i am having 6-8 rigs always being down everyday and needing to physically restart... i hope that awesome miner can solve my issues. Should i flash these 6-8 rigs to awesome miner's s9's firmware will it help? You can check this one how to remote your rigs without SSH - https://support.awesomeminer.com/support/solutions/articles/35000124393-control-antminer-without-ssh-access If you want to fully control all of your miners then you will need to enable the SSH of all of your units or you will need to flash your rigs with awesomeminer firmware so that the awesomeminer software can fully control all of your units. Also, you can configure rules detection settings for awesomeminer you can check this guide "Detect mining issues and automate tasks (https://support.awesomeminer.com/support/solutions/articles/35000085907-rules-detect-mining-issues-and-automate-tasks)" Title: Re: Need help with awesomeminer and s9 rigs Post by: Antihackme on February 19, 2022, 08:25:28 PM is it worth to flash all s9 to awesome miner's firmware?
Title: Re: Need help with awesomeminer and s9 rigs Post by: BitMaxz on February 19, 2022, 11:55:30 PM is it worth to flash all s9 to awesome miner's firmware? According to awesomeminer it gives a boost in hashrate if you flash them with awesomeminer firmware. Never had experienced using their firmware I only use their free software for monitoring. Why not, try to flash a few of your units with their firmware and test for yourself. And then you can revert it back to the original firmware if you don't like the little improvement. The improvement is 10% hashrate increased and improve power efficiency and you can manually overclock and underclock the unit. |
