Title: Alpha Miner APW9 replacement, PSU-4KBM17
Post by: wndsnb on February 25, 2022, 11:26:35 PM
I picked up a couple of the Alpha Miner APW9 replacement PSUs, just did a comparison with a Bitmain APW9 and it looks great. It's a bit quieter and in my test case used 40W less power (2265W vs 2305W) in identical conditions.

We'll have to wait and see if it is reliable, but I doubt it will be worse than Bitmain's...

Also has a wider voltage operating range, 200-280.

Hi, where did you get the PSU-4KBM17?
Did you bought it from a retailer or from Alpha miner directly?
price?

I think you can buy direct if you want 50 or more, otherwise, you'll need to find a reseller. I got mine from Kaboomracks, $325 each including domestic shipping in the USA.
