/IEO projects have been listed in the site way before they launch, and I have seen some that have succeeded to this date.

Check the new added cryptocurrencies: https://coinmarketcap.com/new/
it is a bad idea new added coins to CMC are bumped coins so when you invest in it, the wave will have risen, and therefore it will most likely be an ideal way to achieve losses.
It's true that it's a good idea to look for new worthwhile projects but there are hundreds of coins being added daily.
Maybe if someone made a website with good new listed tokens that are worth the investment then it would be a better idea.

This is very difficult to spot the good ones as a lot of new projects about cryptocurrencies are scams or just to scam other people's money.
Some of them are already experts in that field.

But Twitter or Reddit may help you, mk4 is right, following such investment firms or venture capitalists may help you but not guaranteed. Just be careful, some of VCs are just making money on the retails where sometimes they already dumping while you are entering.

VCs have secret deals with very low price than retail investors. It is very common and if you notice you will see that some tokens were dumped seriously after vesting periods of VCs expired. VCs will shill tokens they invested in to retail investors after they already bought and finished their secret deals with project teams.

If you are in crypto market long enough, you will not like signal groups and dependence on others for your investment decision. You can be right or wrong but be yourself and make your investment from your research. It is not good habit to rely on others for financial investment. You will not be able to determine where to enter or exit and when to do it. In long run, it is bad because you can not grow up and get matured in the market.

I usually follow some sort influencer twitter account and telegram channel that release all the latest events on crypto. They are sometimes being paid to shill the upcoming token sales of a certain token. In this way, I'm already aware on there token sale and mark the date of there sales date to my calendar to make a reminder for me. I only follow few twitter outlet and telegram channel that giving me a solid update including market condition, hot upcoming IDO and latest event on crypto world. You need to venture out on social media if you really want to become updated on upcoming good tokens or join trusted IDO launchpad like Bluezilla pads.

Look, whatever you want to follow you can, but you just need to follow the project's social media to stay updated. Especially following instant messaging media like Telegram, you can get updates quickly. Because other sources list a site upon request by the project or they collect from social media. So there is a gap to get updates. Also, you may assume something when you will follow them what are they going to do, and what is their current status is. By the way, do your own research before investing in a coin or project.

Among all that has been listed like CMC and the rest, if you get a project that you want to monitor you don't do that on the face level alone by seeing it on the website and you keep rechecking there, that won't be a proper analysis for you to judge the project. What you need is to join the telegram of the group and there you can see what others are doing and saying too on the project.

The OP can start on this forum, check in the ANN section and Tokens (Altcoins) boards as new projects are being introduced in these boards. Now, if you want a comprehensive or updated news, you can always join their social media channel as mentioned above, like telegram. Because in most cases, the discussion is more in-depth in their social media. You can also get some ideas on how the team is responding to their followers. You will also get some intuitions on where the project is heading by how the team is managing their project.

What is wrong on rechecking it on CMC? When CMC does a good job of listing the coins information. CMC do have a real time update to see the latest news that happens with the coin. Joining the coins communities is a good if you want to know what others are thinking about the coin but watch out for bots. If a project is not lively, they will try to add bots but I think this can be detected easily because the conversation of a bot can repeat

OP is only concern of the new coins and if which website to use to see a new coin but he did not include if which site he will use to to know more better about the coin. Before I I forgot we also have coingecko, they have the same function as CMC.

I have to say not really many of them actually get that much attention just here. If you are doing a bounty then you may, if you pay people to come around basically, but aside from that if nobody is aware of it then there is really nothing that could be done. Do like "100 tokens to all who reply" then you will get a ton of attention as well but it is not really a good idea to keep doing it if you do not get attention.

Just like any other place, bitcointalk is a marketing platform for projects and if you are spending time and money that doesn't get back properly then there is no need to do it. Best approach for these places are usually 3 platforms:
1. Telegram groups and channels
2. Influencers
3. Respected crypto website ads and banners.

If you could do these three, then you will most probably be fine, maybe it won't be huge but it would be fine. Social media is obvious there so I didn't write, you could be selling cleaning mops and you would need social media, that's a given.

Just follow the new project announcer on Twitter and Telegram, you will get updated every time they find a new project. The one I know on Telegram is @ICOAnnouncement, It shares new ICO projects.

Of course there are various means to check new listed coins in CMC, coingecko, binance and more others but the value point is to have a real conversation with community of the coin you can look for the community groups and either telegram can do that. Relying on just the exchange information is not enough means to DYOR.

Well, social media could somewhat be a source of information but I suggest not to rely upon them as this telegram is full of scammers and manipulators. If we wanted to have more concrete information in a particular project, following their Ann thread is a way to go. And aside from that, we have to check the CMC listing to further see their status in the market and to know where it was listed. At this time, we can evaluate if that project is worthy to invest in or not.

Try looking up famous crypto enthusiasts or project endorses, basically people who know their shit and recommend them to the public via their social media. Other than that, it's mostly trying to looking at each project's whitepaper yourself and determine whether they're good or not. It's hard, yes, but that's the way it goes. There's a bunch of shit projects that you'd actually have to filter through to even find one decent project, let alone a really good one. It's really going to take a lot of luck and effort imo.

Crypto is evolving since the market been known, now more impressive ideas coming like the nft, meta and more that is not imagined to engaged with crypto before since the people is in doubt of crypto. The innovation that we see now invites many investors to use crypto in many ways. More projects and probably government projects will be in blockchain that can make the system more organized as well efficient to use.

Obviously, that's the approach most of them adopt. That, invariably, means if one doesn't know about the project and to search it out one won't know there's something like that. I think OP is asking for an aggregator for such new projects coming in. That's before they get listed at all. If there's a trusted site or group for such.

I don't know if this will be asking too much. Twitter has so many users with similar or same names and not having a direct link to any user could easily get one mislead into another user. My request is this – is there a way you can put a link on those users your mentioned in your comment?

talking about these pump and dump groups, most of them have the scheme that members have to pay premium bill to get information first and this is the most disgusting scheme i have ever seen because the information comes first to a small group who then buy the currency and then they spread the information to the larger group that buys it and then they are left with losses

I'm not advising them to join the Telegram pumps and dumps group because it could harm him because I'm assuming he's new to the crypto world and still has a lot to learn about choosing the right coin. Maybe to get a list of the latest coins, he can visit Coinmarketcap or Coinecko or visit the market in person.

But I suggest having a look in this forum and I guess that's enough to see which projects will more or less develop in the future. Having sufficient data can determine whether he can invest in the project or look for other projects.

That’s one of the good places to search for new coins in the market, because when you get to join their social media groups, you would get to learn more about the project that is about to be released, and also get to know the team members better. But, anyone who is doing this has to be really careful and make sure that they are choosing the right coin.

Most of these new coins in the market these days are a huge risk, so people really has to be careful what they are choosing these days. You don’t just hop into whatever you see, make sure that the team members are really who they claim to be.

So, you are looking for new coins that you would invest in? If you are looking for new coins then you would have to rely on your exchange for you to know when they are listing new coins. Most of the centralized exchanges, whenever they list new coins they usually make an announcement to their platform users to let them know that new coins were listed.

Exchanges like coinbase.com and Binance.com would usually announce new coins that are listed on their website. Such information is passed across through email to their users, so if you are making use of any of these exchanges you would be getting the information.

Not all that just listing to centralized exchanges are new coins/tokens, some of them probably just enter the market but that doesn't mean that its coins/tokens are new. We can watch this forum for new new altcoins because most coins announce their project in this forum. Also dont forget to do some research first before we invest in new coins/tokens.

Whether it was new or old coins, we still need to be careful in investing them. But you are right, these new projects have huge risks and the majority turn to scams which I don't suggest newcomers choose them. Indeed, research is very important upon investing and for the sake that we don't fall into wrong coins.

They target the huge audiences here that's why most of the project owner choose this venue to market  their creations, newbie should always look out for projects introduce since even if they are handle with reputable managers there are scammers who can penetrate and just hire a good guys here to boost up their presence and gain trust to the investors which seek  new potential coin to put their money.

Does anyone know how to monitor new and emerging cryptocurrencies?

I guess you need to have a lot of free time and some organizational skills... There's no one special place where you can see everything, coinmarketcap and coingecko can be good for some basic searches, but you need to be active on Binance and some other exchanges that have many new listings and promotions with new coins and tokens! Keeping track of all of them really depends on how you will organize yourself, some spreadsheets, lists... I believe the more new projects you include will be harder and more complicated to follow them all, and expensive to invest in all of them!
I think it's better to be active every day as much as you can and when you stumble upon some good project get more interested... after some time you will have a nice list of projects you are interested in, you will be able to follow them and invest in them! Too much of anything is simply not good!

Speaking of emergence then this would typically means into those coins which had literally existed whether it gets listed on exchanges or not.If thats the case which i do believe on then

would really be needing that extra effort on making out searches individually and its true that there would be no special or specific place on monitoring this since it could come on various places.
So if you are really serious on not to miss out every single one of it then you would really be needing that effort to do so.

The task on hand is actually quite tedious. But normally, if I want to check new blockchain projects, he can always head to the Announcements Section in this forum. However, some projects are not posting their ANN here, so you can also check in CMC, Coingecko or even in Launch pads of exchanges like in Binance. You can check various sources but monitoring it, I would say once you spotted a promising project, you need to subscribe their social media channels because that's where you will get insights on what they are planning or doing to accomplish their objectives.

Yup, just basic things can be found on coingecko and on coinmarketcap but the real deal can be found on the projects dedicated websites. New projects cannot be found instantly on binance or on coinmarketcap and coingecko but they started on the basic sites first because big sites have qualification and are strict.

Tracking every newly released coins are not a joke but it was a tough job because hundreds and thousands of new coins are being released every single day by the coin developers. Tools given above are helpful to list the coin because it is not possible to memorize them down in our head. No need to invest all, that's crazy but he can just compare the coins in his list and grab the worthy one.

Having information on coins before they get listed or is made public is one of the most difficult thing there is in cryptocurrency. By you putting out this thread, I'm sure you must have known that by now. Though, one of the ways to actually keep track is by following up some giants in the crypto filed as, they mostly announce they plans for a potential investment, the next would be knowing a developer and keeping a keen site on crypto related websites for some announcement on pre-sales and also possible coin listing on exchanges. The next also would be following these platforms on there social media to get updated.

~snipe~
There's Paradigm, 3 Arrows Capital, Jump Crypto, Delphi Digital, Alameda Research, and a lot more. Twitter is pretty much their sort of "main" public communications channel so you might want to be active there.
I am sure to give this a trier and see how well it would serve.

You can try this link: https://coinmarketcap.com/new/
Here you will find an updated list of new coins appearing every day where you can get information on new cryptocurrencies, their rank, Total Supply as well as trading volume and date of addition.
But if you are looking for coins that have not been added to Coinmarket, the best way is to follow the Telegram and Twitter channels of these new coins and wait for the announcement of when they will be listed on the exchanges.

Should explain what do you mean exactly by "emerging". New and emerging are synonyms if i am not wrong, right?

So for new listing coins you can check the two most famous platforms leaders in giving info about almost all the cryptocurrencies in the market:
Recently added to Coingecko https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/recently_added
Recently added to coinmarketcap https://coinmarketcap.com/new/

There are other new cryptocurrencies which are not listed in one of the mentioned platforms. For those, you have no way but to do your own researches because no one seems to be interested listing them.

I hear about these floats of new cryptocurrencies but have not idea how to know when they're coming.

Thanks
follow the social media of some exchanges if you're looking a new emerging crypto projects for example bybit, binance, bitfinex and etc. because for sure once there is a new crypto that will be listed within the exchange itself they will post it as well to acknowledge members that there will be a new token to trade in the future.
Yes, regular stuff. I do see lots of exchanges that make such announcement as they continue to expand their list of cryptocurrencies that their users can trade.

So, anyone who is looking for new cryptocurrencies that they can invest in and trade, it’s good to follow up with all these exchanges either through their social media accounts or through the newsletters that they share by emails, and you would be getting such updates of new coins that enters the market and are available for you to trade. That’s usually the best way to go about this. There is no need going around and searching, as long as your exchange is reliable just wait for them to list a new coin and you can start buying it if interested.

You have to do it the same way people have always done any kind of monitoring, you need to keep watch of the exchanges you use and see their announcements, you can also check the website of the coins in which you are interested and see what they say, many coins also have telegram channels so you can find immediately if there is any change in the status of the coin, however as you can see all of this is time consuming, but unfortunately there is no other way.

These days new Cryptocurrencies filtering is pretty easy I would say. The best way is to move where major VCs are moving, we are currently in the VC backed era of Cryptocurrencies where only the currencies which get such funding in early stages are able to succeed rest of the currencies are not able to make their mark. So you just follow the major VC funds or follow around Crypto news websites to see whether some currency got any backing from a VC. This can be a good filtering criteria.

A lot of new coins appear every day, but only a few percent of this amount may be promising in the future. Given the fact that you don't know where you can track the appearance of new coins, you also won't be able to independently analyze new projects. So you'd better focus on buying coins that are already being traded.

Indeed, buying new projects is seems too close to give is losses in the end. It is somewhat to see that majority of these new projects are worthless and can't be trusted. And instead of getting fooled with their incentives/offers, it was highly recommended to just invest in projects that are known to their potential, not these new projects. That was better to risk our money in old coins rather than wasting it on new projects.

If you mean about how to know a new project with token or coin emerging with the first token sale, it may depend on the project itself.
First, they may do some ICO. You can monitor in one ICO press release for the new one, or in some ICO website plaftorm. But, this may not really work very well because mostly, they will end as shit projects. Basically, ICO era has ended.
If you are willing to search for the token new listing in a certain exchange, maybe you can go to the Centralized exchange where you can find many new coins that are listed in the exchange. You can go to the official channel of the CEX in order to see the upcoming new token or project listing in their platfomr. But, be careful, only choose the trusted CEX, not the new one with low reptation.
Well, as you know, new token or project listing is very risky. have you notived and been aware of this?

You should just try to go through the right source, if you are making use of an exchange already such as coinbase.com and Binance.com, these exchanges already do announce new coins that are listed on their platforms. So, what you have to do is just to sign up for their newsletter and you will be getting notifications through your email whenever they list any new coins on their platforms. Then you can as well sign up for coinmarketcap newsletter, they do also announce new coins during their airdrops and all that, you can join and also stand a chance of winning those airdrops.

These are the only sources that I’m going to recommend to you, I don’t know any other ones, but you should also try to be careful not to go through the wrong source to avoid fake coins and scam.

One of the toughest question asked in crypto space.  :P
There is seriously no right answer for this one but you can always invest in the routine coins. By routine I mean the coins which are already on the market and are being haunted by famous personalities or investors around the globe. Though it may look like stupid idea but believe me peeps are already making great deal of money out of it. If anyways it’s all about making money then it’s wise to follow the foot steps of those coins which are heavily talked about and invested.

A good thing to follow on but we know that there are people who do really mind off that they should really be that early on getting into something so that they would able to maximize out possible profits that they could

make which this is a very main reason on why some people do really find out on low cap coins or something which is newly emerge because they could potentially profit out for how many folds
unlike when you do really deal off with those old but known coins which could only give possible 1-3x possible returns which it isnt appealing for them.

Many positive and cogent ideas has been rendered and it left for you to read and select the preferable onces according to your research, but from my perspective everything landed for the announcement of the project and it will determine how real and how potential is the project going to be in time coming, because with references or comments and recommendation of people from different social media interaction communities you will be able to know the potentiality and the valuabilities of the project.

Tracking site usually have information relating to a project that you can use, it isn't a must to join their telegram group before you get convince if a project is worth investing in or not. platforms like CMC and coin gecko has information on supply of tokens, platforms they're listed on and other social accounts of the project. Social presence of a project can be deceiving so you shouldn't just rely on that. A project can be running a campaign to create activities on their social platforms like bounties or giveway.

OP you should realized that most times the biggest profit aren't in just launched coins instead those that have lost value due to been oversold. So you don't have to go looking for new crypto I everytime instead research on existing coins and you migyhet yourself some gem to increase your profit when the bull market starts.

I think it's better to be active every day as much as you can and when you stumble upon some good project get more interested... after some time you will have a nice list of projects you are interested in, you will be able to follow them and invest in them! Too much of anything is simply not good!
That seems a little bit challenging as for sure we are not in the market 24/7 waiting for the new projects. It could be sounder normal to hear people want to know what are the new projects to be listed but I don't think this really makes sense knowing them all.

I keep checking on the CMC in order to keep updated but guess what, much information is found to be wrong and unrealistic and sometimes they are deceiving. But it wasn't the best idea to make an investment with these new coins as they are close to the chance of being a scam. We can't be more dependent on them, it is better to see their performance first before investing just to sure that we are in the right investment.

For the information, CMC is not the only site to check stuff, there are others like coingecko. The information from CMC at a point may not be appropriate and you can check others. I have noticed when coin price changes in one sites and yet is retaining old price with the other. I usually rely on coingecko for my research.

You do not need to be online at all times to be a great trader, you just need to be great when you are trading. It could be 1 hour per day, it could be 12 hours a day, it could be 10 hours a week, none of that matters. As long as you are great when you are trading then you will be able to make a profit. This is why I try to keep it as entertaining for me as possible so that I would be interested in learning as much as earning. If your only aim is to earn money and you do not like to do the actual work for it, then the "work" (basically trading itself) will be a boring that you just have to do to make money and you will never get good at it that way. Enjoy the process as much as you can enjoy the results and then you will realize that you will be getting a lot better in the long run.

So, you are looking for new coins that you would invest in? If you are looking for new coins then you would have to rely on your exchange for you to know when they are listing new coins.

I haven't been a fan of listening to exchange and considering them investment advisor because they are always after themselves than considering their customer safety. Don't invest in a project just because they get listed on an exchange and usually buying coins that just get listed on this top exchange you mentioned can be very risky as they usually pump before the listing and dumps after.

If you're recommending researching on the project then that's perfect, but just blinding buying into a project because it get listed on an exchange isn't welcoming. Exchanges today follow hype, they can basically list a project just because it's been hyped and have community backing it and not because of them doing their research and finding what the project to be working on worth investing in.

In my emerging case, I understand that it is a currency that is beginning to grow, to develop, whether in price, in community and in everything, for me such a case would be Matic, and among nascent currencies, the truth is that at this time I would not bet on none, because the market is very uncertain, and it is very easy that if BTC gives a bearish movement, those currencies go to the floor at once.

For now, I would bet on coins like Matic, Solana, which for me are emerging and with a great vision for the future that are managed in networks that are highly sought after to avoid high fees.

We know that traders are on different types depending whether they are active traders/daytraders/longterm traders/swing traders/trend ones which you would really be considering out the duration
on how long you would really be monitoring your charts when you are dealing with it which means that it isnt necessary to check out from time to time unless if you are really that a day trader which
you would be needing to see those movements closely. Some had been doing this but most of us would really be sticking out with long term because dealing with volatility on active
manner is too risky.

The truth is that there is not an easy way to do this, hundreds of coins are released each month and it is simply not realistic to think that a single person can monitor each one of those projects, at best a series of bots and a team of humans would be needed for such a feat, and it can be argued if such a thing is worth our time as only a very small number of those coins will ever become successful, so unless you can pick the right coin after doing all of that monitoring then all of that effort would have been for nothing.

Emerging or new cryptocurrencies would continue to exist because there would be project owners who would definitely continuing to create something new whether
its a good solid project or just a total scam that's why you should be careful.

I hear about these floats of new cryptocurrencies but have not idea how to know when they're coming.
It is not that necessary if you ask me. A code being open source it would generate a lot of fake copies from many unscrupulous developers eventually launching a new token or coin and then promoting it on the basis on some buzzword in order to generate a fake market demand and scam the investors putting in money on those coins.

So if you look closely, you will be bombarded with new and "emerging" crypto. You can make money off them if you are joining them early and selling before the price drops, but this is a rat-race and not worth getting into. Because if you are experienced on how to be a bag-holder and then pump your bags of shitcoin, you will not be able to profit off this.

A way better method is to stick to "old is gold" and that is bitcoin. Although bitcoin is still in its baby days IMO.

I guess you are trying to hunt a coin called shitcoins if that is so you can use the token sniper to find out pre-sale coins can be bought at the lowest price and sold once it's released to the public sale or exchange. This is a risky thing so one of the best and ideal things to do is find into the coinmarketcap it's easy to put a BSC coin but if that coin becomes in the top 100+ of the coin market cap you can trust this coin to pump and gives you a good profit and not makes you trap in a rug pull or honeypot.

Does anyone know how to monitor new and emerging cryptocurrencies?

It is not necessary but that is just the way many newbies think, they see the profits bitcoin gave at the beginning and the profits it can give now and they think they are receiving the short end of the stick, with this in mind they prefer to look for other new projects to try to replicate the success that the early adopters got, we know the chances they will do so are almost zero but newbies only see the potential profits and nothing more, and then once they lose their money they claim they were deceived by scammers when in fact they deceived themselves.

Yes ,Coinmarketcap is the best way to find the new coins .Its true that many shitcoin also coming and tracking by Coinmarketcap so that you have to find and research yourself if you really wanna invest on this project .I just wanna share one more which is coingecko ,you may try it track the new project .Remember all of the project which are adding by suggested site are not good ,you have to research everything .As you said he might check the social sight to get everything about the information of latest update on the project .
the two addresses are indeed very helpful for us in finding new coins that have appeared. sometimes not all new coins are listed on coinmarketcap, so we can look for them oncoingecko. but unfortunately we have to analyze so many new projects one by one if we want to get potential. besides analyzing it maybe we can follow the telegram group to review the progress of the project

Well that's the easiest but not the safest (or best) thing to do. Coins on Coinmarketcap doesn't mean they can't be scams not minding their ranks. The ranking system of coinmarketcap has nothing to do with the project authenticity bit just the market cap meaning scams that are getting pumped can get in top position on the site. A perfect example was few years back when Botconnect was in top position but still end up scamming as the project was built on a ponzi scammy system.

Coin in top position might not rug pull easily as they have huge money invested in them but with time as the project begin to lose investors you'll begin to see the rug pull come into effect as develops sell their position to exit scam. If we as investors can just avoid going after the pumps we might be able to avoid 90% of this scams.

Just wondering what for? If you're asking so that you could use it to trade new coins in futures that soon to be listed in a certain exchange, I suggest you not to do it. Trading coins that's newly listed without proper research about it will just liquidate your entry every trade, unless you got lucky, and you won't be able to push your luck on it by merely relying on new listed coins.

That tactic hasn't worked in a long long time. Now, people get in even earlier, at so called private round, even before the presale.

Projects trick you like this:

They make public the pre-sale, the sale (or IDO as they call it now), but they quietly give out loads of tokens to influencers and other "investors" to shill about it.

So money changes hands ok, they just give tokens everywhere and these shillers pump it up a lot, then suddenly they announce "Private round" closed to give people a fake impression.

They you buy presale, but you pay infinity times more than those early holders who got it for zero.

more precise and safer is to find or research a new project and follow the IDO or its public sale so that you have a great chance if it is whitelisted, but remember that it is at your own risk.
Newly listed coins have high volatility because there is a risk of a bubble and then the price will crash.
The most important thing is to do some research before you join a new project or buy a newly listed coin.

I have doubts buying a new listed coin since most of the new listed coin have holders who have bought it in during presale and will sell it after listing I already see a lot of that crashing after listing and only few managed to pump or increased after listing. The best thing to do is to look for a real good project through researching and buying during presale but I doubt that would be an easy task since a lot of projects are good during this periods and no improvements or upgrade afterwards.

There are so many sources from where you can get news about various new coins that are getting introduced.
The first source is this forum itself. You can go to Announcements (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=159.0) to look for the new projects getting developed.
You can also join various social media platforms like discord, twitter, telegram to get info on new coins.
If you are on binance then you can look into their launchpad which gives you the ability to invest in new coins.

Note : But beware that not all new coins are gonna get you rich. In fact 99% of them will make you losses. So do your research well before you invest in any coin.

Been doing this as well whenever I try to look for new coins but the list itself isn't enough, you should also check the potential of new coins. Most of new projects these days aren't successful and are usually turned into rug pull so you better be skeptical than regret things in the end. It's still best to invest with well-established coins.

Then you better buy only at the private sale or presale because that is when the price starts or the price is still cheap during that phase but there is no guarantee that you can sell the coin for profit because there are also coins that never get into the exchange because they are scam and there are coins that never experience an increase after listing, I think this one is also likely a scam or if not then the project is only a bad quality because it didn't attract much investors.

This makes waiting and investing late can be beneficial because you will know if the coin is performing better or not. Not all presale buyers are dumping their coin after listing , those who dumped are just too weak to wait.

These days, it is hard to trust a project whether in pre-sale, private sale or public sale. As most of them have no final product that can offer, you can only wish that the team will do their part if you will buy in those sales. But to have at least an assurance that you will not be screwed by these new projects, why not invest in established coins like btc or eth? Their existence has been proven and tested. Whereas, with new coins, it depends largely on the team's decision, whether to develop the project or rug pull later on.

I think you first need to understand the risk involved when investing in new or emerging cryptocurrencies and the safer investment is to always go for Bitcoin.
Having said that, I use https://coinmarketcap.com/new/ to check the new listing promising projects and I used CrunchBase to check good projects invested in by people like Anthony Pompliano and other crypto startups investment companies. Thats how I found Sovyrn last year which I later sold during the ATH price for an incredible profit.

Coinmarketcap gap isn't a fitting resource for checking out new cryptos. Majority of the time, Coinmarketcap's recent listing page is filled with shitcoins. It's just best to follow these research blogs or something like ICOdrops especially their announcement channel since they do post about new projects in their seed or initial funding stages. People looking to invest can start keep track of those. Pretty much better than those garbage I see on CMC. ;)

Main reason is likely for profiting.

Someone who go first with the newest and emerging markets and cryptocurrencies are the ones make the most money from it.

It's an actual thing these days that whoever goes first with a certain project whether it has a potential or none, as long as you're one of the early.

You'll be part of its emergence once it's being recognized by the market and you have invested on it.

Frequently the undertaking group declares target postings on top trades right off the bat in the send off yet in the end it doesn't appear and disheartens the local area. Continuously worth while investigating how Pie network are doing to get a gauge of the time and commitment you would need to place into this digital money.

For some private sell and presale is not easy to follow, there will be a legitimate white list. Some Launchpad applies the rules to accept those who want to invest, buy coins Launchpad and start staking to get an IDO allocation and the like.
People who buy coins when presale is indeed more late, because they have a coin early, but the coins obtained will be vesting (depending on project regulations) and with that coin owner will not be able to sell it in full. it's to overcome the dump when distribution.

true, it was based on my experience as well checking their list wherein what i noticed most are not good projects, i mean making hypes at the start up but always turn into shitcoins in just short period of time.

Because of that reason now i used to obtain more information from some influencer around the internet when i am looking for new projects. But of course fundamental analysis is very important to accumulate more data and to see the real potential of the projects..

I think the same, trading new coins is incredibly risky and it is not difficult to know why, with a coin like bitcoin we have many years of records which can tells us how bitcoin has moved through different economic conditions and it tell us what we can expect out of it, but when it comes to a new coin there are no such records, and as such there is no way to know what it may happen while you are trading the coin, and when we add the low volume and the huge whales then predicting the movements of the coin becomes absolutely impossible.

No one can precisely predict what will happen to a new coin but you can get better idea on what's going on if you are keeping closely with the updates of the coin itself. Because if you have idea on what's going on, you can easily understand why their market is behaving on a certain trend so you can adjust your trading activities accordingly. But if you don't know where they are heading, you will be trading blindly and that is a very dangerous move for your funds.

It would really be just a common sense thing to do on being having that in depth research on everything that you do intend to invest on and not just blindly making out actions without any considerations

As for looking with those new emerging crypto or coins then it isnt always be precise on relying with those tracking sites on which you could also look them as well on other mediums specially on this forum
because not all the time they would really be getting listed on that site.

I usually invest in new projects once they are on the exchange. I avoid presale, private and ico stuff because of a lot of risk involve in them. Though if a coin listed on exchange, its price is already increase a lot (as compare to the ICO price) but still it has the potential to rise in case of good project. If you invest in ICO, you may get good price but usually the risk is high.

Maybe we find out about articles or listen to bitcoin forums or cryptocurency forums, usually there is a platform or company that will release a new coin, with that we know that there will be a new coin. Usually such platforms hold some kind of contest or Champaign to promote their coins.

It would really be a very time consuming kind of job or research on where you do need to seek out every projects announcement threads and other mediums which it is really hard to
filter out which one is good and which one is bad.Its true that lots of coins or projects been launched daily since its a continous one which we honestly dont need these things
yet lots of projects now are already having its utility and the rest are just copying the idea and the cycle would just simply continue.

It is not easy to find those type of places. I have to say that there is really nothing like some new emerging crypto that could take all of your money away. I mean it is not a guaranteed thing but it is surely not a great success rate neither. For every great coin out there, there are many that are horrible. I personally believe that we should try to avoid it as much as we could. I am not saying that we are doing this amazingly, but we are certainly not doing a bad job neither. I just have to realize that we are at a level where things should be a lot less riskier for all of us if we know where to look at.

The roadmap, the tokenomics, the teams, the code, the audits, the doxxed information, the amount they hold, these are all the things that can make you understand if a place is great or not, you have to learn how to check them and know the bad from the good.

New cryptocurrencies are coming in thousands on daily basis. 90% of them are just got scammed. It wii be very difficult and high risky for anyone to search these new crypto and make any investment decisions. On others hand new projects are always very risky and very profitable as well so keeping these words in mind you should take decisions. Overall I think we will get huge loss if we look at new crypto. Old crypto has big marketcap you will get profit after buying in dip.

While it is true that the markets are completely unpredictable, at the same time we know the vast majority of the coins that appear in the market disappear after only a few months or a year of existence, so when we take into account the odds, then an investment in those coins does not really make a lot of sense, I know that people will argue that you can obtain massive profits with those coins, and it is true, but since predicting which one will be the one that will give you profits is impossible then you are no longer trading but just wild guessing, and that is not really a way to make money in the markets consistently.

There's truth in what you've said that many of them are likely a scam. And they're the riskiest investment that one can consider today.

With all of those rug pulling happening especially for newer projects, you should be careful with it. I often see people are interested in newer projects with their hope that it will pump and make them rich or make a lot of money just after investing on it.

I think was wrong with percentage almost 90% are scam cryptocurrency launch every day because many potential new altcoin listing on bigger exchange market from Binance until Kucoin or Huobi. I think have several altcoin potential as scam but not all altcoin could claimed as scam because they have good road map and keep trusted owner. Need to review and research about which one could called as scam project or not because have several potential new altcoin will give good impact for the future.

An altcoin that does have a good roadmap doesn't mean that they're not a scam. It can still be unknown until they become one.

That's why if someone wants to know if an altcoin is scam, it's hard to tell but you can avoid them if you see some signs that has been known that they're about to rug and to scam their investors.

I agree this is a continuous cycle that newbies go through and the only profit maker is the ones running these shitcoins over and over again without revealing who they are are evading legal problems.

I see this trend more in the crypto sector, while in fiat sector, people prefer to buy stocks of those companies which are well established at low price and hold it for the dividends and selling profit. I can see that same effect in bitcoin, and considering the low risk in long term holding, I dont get why newbies want to enter into newly launched coins. Are they so much of Angel investors that they want every project to profit? Then they are being a fool because this sector is full of scammers.

No need for the shitcoin maker to reveal who they are because what they are doing is not right anyway but those coin creators that believe that they are offering legit projects should not be afraid to expose their identity because that gives confidence to the investors. We think this only happens with crypto because we mostly hang out here and the numbers of cryptos are now huge but this also happens outside cryptos.

Till now, I can see news reports about people crying and wanting their money back because they got scammed by some shady company. Newbies love new coins because it's still new and they think the potential to earn is bigger than older coins.

The roadmap cannot be a reference, many factors must make the project a scam or a good project, such as the development team and the whitepaper they have. Sometimes scam projects just copy some photos and roadmaps and whitepapers from other projects, so they look very serious. Doing more detailed research will be very useful before joining or investing in the project.
Most people would really be looking on the roadmap because this is where you do really tend to see on what are the plans would a certain project would have which you would really be having idea
on what you are dealing with but of course not all information would be  honest and would be followed and its true that scammers would really just simply make their roadmap as convincing as possible
because they couldnt able to hook up investors if they do make themselves too obvious on having a shitty one thats why you should really be careful when making choices thats why
research would really be that important.

Indeed, seeing the Roadmap is also important but don't take it as a guarantee or reference as you say,
that's why it's important to do research before joining a project although again it's also not a guarantee to avoid scam projects,
but at least we know the information about the project in detail and that's good

Roadmap now seems to be just a requirements. No matter how good the idea sometimes the marketing or e, ecution of the project to be well known isn't enough for the project to succeed. We need to know the capability of the team whether they can manage well the project. When it comes to new projects now I prefers to buy only when there is upcoming hype or the project is backed with solid team or associated already by popular existing projects.
Roadmap also is the scariest thing to me at the same time. I mean roadmap means that there is a development team constantly changing something, and if they succeed there is a chance that it could be priced higher, if they fail then it will fail as well.

I am not sure if I am fine with that or not. Basically what this means is that we are in a situation where team could fail and that would mean all of our crypto would be gone. Where is the decentralization in that?

I believe in decentralization and that was the first reason why I got into crypto to begin with. I hate banks and got in trouble with them (never had any debt at all, it was identity theft problem). And this is why I believe that we should not be really doing anything that will hurt us. Just be what you could and be fine with it but do not promise me future development that will destroy the whole decentralization.

You can be making use of different tools or platforms to check for new cryptocurrencies that are being released in the market. You can make use of coinmarketcap.com to be getting information on new coins that are being released in the market as well.

And you can also make use of exchanges such as binance.com or coinbase.com, because these exchanges will always announce new cryptocurrencies that they have listed on their exchange. Then you can be making use of social media like Twitter and be following up with the cryptocurrency community to know which projects are being released newly. There are so many ways that you can be getting this kind of information, but I will advise you to be very careful with new projects and make sure that what you are choosing is the right option.

It is very important that we check everything, and not just only the road map. We should also get to know the team of the project that we are planning to invest our money in, although there are also some projects that their team might choose to be anonymous, and I think that would make that project to be a lot more risky than the one that the team is not anonymous.

Because, the team that is not anonymous would have a face to save, so they wouldn’t really like to mess around with people's money, because they know that it is going to be a problem for them in the future. So, we should get to know the team and also be sure that they are truly what they claim to be.

The thing is, there are many projects whose teams are anonymous and they still make it work, and there are many that turn out to be KYCs like hell, even celebrities supporting them and still end up being a scam.

So, the team being known or not know is not the case here. What we need is some sort of registration somewhere legit, like let's say the USA, that way if they do something scammy, they will be known and even if you lose your money there, there will be lawsuits thrown against them that will put them in jail. That will make sure any team that is trying to be not a scam. They can still fail, but failing is fine, scam is not.

Many successful traders make used of social media to know the potential Crypto project in the community before investing their money. Through the social media platforms you will know if the project is real for people to invest their capital to make profit or not real for people to make a good profit. There are still some good cryptocurrency project that are good to invest and start earning something good from your trade, if only you can apply your personal research on social media to bring out those potential cryptocurrency project.
It's also a place where people can shill the projects that they are supporting.

Fake accounts that would be hyping the project can be found there. Like those reviews that are seems to be giving good feedbacks to that project.

You'll feel that there's something wrong even a project is new, there's already a lot of reviews telling how good a project is. Before you believe those reviews and tips from social medias, verify them first if they are legitimate.

Use your common sense and if you do then you would notice it on the spot which you would directly be having those impressions that it shouldnt be trusted and you could point out that there's something wrong with it.

If you do see red flags then better be wary and skip and find for another one which would really be worth. We do have our own way on researching things and made out some decisions varying on different factors.

This market is flooded out lots of projects or coins which arent really that needed thats why you should really be careful on what you are dealing with.

I hear about these floats of new cryptocurrencies but have not idea how to know when they're coming.

Thanks
if you expect to make big profits easily from new coins then the percentage is very small, no one knows where the price of these new coins will be, the majority will end up being dead coins and have no value in the market. if you are still a beginner then don't try to play on new coins because the risk is really big, it's much better to focus on investing in coins / tokens that are in the top 100 CMC.

It's just a warning because there might be people that think that social media is a safe place and there won't be those projects that will use fake accounts to hype their project.

It's becoming a common tactic these days to mislead those interested people about certain projects that they're looking at. That's making them convenient when they read those positive feedback and helping them decide quickly.

Therefore we cannot conclude anything based on only the information we get from social media. Moreover, today's social media can spread
misleading information, in choosing new projects for trading, caution is required. As you said, there are lots of fake accounts that spread
misleading information on social media massively. Sometimes we need to delve deeper into the projects we want to trade with.
We can also check the track record of the project development team, and fortunately there is this forum which in my opinion provides
a variety of information that we need, to help choose which projects are really worth trading. So don't be lazy to read the various sections
available on this forum, and after that, to be more convincing in choosing projects, we can also have a discussion with some of the members
in this forum. It takes great effort to ensure that the projects we will choose are truly potential.
Yes.

You always have to verify and check the authenticity of it.

We should always be a person that verifies information that we see and don't be too gullible with such because it might fool us if we're not careful of it.

Here often the top merchant announces millions of postings directly from a taking center, but this is not the end of the story, and the frustration of the local area can get a measure of the time and commitment you need to make in this digital sense when investigating how the network works.  I think it's constantly valuable

That's right, the roadmap cannot be used as a reference whether the project is fake or real...

Prioritizing finding out who the developer behind the project is is the most important of all, and it's common for scam projects to promise fast and high ROI. Usually projects that promise fast and high returns are scam projects that try to attract greedy novice investors, the point is don't be easily tempted by any persuasion.

Newcomers buy new coins to get a quick profit there. Here and now, without waiting. A lot of YouTube channels every day recommends a huge number of coins that will grow at times, almost in a couple of days. Almost every day they find a new "diamond".
Oh dont get me started on those YT shills. They are the worst kind of people, manipulating newbie investors to get into some shitcoin who paid them and then dumping their coins on the newbies. This can be the worst start of trading journey for any newbie, but it was the investor's fault to follow someone else's advice than work on their own.

Therefore, those who do not passed the bear market in 18-19 do not yet know what danger awaits them. I know, the thing is that get-rich-quick mentality remains hidden in every investor, only needs to be stoked to life by some random punk on the internet. Bitcoin being "boring" is a common statement that I have also encountered, I tried to explain the opposite using charts, but they seem to have made up their mind. Only after a couple of years, those investors are nowhere to be seen having lost a lot of money on altcoins.

Till now, I can see news reports about people crying and wanting their money back because they got scammed by some shady company. Newbies love new coins because it's still new and they think the potential to earn is bigger than older coins.
There should be some logic behind that last line which I find lacking in people who say this. So these people are essentially gambling on some vaporware without any logic.

Almost all new cryptocurrencies follow developers, thus if you want to stay up to date on all new cryptocurrencies, you should follow developers on social media and Telegram. Also, if you are current and always active in the crypto exchanges Telegram channel, you will be able to know when new cryptocurrency is added.

Unfortunately there are too many bad influencers that end up with shilling things that they get paid for. That is not a really good thing for all of us but they got their power from us. They are viewed and the more they watched the more money they made and the more power they got.

If they are capable of airing one video and increase the price of a new project then it means we are the reason why we are doing that, we are giving them that power. Goes for the same instagram, same for twitter and every other place, even telegram groups. This is why I believe that we are talking badly about those influencers but it is people who give them that power.

It's not the cryptos that follow developers. do you mean to say crypto users follow the developers? you can follow the coin developer to check the updates of their creations but I think not all coin developers are active on social media because they have a busy life outside. There must be someone that controls their accounts, something like a fan page.

You should be careful and always verify if that was a legit person your following because anyone can now create a fake account and pretend to be someone else. Some crypto exchanges have a news feed and you can see their latest additions but on telegram channel? it's a known home for hype coins, be careful hunting coins on this platform.

All new users of cryptocurrency need to do is keep an eye on all Muslims, especially the telegram. The reason is that if they want to know the latest updates, they must first follow them on social media to find out what new information they have.  From there they will be able to find out and if the new state goes through this way then they will be able to better understand its new update
