Just having a very quick look - I’d avoid at all costs  :)
Don’t like the sound of this !

19.2 At the first withdrawal of funds, users must pay a tax of 18% of the amount of your withdrawal. (One-time)
https://bintexmo.com/terms

Also ..

Duplicate site ..
https://bitwire.ltd/about

AVOID  :)

The platform looks like amateurism.

-1 Moreover, they claim to be in the business since 2017, while the domain name seems to have been created 3 or 4 months ago.

-2 No presence on social networks either.

-3 Their address is just a virtual office, something that costs around 25 bucks per month.

-4 They claim to be the "largest fully regulated and licensed AML/CTF compliant AUSTRAC registered Dual Gateway Exchange Platform" LOL

-5 Also, is that a joke? At the first withdrawal, the user must pay a tax of 18% of the amount of the withdrawal according to the ToS.

-6 The only things that are mentioned on the web come from shitty unreliable websites, or from content paid to be published.

Nothing encouraging to use this platform

Their home page says "Be calm about your cryptocurrency assets", they just had to put close instead of the sign-up button.
Just another site trying to present itself as an investment platform. will persuade naive people to invest and pay trading assistants, free 10ETH but you must deposit 18% tax.
they started way back in 2016, they say "2017 The Bintexmo Exchange was officially registered as a platform for trading and storage of cryptocurrency." I am wondering, how their platform worked on that time without a website? He registered the domain 92 days ago.
https://whois.domaintools.com/bintexmo.com

It was enough for me when I saw "Binary options have been added to the trading section."

For those who will not do their homework, they will believe what this exchange is claiming about.
They give the impression to be this long running business, in order to gain confidence from gullible users.
But what raised my eyebrows was the 18% tax upon withdrawal. I don't know where they got this idea.
But it is the first time to see such protocol for a crypto exchange. My verdict- stay away from this exchange!

this idea has been circulating for a long time, especially on social networks, discord, Telegram and so on. in scam accusations there are already quite a few exposed similar schemes
You got PM with the registrational link, where a welcome bonus is promised. after that a withdrawal fee deposit is required or tax like in this case.

But it is the first time to see such protocol for a crypto exchange. My verdict- stay away from this exchange!

This is not an exchange, just a script on this domain with an interface very similar to exchange. there are indeed some numbers written there, but on no basis.

How many winners should be able to win this prize?
That's too much and I don't even trust if someone given that large amount as a prize.  I don't find any accuse towards them at this moment so I didn't give any feedback or discrimination against them.  Just try a little amount that you can afford to lose if you're willing to try, but there's no assurance about their legitimacy and that's what we worried about.

It's an unknown platform and doesn't have enough reputation, it's now your call if you will use this platform but as others do, a highly recommend stay away and don't lure they've offered.

Don't trust, the website content alone is similar to a ring of various scam exchanges. I think they are all probably created by one group of scammers. Here are a few examples;

1. https://dexotrade.com
2. https://coinfyp.com
3. https://bineriax.com
4. https://cryptonexs.com
5. https://bitexrise.com
6. https://coingup.com
7. https://www.cryptozerox.com

I am glad you didn't waste your time with the scammers and came around this thread. If you had registered and tried to withdraw the Bitcoins which are not even there, they were going to ask you to deposit some of your real BTC to your newly registered account to;
1. "pass the verification"
2. "Pay tax"
3. "cover the transaction fees"

Which is all false. Once you send them the BTC. It's gone.

The scam will be avoided by just researching about the site's info, and glad you ask here first because its probably scam. The most alarming here is them having your mobile number, your personal info might be leaked, or you are probably one of the users from other crypto-related sites that were hacked e.g. Ledger.
I suggest you to install Google Messages, they have this smart filtering of spam messages for you to avoid clicking suspicious links and also avoid getting hacked.
