Why no one is tagging this shit

Tagged and flag supported. I have only tagged the @ymdox profile. For the second profile, I need evidence linking the two accounts. How did you discover that the two accounts are alts. Please add your findings in the post.

You should avoid dealing with brand new untrusted accounts or at least use escrow service.

Well, didn't know people will scam for that low...

if you look at the contacts on each thread they have the same telegram contact. though I am not sure if that will be enough evidence for you.

scammers would even scam lower than that. as long as they can get money out of something they'll try and scam it. besides, that 10$ would be a lot in certain countries.

The scammer account is a newbie account and doesn't have any activity or post without that service thread. He didn't even buy a Copper membership. I am surprised that you fall for it. Anyone can create an account and a service thread to buy or sell something. Would you believe them? I am sorry but you did that. And You got Scammed. I won't trust anyone below Full member rank. Not even for $1 if it's not for charity. I supported your Flag BTW. Even my opinion doesn't matter in this case because I am not a DT. But, I would love to support the right thing. I just leave appropriate feedback on his profile. Sorry for your loss. I hope you will be careful next time.

Scam is linked to the return from it more than its amount, the cost of creating an account in the forum is zero, and therefore scam any amount is considered a good return for the scammer.
Trusted accounts do not scam because they gain a lot for what they will lose if they scammed you for $ 15, although scam is a bad thing and should be avoided in any case.

SCAMMER will ignore that account and then create more new accounts, so the most appropriate way is to avoid making deals unless the other party accepts the use of the escrow.

Well... I have no words to describe... If it was pure money i would understand it but its just a xbox key.. :D

Welcome to the Internet, with your pseudonymity, you're safe from scamming people no matter how much. Of course the scammer will bite into that, remember that it's better for them to get a victim rather than none at all so they're going to take your money no matter what. Hopefully this is your last time getting scammed because you'll have to be cautious the second time.

That's not enough... Even some of the Legendary users might turn out to be scammers ^{[e.g. hacked accounts]}.

It's more than just a simple $10 Xbox key... It could be used as bait to scam someone else for a higher amount ^{[unfortunately]}.

They will scam whatever amount they get, this amount seems low to you, it seems like an opportunity to the scammer. Because he created the newbie account to scam and got you as a victim, his purpose has been achieved.
So be a little more careful before making any kind of transaction later, because lots of scammers are waiting for you to take a wrong step and their target will be met.

I know that's not enough. But, Sometimes it depends on the amount and purpose of the trust. For example, if a newbie or Brand new account asks to pay first even $1. I won't trust and I won't go for it. If a full member asks to pay first, First of all, I will check his trust network and feedback. If there is nothing extraordinary, I can go max $10. Of course, his account is worth more than $10 to him. I know Legendary members also can be scammers. Still, If a Legendary member has a good reputation and Strong Trust Network. I will go and do up to $200-500. I believe, He gave a lot of effort to the forum and becomes Legendary. So Legitimate Feedback can ruin all of his reputations and it's worth more than $200.


Well, I guess, my feedback is not visible to anyone because I am not a DT. Still, I am leaving appropriate feedback if someone is interested to check untrusted feedback too.

You have made transaction with  a user who has created the account more than 3 months and created only one post after more than 3 month of the account creation. You should more aware before making any deal. You should check the activity of a user before making a deal. If you are confused then you should use escrow you have not done that too. Also, you made deal base on telegram discussion which is also risky as chatlog of telegram can be deleted. I am giving negative trust as well as supporting your flag.

Unfortunately they do. I can not locate the exact thread, but there was someone who scammed less than 5 USD and disappeared. The account even had some rank (either full member or Member rank)  ;D
