a laptop with a 3050ti with a 22250 KH/s has rate ( 22.25 MH) can make up to $500 a day mining z cash. is this for real, is mining this profitable again?? Post by: swogerino on February 21, 2022, 08:07:31 AM Zcash can only be mined with ASICS right now,it is not possible or not worthy at all to mine with GPU-s and the hash rate of such card should only be little Sol/s and not in Megahashes so yeah 5 years is a long time to be gone from mining.If it was possible I guess we would all be rich by now but that is not the case,mining rewards are going down day by day and the difficulty of mining in almost all well known algorithms is going up day by day,things right now are not looking promising.

It is only written in books and will never be the same in reality. Nowadays, making a profit of $500 a day is very hard unless you have a lot of mining rigs that can give you a lot of returns. In addition, mining with a laptop is not recommended and you are better off using mining rigs to start mining. It's better that you recalculate everything before deciding because mining is very different from before.
