They have tried to make this website look like an original website so that no one will suspect them. I visited their website and saw how they designed this website and presented themselves as the original website. I checked their Twitter account and found that there are good enough followers in that account, they may have bought that follower somehow or they were bought the account.

Look carefully. The Twitter account is actually the official account of goldshell.com (https://twitter.com/goldshellminer) . The goldshell.org scammers just forgot to remove it from their clone site
The also have a fake telegram account - https://t.me/goldshell_miners

The original one is - https://t.me/goldshell_miner

Yes I checked again and you are right. They took everything from the original website and copied the website exactly from the original website.
They may have intentionally linked the twitter account from the official website, because those who are preparing to transact on such fake websites do not check Twitter or anything else for verification. So they have linked this Twitter account to the website and continue their activities.
