Title: Stake casino withholding 2.8 million USD. Stay away at all cost!
Post by: LorraineRodriguez on March 29, 2022, 04:25:21 AM
To all my fellow gamblers, I have been playing on stake casino for roughly 7 months now. I mainly do bonus buys and play plinko.

On the 26th of March, I had the lucky fortune of hitting a 1000x on Plinko. My wager amount?
1200usd.

Moments after winning, my account was disabled. I can no longer log in, I cannot reset my password and I cannot contact the stake support team.

I am in the process of filing a lawsuit against stake casino. In the meantime, I have requested that stake casino sends me screenshots of my account balance and my winning bet.

Stay tuned. I will post all the proofs and update as I can.

I have been completely ignored by stake casino.

Lately there have been a few accusations against stake.com in this forum, although some of them do not sound very credible to me. If you want to give more credibility to what you say, you better provide something more than your words, as you say you are going to do.

Anyway, there is something that doesn't add up for me, and that is that 1200 USD per 1000 is $1.2M, not $2.8M.

See, there are lots of scams in the crypto world but there are also false accusations, so until I see credible evidence I don't believe anything.

just like what Poker Player said, "you better provide something more than your words, as you say you are going to do.". also, you can try and contact them on their ANN thread (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2072589.0) here in the forum. stunna will most likely respond to your issue since he is quite active here in the forum.

yep, they sometimes pop up like a mushroom but then would die down after a while. it also happens(happened) to other gambling sites.

That's a huge amount but it's been 24 hours and you have no proof to show us if your account was disabled after that winning,  then there's something unusual in your activity, they just don't disable accounts we have seen people winning huge amount I don't know if it is possible if they are the one to provide you with all the proofs, you should be the one to do that because you're the one who opens this accusation.

A picture speaks a thousand words. Prove to us that you got scammed, or at least show as a screenshot of your blocked account. Stake has a representative here who is so responsive. You could try sending him a private message ------> Stunna (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=81292)

But since you made the accusation public. Post all the proof in this thread as well so that we know who is lying and who is not.

We’re looking forward to see your proof that you got scammed by Stake.
That’s a huge money and I don’t know why you can’t contact stake where you can just email their support?

Better to have your proof now to expedite this issue, this is a million dollar money and you should waste no time. There’s a lot of false accusation with Stake recently, this might be a new one, we’ll see.

I have this feeling this one going to be part of the false accusations, if he has proof he should have shown it by now, but he is waiting for the one he is accused of to provide him proof, without these proofs this thread is nothing, he did not even provide the username of his Stake account OP is talking of millions but he only had words to show to us, I bet there's a violation like one thread won a huge a mount but comes from a restricted country.

She should also contact Stunna as posted above, if she has valid proofs. I know, stake can handle those amount of bets, but hopefully the OP will give us more substantial proof rather than words here. If not, she will be ignored and no one can help her situation because the lack of any solid evidence.

This is the first time I read that the screenshots and proofs will not come from OP but from the casino he accused. will they give him that, that's the biggest question. if there is no proof of the allegation on Stake.com, Stake is not obligated to answer, since he can't prove anything it's tough for OP if Stake will take the request but let's see if they will send the screenshot of his balance and winnings.

You have told that you will post proofs as you can but almost 5days goes but still you could not provide any information. You have not sent any proof of deposit, account balance, winning, support chat/mail. If you really been scammed and want to help the community then you should provide as many information as possible. Otherwise it will seem spam like a lot of accusations.

How about Stake say if this is true or not. Not everybody is screen recording 24/7. And when you give them proof they'll tell you "oh that's spooky do you record everything you do online?" and then the casino will tell you they are not paying because of "money laundering due diligence", it's in their terms and conditions.

And then you'll be waisting your time with any forum or regulatory body as all casinos from Curacao are free to not pay winners.

So, same type of event happened with you by stake.com too? If not, then how you know what is stake.com doing and what stake.com will do? You faced problem on fortunejack but you cant judge all the site in the same way. Also, on the case of fortunejack you have misrepresented the issue.

What I'm saying before starting to say to the person "show proof, show proof, show proof", you'd better see if Stake doesn't agree with him in the first place. What happened with me on the FortuneJack issue was the same story, but I was personally able to give every single proof of what I said, and it was a huge waste of time at the end because FortuneJack agreed with me about what happened anyway. The stupid thing is that what you call "misrepresentation" is the fact that "who will win the rest of the match" and "final result" are not duplicate bets, and yet FortuneJack considered them to be so to wait for the result of the game and reverse my bets afterwards because they were "duplicate"

This "show proof, show proof, show proof" thing is nothing more than testing the poor player if he's got proof or not, would be easier for the casino to proceed afterwards if they know he doesn't have proof.

In any case, this website won't change anything. It's a good place though to show proof and discuss, I appreciate little to no censorship, which is not the case on other casinos affiliated websites. But of no help in case of a scam from a website promoting itself here.

Nearly 8 days have passed yet the OP has not presented any evidence and has not even logged in. How can anybody take the claim she was scammed out of $2.8 million seriously?

If someone claiming to have been a multi-million dollar victim of an online casino that stole from her can open an account here to post about it, she should have been able to keep evidence in hand too. She did not supply screenshots or blockchain tx or anything else.

I do not believe her story. Maybe she is from a competitor trying to slur Stake or she could be an attention seeker... maybe she is a he ..

Funny you can post here but you can’t respond to my complaint eh. Just proves you guys have personal issues with me. Hopefully this post isn’t a troll. I wouldn’t be shocked if you guys ripped a customer off for 3 mil. Losers.

The user opened account at bitcointalk and after few minutes he posted this claim and disappeared.
Also his English similar to yours .
And you always keeps opening posts against Stake.

I don't know why but I feel the OP and you are one.
Are you working for another casino ? Or what's the point of spamming and lying and making such efforts ? I mean what's your gain ?

Though every complaint should be taken on merit and the evidence looked at, it is very difficult to believe anything from the OP when no evidence is supplied and of course the allegation is being made against Stake which happens to have one of the best reputations in the forum so far alongside just a few others including Primedice, Bustabit/Bustadice and Duelbits (which is also my signature and I would never attach my own reputation to anything shady).

If a case is made against any of them then there has to be strong provable evidence against them because they are reputations-wise probably most unlikely to run off with funds. Stake and the others I mentioned are the complete opposite to say serial scammer Dean Nolan and his betking website which has scammed winners and investors on multiple occasions.

You most probably operate several accounts here but at least one thing can be assured of is that now you have received negative tags from two forum members (therefore you know your LetsGetIt834 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3269456) account has been rendered useless in the forum), you are trolling in overdrive while trying to seek attention.

you again, you need to stop obsessing about this casino, i gave you some good advice in another thread, i told you to take a vacation, take a break and then use another casino, man you've been chasing the stake for months now, and that's not Is something healthy. why don't you just use another casino? why do you insist on using stake and then complain in all threads on this forum that talk about stake? How do you expect to solve your problem with your behavior? you're not satisfied with the casino, that's visible, so use another casino, that's simple, but you are continuing to use the same casino and then you complain, no one will believe your story like that.

Because troll and scammers like you don't deserve any attention. Check out the feedback on your profile. It says a lot about you.
Very cocky, kiddish, a serial liar, a scammer and always looking for a way to extort casinos.
