It is because of your rank and reputation. As you are trying to sell a reversible payment and you have been tagged negatively by a default trusted user the transaction is almost impossible. N i've got one positive trust too... Changing the title of the thread would be more accurate, but as others have mentioned, it's unlikely anybody is going to want to accept Paypal from any account with less than stellar reputation and history doing exactly that.
