This is the adress I sent the Bitcoin to over an hour ago and it still is unconfirmed.

The transaction got its first confirmation shortly before you post this. If you sent the funds to another exchange/centralized service, then it's possible that it won't show until the transaction receive a few more confirmations.

A small correction : the string that you've mentioned (58420...9b67) isn't the address that you've sent your BTC. Instead it's called a transaction ID (TxID) and it acts like a unique identifier that allows you to identify your transaction within the blockchain. Using data from Crystal Explorer[1] I'm assuming that the exchange that you're using is Kraken and that exchange claims[2] that the deposit processing time for BTC is 4 confirmations - this means that until those confirmations are done your funds won't show up on your balance. Since the transaction now has 13 confirmations[3] I'm guessing your funds are already available to you?

That transaction was a transaction issued by Kraken according to our page https://glasschain.org/btc/Transaction/58420c234aa299a77491fe5db378720768e12132bfc2e776575aff21a2de9b67

So I assume you did a withdraw and not issue this TX yourself.
